Chapter 29

Sebastian was having a lovely dinner without anyone. His life had become super boring since Riya strictly told him not go out to have fun. If he dared try to go out to have some fun, she would skin him alive. After his super, he was going to have some dessert. While he was having dessert, he was going to watch a Christmas movie. He carried on eating supper and enjoying his boring life. 

A man came towards him and stood by the table. "Sir, Officer Moodley is here to see you.", he spoke with an indifferent expression. 

Sebastian looked at him with a smile. "Please allow her in.", he said. 

The man bowed down to Sebastian and walked away from the dining room. Sebastian continued having his lovely dinner. Riya appeared from the darkness into the dining room. Now she was finding the room like it was owned by vampires. The lights were not on. The candles were lit which gave the house the horror atmosphere

"Are you a vampire that can't be under the sun or bright light?", she stopped by the table. 

"It's good for the trespassers so they don't dare to enter the premises.", he asked while eating. 

"Well, it gives me the creeps.", she was being honest. 

"Good, now I know it's working."

She could get the smell of something spicy. "What are you eating?", she asked.

"Spicy Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan."

She bent slightly forward to take a look. The food was looking so good that she tried to resist it. "Looks delicious."

"You can have some. I can ask my men to plate up for you and we can have a lovely dinner.", he offered.

"No thank you. I'm on a diet because of low iron.", she rejected politely. "Did you hear what happened to Mr Cobra?"

"Yes. It's on the news that he was found dead in one corner. I don't blame the protestors for beating him up because he did mess up so many models' lives. The families had the right to receive justice."

Riya felt bad lying to the officers that she was too late to capture Mr Cobra. But she had to do what she had to do. Mr Cobra was a manipulative person that the officers would let him out in one month. She was glad some of the officers were happy that he was killed. That made life slightly easier for her. But now she had to do the killing behind the scenes. Meaning she had to be White Jaguar in order not to get into trouble.

She finished thinking about what happened earlier. She went back to the investigation. "Do you know any officers more that Mr Cobra bribed in order to drop the chargers against him?"

"Yes. But I can't tell you until you agree to sleep with me.", he looked at her with a smirk.

She could not believe it. "How many times do I have to tell you that I have a boyfriend? If you are not going to be helpful, I will shoot you.", she was being serious. 

"Mr Louis Brown. That's all I'm going to tell you.", he said. 

"Is that an officer or a gangster?"

"You got the resources. You figure it out. Are still going to question me?", he reminded her.

She did not forget about that. "You come tomorrow. I will send you the address."

"There is no need for that because I know where you are working."

She looked at him with anger. "You are still following me?"

"Not me, my men.", Sebastian corrected her.

"Under your orders.", she snapped.

Sebastian finished his supper and got up from his seat. One man took all the dirty dishes and went to the kitchen. Sebastian started walking towards her.
