Pain changes people, it makes them trust less, overthink more and shut people out.

Time: 8am same day

"Thank you."

I took the coffee from Hyo Seop and he sits down beside me.

We are at the same Han Gang bench we met.

Drinking it, I took in a deep breath after that.

"Is three years."

"Yeah."

I chuckle and look at the sky now.

"Did you come?"

"Did you?"

I questioned back and now we look at each other.

We both know we can find each other.

"You became a cop. I never expect that to be your plan."

"You thought i might continue drawing comics and get famous in webtoon? Then probably one day they will use my story as a drama and you will act on it?"

I described a situation and he chuckle at it.

"Why didn't you continue?"

Heaving, I feel heavy on my heart.

Taking out the notebook and a pen from my bag, i give him a look.

"Are you hungry now?"

"Wait, what?"

I give him a shrug.

"Say a word."

He hummed a tone while brushing his lips with his finger tips while looking at me.

"A sandwich. Any sandwich."

"Subway sandwich. Meatball?"

He nodded and I start drawing.

I draw two sandwich and keep the pen away before covering my hand over the drawing.

When I lift my hand up, the sandwich appear together which he gasped immediately.

"No, you gotta be kidding me."

I handed him the sandwich and it's still hot.

"This is why I quit drawing."

It became real.

All my drawing could become real.

If anyone could explain this to me, I would appreciate it.

"It's edible."

He's already eating and I laugh.

"You really were hungry?"

"I waited you until morning without sleeping."

My bad.

"You can keep this to yourself right?"

"I always did."

I smile before looking away.

We continue the talk after eating and I never felt so full actually.

Full at the heart, not stomach.

I think is because we met again, in this way.

"These totem you draw,"

He break the silence first and I remain looking at him.

I can't seem to get my eyes off him.

He looks the same.
