Little Family

I cleaned myself up from crying and nodded over to Kelly. We walked out and into the lounge room. I sat down and curled up next to Jake. He wrapped his arms around me tight “You ok baby” I nodded and kissed his cheek “im gonna go to bed” Jake smiled and helped me up. As we started walking towards the hallway Chase, Luke and Kelly decided to leave, I was thankful that we were going to be alone. We said goodbye and Jake looked the front door while I headed to his room and got into my pj’s.

Jake got undressed and climbed into bed and wrapped his arms around me tight “Whats going on baby girl, your worrying me” he muttered as he kissed my neck. I rolled over and faced him and ran my hands over his face “I love you so much” he smiled and kissed me softly. “Baby I need to tell you something and I really need you to not hate me, I didn’t plan it I promise” Jake nodded and held my hand. “Im pregnant I only found out tonight, im so sorry” I started to cry as Jake held me tight and kissed my tears away. “Hey princess look at me please” he murmured between kisses, I looked up at him slowly waiting for his reaction. “Im not going anywhere, where going to have a baby, I no we didn’t plan on it but I am so unbelievably happy right now baby, I want to be with you forever”. I smiled and kissed him deeply as he ran his hands over my flat stomach “Were going to have a family” I smiled and placed my hand on top of his “Are you sure your ready for this”. Jake smiled and nodded and kissed my belly. I fell asleep happy in his arms, I wasn’t scared anymore, Jake was right we are going to be a family and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The next morning I woke alone in Jakes bed. I climbed out and padded down the hallway. I smiled when I noticed Jake trying to cook in the kitchen. I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist “Morning boyfriend” he chuckled and turned to face me “Sorry princess was trying to cook you a nice breakfast but we both no I can’t cook” I covered my mouth and ran to the bathroom and threw up. Jake held my hair and rubbed my back while I finished. I washed my face and brushed my teeth “Gahh probably a good thing I didn’t eat it” Jake smiled and kissed my cheek “Sorry we’ll have to go to the doctors and figure out all the baby stuff and get you some medicine sometime this week”. Jake muttered as he carried me out to the lounge room “Baby I can walk really” Jake laughed and set me down on the couch “I no but it’s still fun”.

“We should tell dad today im pretty sure he’s probably figured it out after last night, my mum had really server morning sickness with me”. Jake nodded and helped me get up to get dressed.

We arrived at home and suddenly I felt so nervous “Hey baby come on we got this” Jake said and kissed me softly as he held my hand as we walked inside. We found dad in the kitchen reading the paper “Morning daddy” he smiled over at us and got up and gave me a hug then shook Jake’s hand.                       

“How you feeling today baby girl” dad asked as he looked us over.

“Im ok actually that’s why we’re here daddy” I muttered. Dad smiled and shook his head at me “Becky I knew the second you were sick last night, you never get sick, your pregnant aren’t you”. I stared at dad while him and Jake laughed. “Your not angry” I muttered out, dad rolled his eyes at me “Becky I love you no matter what you do, it obviously wasn’t planned and it was silly to do, but you’re a good kid aslong as you finish school I don’t have a problem. Look me and your mum were very young so im not going to be a hypocrite and say your making a big mistake, because you were the best thing to ever happen to us”. I jumped up and gave dad a big kiss and cuddle.

“So since we’re talking about important things….” Dad looked sad and I knew he was going away again.

“How long this time” I croaked out. Dad took a deep breath and squeezed my hand. “Well that’s just it baby girl they want me to run the new company over in London I leave next week”. I stared up at him in shock. “What about me, what about the house” I asked.

Dad shook his head “The house is yours to do whatever you want with and I will come back and visit as much as I can. Look baby girl you’re doing great here you have Jake and this little one, you have your own little family now”. I smiled and nodded and kissed his cheek “I no daddy but I miss you”. “I miss you to Becky always”. Dad cleared his throat “Ok enough of the mushy stuff, you need to get in to see a doctor young lady” I smiled and held Jake’s hand “Don’t worry dad booking in after we are done here”. “Well then get going young lady I hugged him tight and waved as we left.

“Well that was un expected I was planning on being in agonizing pain” Jake muttered. I laughed “Dad is good I guess, never been able to hide anything from him”.

When we got home I called up the hospital and booked in to see a obgyn, my appointment was in 2 daya, which was great. Jake decided to call the guys over so we could tell them, Chase was coming first. I hadn’t even thought of telling him yet and I knew that this bit was going to be hard…
