Dancing in the dark

It's Friday night, here I am standing outside the FUNHOUSE nightclub against my own will, freezing my ass off for my best friend Kelly. I'm not the type of girl who usually does the whole nightclub thing but tonight is my 18th Birthday and Kelly was determined to drag me here, for a "Fun night". So we made a deal I would tough it out for 2 hours and if I wasn't enjoying myself then we would leave.  So that leads me to now, standing outside in line in a tight black strapless dress that just covers my butt and a pair of black 9inch pumps, not my usual jeans, tank and converse outfit that I loved, no tonight I was dressed by Kelly who wore the exact opposite of me every day of her life, but I let her have her way for tonight. Kelly matched me in the exact same dress as mine but Kelly's was bright red with matching red heels, I hated to admit it, but we looked hot.

"Becca get your ID out" Kelly muttered as she pulled her ID out of her cleavage, I chuckled as I pulled mine out of my clutch, "You know you can put it in here right, your going to be pulling it out of your boobs all night". Kelly smiled over at me "Hell yeah that's the point adds a little show for the guys". We both laugh as we get to the bouncer, he checked our ID and we headed into the club.

The music was blaring as we made our way through, Kelly said something I couldn't hear so she just rolled her eyes and pulled me along to the bar. She yelled out our drink order to the bartender and 2 seconds later there were 4 shots before us. Kelly wiggled her eyebrows at me and texted "Drink up Baby", I laughed at the text and we both took a shot each, god it was awful but a few seconds later we took our second shot.

As I put my shot glass down I noticed there were two cocktails for us and a small note under the one near mine, I picked it up and laughed as I read it, ON THE HOUSE SEXY.

I laughed and showed Kelly and she climbed over the bar and gave the bar guy a kiss. We finally made our way to the dance floor and started dancing together and I realized that for once I was actually having a great time. We broke apart and danced with some guys and I noticed Kelly hooking up with a few guys and laughed to myself, that girl couldn't help herself sometimes.

At 2:30 the club closed so we all cleared out, finally outside I found Kelly again still making out with the same guy as before, I rolled my eyes and stumbled over to her "K you coming home with me or Mr suck face here" I chuckled and Kelly smiled widely "Umm you ok if I go with Mitch here", ah so he did have a name I nodded and started walking down the street. I may have been sobering up for the last hour and a half but I was still very wasted, I stumbled down the street a few times. 5mins into walking straight, I decided to have myself a dance party in the street.

I was singing/screaming "live while were young" by one direction, which surprised me because they weren't usually a band I liked, but the song was stuck in my head. Halfway through my dancing and screaming, I heard someone chuckling at me and stopped shaking my butt and turned around. I smiled when I noticed it was the sexy bartender "Hey handsome like my moves" he laughed and rolled his eyes, as he walked over to me "I served you and your friend all night and I can safely say you shouldn't be walking the streets alone at this time of night let alone half wasted".

"I'm fine really sweetie but thanks for caring, but I got this" and to my horror, as I finished that sentence I stumbled over and Mr sexy bartender caught me. "Your so not ok, Becca is it"? I nodded and tried to move away slowly so I wouldn't fall again "Look I haven't had a drink all night and I have a car let me give you a lift home please, I couldn't live with myself if I left you out here alone like this, Becca please"? I smile and nod and whisper a quiet "Thank you" as he led me back towards the club.

He walked me over to a High, black, 4 door Ute and unlocked it and helped me climb in, I breathed in the smell of the car it smelt just like him the sexy smell of Ed Hardy Cologne as well as new car smell. He jumped in and we slowly headed down the street "By the way my names Chase" he grinned over at me and I shook his hand "I'm Becca as you know, thanks again for the lift it's really sweet of you".  We started talking like we had known each other our whole lives, Chase was really sweet and funny. After a while, we pulled up at the beach car park "Ok so I totally forgot to ask you where I was taking you? He blushed sheepishly as I chuckled softly. "Sorry, my bad I forgot to tell you um I live over in the estate" he nodded and we headed over to the other side of town.

We finally arrived at the house and all the lights were off of course, what else did I expect dad was never home always away for work. "Thank you so much for this I'm sober now I don't think I could have made it home without tripping over a lot" Chase laughed and opened his door and walked around to open my door for me. I smiled up at him as he helped me out "Oh and such a gentleman thank you kind Sir" we laughed and he held out his hand to me "My lady may I help you to your door" I smile and nod as he leads me over to the front door.

"I do really appreciate this tonight Chase thank you" I leaned over and kissed his cheek softly, he pulled me closer and smiled down at me "Would you be mad if I kissed you" I breathe out a quick "No" before his lips were on mine. The kiss was beautiful, it was soft and sweet but soon turned hungry, I felt like I couldn't breathe around him, I never felt like that with anyone. We pulled away slowly and he smiled down cheekily at me "Your lips are amazing" I laughed at how corny that sounded and kissed his cheek again softly.

"So Becca can I ask you out" I beamed up at him and nodded frantically as he chuckled and kissed me again. After we pulled apart he gave me his phone and I put my number in. "I will be busy until next Friday but we can text".

I kissed him quickly goodnight and waited till he left and ran up into my room, I was so excited I couldn't wait till Friday night, stupid school in the way but it was the last year thank god.I got ready for bed and passed out as soon as I laid my head down.
