"Hey Mandy." My aunt Dawn calls for me, this summer my family and I are staying at the our house this summer, my mom couldn't because she needed to work."Yes? What's up?" I asked

"Some people will be coming here later today, alright?" She told me "Alright I'm gonna read and listen to music for the time being" I said as I lay in a chair , I put my headphones in 'Battle Scars' by Guy Sebastian and Lupe Fiasco came on.

"Hey aunt Dawn." A voice said

with? "Hey Trevor" Mt aunt says "Mandy come here" she shouted" There was no need to shout I was literally 10 feet away behind you" I say as I got off the chair and walked to the door and was greeted by five guys "Hey Mandy, I got something to tell you." She says

"Well." I say "Well this is your cousin Trevor and his friends from California" she said "Sweet Cali people, finally someone new. But hey my name is Mandy is you didn't figure that out already "I smiled. "Hey i'm Trevor." He smiled "Hey." He pulled me into a bone crushing hug "Sorry I'm a hugger" He laughed

"These are my friends, Jc,Sam, Ricky, and then Kian." He point them all out to me

I waved. " This has been nice but,I'm gonna go read and listen to music" I smiled. I turned around and walked away and in the process I bumped into my dad. oh no.

"Where are you going?" He asked "To go read." I answered looking at the ground."No you're not, give me your phone." His eyes had rage in them.

"Here." I gave it to him, he walked out of the room and walled into the kitchen, in his hands I saw my phone and a hammer.

Oh fuck no.

"Dad what are you doing!" I shout "You are always on your phone, you need to be social, go out make friends, you can't be cooped up you're whole damn life. Shit, I want grandchildren in the future!" He says and struck the hammer down on my phone.

"Stop!" I cried, "What, why, how could you dad!" I shouted
I ran down to the grauge door, down the stairs and into the hallway where my room was and our few guest bedrooms are.

I ran into my room, slammed the door, threw my limp body on my bed and cried into my pillow.
