Kizashi Haruno was thrown into jail for the rest of his life, Meibuki Haruno moved on, she's happy now and accepts Sakura and Hinata's relationship. Naruto and Sasuke are also dating, Shion moves back to wherever the hell she came from, Karin started dating Suigetsu.
They have been together for 3 years, Sakura proposed, Hinata cried, they got married. After being married for 2 years, they decided to have 3 children. Hana Hyūga Haruno, Itsuki Hyūga Haruno, and Sora Hyūga Haruno, 2 boys and 1 girl.
Sasuke and Naruto also had a child, Menma Uchiha Uzumaki. Everything else is Canon I guess, and YES they had children. Naruto is Hokage, but Sakura is his advisor.
And that about sums it up.
