Rickys POV:

A month ha spassed since Ally got in that car accident.

A month I have been in this hospital waiting for her to wake up.

A month I haven't left this hospital.

If I hadn't sent that text message she would still be awake.

"Ricky Dillon?" A doctor comes out saying.

Everyone else left last night so they could sleep in their own beds.

"That's me I said."

"I'm sorry to inform you that if Allison doesn't wake up in the next five days we will have to take her off the machine that keeps her alive."

No.

This can't be happening.

If she doesn't wake up I will have lost the love of my life and it will have been my fault.

She has to wake up.

She HAS to!

My knees go weak and I fall the the floor.

I cry.

It seems like I have been doing that a lot lately.

I go back to the waiting room and sit there.

Eventually night comes and once again I sleep in the old hospital chair.

-skip a few days-

Days have passed and she still hasn't waken up.

My hope is starting to fade.

If she doesn't wake up by tomorrow she will die.

I go in the room to visit her today.

She looks the same as she did when she got here. Maybe even a little paler.

I sit there and hold her hand. Something I may never be able to do again.

My body begins to shake as I cry.

I fall asleep there.

-next day-

She didn't wake up.

Maybe they will change their mind.

The doctor comes in.

"I'm sorry but we have to do this."

Then he turns off the only thing keeping the love of my life alive.

"I'm sorry. Allison Franta is dead."
