MANIK's PAST 6

Recap- Manik becomes a singer in the pub "The Raising Sun" and gets close to Harshad.

Something about Harshad put Manik into deep thoughts...either he was deliberately acting indifferent or he has no clue about the drug cases ...

But what caught Manik's attention was the disappearance of dev ...Manik often noticed his activities rather doubtful...so one day he decided to follow dev instead of keeping eye on Harshad ....to this point Manik was sure that Harshad had nothing to do this case but rather someone else.

From time to time Manik was also keeping in touch with the intelligence bureau

One day before following dev

Manik and aryaman met each other in manik's house

Manik- Arya there is something we are missing about dev

Aryaman- yeah his recent disappearances are not helping either

Manik- did you ask him where is going

Aryaman - yeah I did he was telling about helping harshad's father with something

Manik- ok anyways tomorrow it will be clear... inform the backup team  to be ready as well ... I feel good about this

Aryaman nodded and both called for the day

The next day it was manik's turn to fill in the club ....this time even Aryaman was with him, in between the singing he saw dev leaving the place, Manik can't leave so he signaled Aryaman, Aryaman started following him,  as soon as he finished with his performance, Manik bid bye to Harshad stating emergency...

While coming out he started dialing Aryaman number only to be stitched off ....after dialing continuously he still couldn't reach Aryaman worried Manik dialed headquarters to trace his number while waiting for the return call Manik received a message from an unknown number when he opened the picture he was shaking...it was the picture of Aryaman being beaten, soon after the video ended he received a call from the same number.

While receiving the call

Manik- hello

Caller- hello Manik Malhotra ...how are you ...how is your father ACP Raj Malhotra doing ..you know we have a long connection

Manik(gritting his teeth)- who the hell are you

caller( laughing out loud)- the DEVIL, who you are looking...

Manik- what do you want

Devil- silly boy you know how many people lost their lives just trying to see me and I am giving you the chance to meet me and you are being a brat here ....(angrily)come to the location I sent you if you want to see your friend alive.

With the call ended ...true to what he said, the details of the location arrived ....before living he did ping the backup team to be ready to attack ...after that Manik rushed to the place unaware that Harshad was listening to his conversation

Harshad on the other hand who saw Manik at the entrance came by to ask what happened but he listened to manik's onesided conversation ...from that, he understood that something happened to Aryaman and he needed to help so he discreetly started following Manik

Manik reached the location which was not far from the club ...in fact, it was quite near though Manik did not have a clue about this place Harshad was a little taken back from the place...

Manik rushed inside ...only to be stopped by devil's men outside and did not allow Manik to carry any weapon with him

Whereas Harshad knew the place a little too well so he used the other side of the building and entered inside and hid, he could not understand what does Aryaman's disappearance has anything to do with his father Godown that too the one which he didn't even use from past few years.
