Blackpink is a new girl group that YG Entertainment has produced in the midst of Big Bang and 2ne1's hiatus.

They were chosen and directed by Yang Hyun Suk himself when the accusations against him weren't published yet but the one who debuted them was the person who replaced Yang Hyun Suk as the President.

The latter had always had a good eye for talent and he wasn't wrong in choosing the members for Blackpink as they proved to be worth the effort of training.

"Oh!" Dara was quite surprised, but nonetheless she smiled warmly at the girl - after all, it might be their first meeting but they were in one company. To be honest, she didn't realize the girl's presence until she introduced herself - she blames it all on Mino.

Everyone said their his and hellos then Youngsoon allowed them an hour to themselves before working on the preparations for Jay's party.

The young man was out with the mayor and his wife in the pretense of wanting to show him around. The man didn't suspect anything as they did it with the other guests as well.

Mino was in the middle of fixing his things in his room - Suho had shared a room with Chanyeol while Jennie shared a room with Dara, when he heard knocking.

Assuming it was Jiyong, he quickly stood up and dashed towards the door, not wanting to make his sunbae wait.

"Hyung." He greeted with a huge grin which Jiyong answered with a nod before entering the room.

"What did Hyun Suk Hyung say?" Jiyong asked as he sat on the unoccupied bed.

"He didn't say much. He just called me to his office one day and said I'd be helping out here." He shrugged as he continued to pull things out of his suitcase - as if trying to find something.

"Really?" They were talking about Yang Hyun Suk here! Not saying anything was not his style.

"Aside from what I said earlier at the common area, he didn't say anything." When he finally found what he was looking for, he sat beside the suitcase on his bed - facing Jiyong.

"What's that?" Jiyong pointed the thing he was busy looking for a while ago.

"My sketchpad!" Mino said with a grin. "I saw a lot of cool things to draw on our way here."

"How are things back at YGE?" He became serious all of a sudden.

Jiyong had been bothered by the fact that Seungri didn't call him when Dara arrived in Korea like he said since the day she showed up. Having Mino answer his questions would probably help lessen his worries.

The young man was silent for a while before answering.

"Still the same." He said nonchalantly but after a few moments, his head shot up to look at Jiyong - his eyes shined as if he just realized something. "2ne1 Noonas and Big Bang Hyungs seem to have a fight though."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah! I couldn't be wrong." He assured. "Out of all the Big Bang Hyungs, Seungri Hyung seems to have it worst. Bom Noona doesn't even hide it when she frowns or glares at him!"

"It's good to see everything's fine." Mino shot Jiyong a questioning look. He just told the man that his members and their closest friends and life partners are fighting! And here he was saying everything was fine? Seeing Mino's look, he shook his head with a chuckle. "Are you not used to their petty fights? They're probably fighting over what food in the cafeteria tastes better or any other random thing like that."

Mino still looked confused. It was true that his 2ne1 Noonas and Big Bang Hyungs were prone to bickering and fighting but he clearly said that Bom was openly glaring at Seungri - something that she never did before because she and Dara adored the man.

He was confused, but nonetheless, he kept quiet. They were out of YGE and anything that comes out of their mouths could turn into a scandal.

All the cast and helper's rooms had cameras and mics in them except for the bathroom, so Jiyong was very careful with his words.

If word got out that they were fighting, it'd be bad for their comebacks.

"Noona! What do you want me to do?" Chanyeol was like a puppy wagging his tail when Mino and Jiyong entered the dining room.

Everyone was already doing their part of the preparations.

Dara and Chanyeol were asked to prepare the table - like they normally do, only this time, it had to fit the bill for Jay's party theme.

Mino's eyebrow shot up when he saw the scene.

Dara had a lot of dongsaengs that she was close to but - as far as Mino knew, Chanyeol wasn't a part of it.

"Damn." He head Jiyong mutter beside him.

Laughing inside his head, he decided to help his Hyung out.

He went directly to Dara. He managed to take over the conversion making it look like he didn't just disturb one of Chanyeol's daily interactions with Dara.

"Jiyong!" Youngsoon's voice that came from the kitchen snapped Jiyong's thoughts. He then walked towards her to  get started on his assigned dishes.

Jennie and Suho then appeared in the dining room. Dara asked them to start blowing up balloons for decoration - and they did. With 9 people helping out, the preparations were done in no time.

The mayor's wife called to say they're 30 minutes away from the inn so everyone gathered in the dining area where the set up was.

Because of the fact that there were only 12 people in the house, the dining area - with their perfectly long dining table, was the perfect place to hold the party.

When Jay walked towards the inn, he was bothered and confused of how quiet it was. Usually, Kiwoong's voice would be ringing inside his ear right about now - especially when it was already time for dinner.

He had to park the car so the mayor and his wife had gotten in ahead of him.

When he entered, there was no one in the common area, which was again - weird.

Right when he was about to walk straight to his room, he heard Kiwoong laughing from the dining room.

Thinking that they were doing a prank on him, he chuckled and proceeded to walk towards the dining room.

He couldn't believe that the stars that everyone looked up to were this normal. He had always thought that celebrities were a whole different race from normal people but after his interactions with such huge celebrities, he figured out that they were not so different from average humans.

"You guys, your prank totally failed. I already heard Kiwoong Hyung's laugh from the common area." 

He was expecting to see them all seated - waiting for him, while glaring at Kiwoong who had ruined their trick.

But no.

What he saw was a table full of food. A cake that was shaped into a guitar with the words 'Fighting!' written on it and the people he was looking for - all smiling broadly at him. 

"Jay!"
