Inn Part 2

"You good?" Yang Hyun Suk laughingly asked Dara.

"Yep!" She cheerily answered as she placed the cup the ramyun came with down.

Yang Hyun Suk chuckled. He then looked at the unmoving man beside him. He shook his head, knowing fully well that behind his unmoving frame, he was watching Dara's every move.

"Jiyong. Can we start?"

There were only Jiyong, Dara and him left inside the room. The rest decided to go home and prepare for their shows and comebacks.

"Yeah." Jiyong sat straight, giving a fourth of his attention to Yang Hyun Suk while the remaining thirds was still on Dara.

"As the proposal states, the show will take 2 months to shoot. You'll be going to a place that's still developing tourism. For the first week, the cast will go through the process of building the inn-"

"Wait." Jiyong finally paid attention to their boss as he raised a finger. "Build? You mean we have to build the inn ourselves?"

"You'll have a construction company with you of course. You just need to help with a few basic things to build the inn like hammering in nails, painting and things like that."

Jiyong nodded as he relaxed. Him not knowing anything about building a house was one thing, but just the thought of having Dara do heavy work had him worrying.

"As I was saying, the 1st week is allotted for building the inn. The show will be receiving guests starting from the 2nd week. You don't have to worry, the staff will make sure to filter the guests properly. The guests could be either celebrities or just normal people.

"After the end of the show, the inn would be passed on to the local government of the area. You'd have to be there during that. It's confirmed that the mayor of the area and his wife would be helping out during the shoot. Some minor information are stated in the proposal I gave you. Questions?"

"Sajangnim, when exactly is the show starting? I have things to settle with my business first." Dara asked, taking both men by surprise.

When did she start doing business?

"You have a business?" Yang Hyun Suk stared at the woman as if she was someone different. The Dara he knew was quirky, energetic and fun but she was also very shy and would always keep to herself.

Her doing business was something none of them expected she'd do.

"Yeah. I started 2 years after our hiatus. It's a small business, but it's fun so I continued to do it. Now, the ones managing it are my mom and sister but I still have to do some final things before I hand the management to them." Dara explained, rendering Jiyong speechless.

In the past years that they weren't together, Taeyang became a great husband, Bom and TOP got married despite their weirdness, Seungri finally made CL say yes, Daesung manned up and told Minzy how he felt and even Dara had done great progress in her life by entering business.

Was he the only person who decided to do nothing?

Over the past years he did nothing but laze around his house. He already had people to manage his business so he was confident it wouldn't plop. Aside from the regular visits back to his parents' and sister's home, he didn't go anywhere.

"Good for you." Yang Hyun Suk smiled at Dara. He felt good knowing she finally overcame her shyness by doing business. "It will start 2 weeks from now."

"2 weeks from now?" Dara thought for a while before looking at Yang Hyun Suk with a worried expression. "Sajangnim, if I can't be there on the first week of filming, would I be replaced? The things I need to settle would take a long time. I'm afraid I could only be with the show 3 weeks from now."
