And they have the money to afford their memories. The poor aren't informed of this, and lose their memory when they go on the test. The goal is to keep only the strongest, bravest and smartest on earth. Everyone who is dull minded will fail the test and die in the process. They need to eliminate everyone who isn't useful. Penny is from the noble and Judy is from the homeless. The rich have a delicate mind and keep their heads high and calm all the time. The rich are also very cold and unwelcoming to other people. The homeless are warm and smiling but they are wild and messy with lack of hygiene.
