It's been a year since a human and a vampire fell madly in love. Many things have happened...They made lovely memories together, travelled around the world and simply loved each other. Kara still wonders how she was able to fall in love again, after closing her heart for 400 years...But now, she is in a better place, much better...Or maybe it could get better.
Today was the day Kara would ask Lena to be her wife. She asked her adoptive vampire sister, Alex, to distract the CEO, while she prepared the proposal. It was day, and Kara was now capable to get into the light, after Lena gave her a sun-ring couple of months ago. So quickly, she went to buy flowers from a local florist and bought food from the nearest market. When she arrived in her castle, immediately she started cooking Lena's favorite dish and Kale salad...Which Kara found gross. With the help of her inhuman speed, she was done in 30 minutes. The vampire packed the food neatly into a picnic basket and loaded it into her black Mercedes. Shortly after all the other things she needed to prepare for. When she was sure she got everything she needed, the vampire got into the car and drove to her destination.
While Kara was preparing the proposal, on the other side of the city Lena and Alex were shopping. "Have you heard something from Kara today?" Lena asked curiously, while they walked to the next store. Alex was panicking on the inside, she didn't even know it was possible to hear her own heartbeat as a vampire. "Uh-Yeah, she texted me that an old friend of hers needed help." Alex answered and tried her best to sound convincing...Which she didn't do so well. Lena eyed the vampire carefully, since she was dating one herself she could easily read the body language of a vampire...But this time she let it pass. "Okay, anyway I'm excited for our date tonight so I'll see her in a couple of hours." Lena answered and ignored Alex's internal panicking. "Yeah, I hope you'll enjoy it." Alex said with a warm smile on her face, knowing what will happen.
Hours have passed and Alex was bringing Lena to Kara's castle. When they arrived, Kara stood ready in front of the gates, with roses in hand. Lena heart was beating out of joy and jumped out of the car when it stopped, instantly giving her 'girlfriend' a kiss. "Hey love. I missed you." Lena said and mastered Kara's pout. The vampire chuckled and kissed the pout away from Lena's lips. "I missed you too, baby." Kara answered and had a smile plastered on her face, showing her fangs. She then looked up to Alex and gave a silent 'thank you' and like that Alex left, leaving the couple alone. Kara's breath was taken away when she saw Lena in a beautiful midnight blue dress, fitting her body perfectly and if nothing were planned, Kara would have ripped it out of her, fucking her right there. "You look stunning..." Kara said in amazement and couldn't stop looking at Lena. "Thank you love, you look very dashing as well." Lena teased and made Kara chuckle. Indeed, Kara did look dashing: She had a dark grey suit, with a deep red tie and a white dress shirt. "Shall we go to dinner?" Kara asked and handed Lena the beautiful roses. "We shall." Lena answered with a soft smile. Kara held her hand and led her to the tiny way up to the hill.
As they arrived there, Lena was surprised. There she saw a picnic, full of food and an amazing view to the city...It was prefect. They ate together...Well Lena did and Kara just sipped on some blood. They talked cuddled together, kissed and enjoyed each others warmth...And soon enough, Kara got on one knee, took out a little velvet box and asked the big question, making Lena gasp. "Lena...My heart was closed for 400 years, I thought I was not worthy of love, but that one particular night...That night when I attacked you, you opened my heart again. Just when I looked into your enchanting eyes, I fell in love without even knowing it and from that day on, I fell in love deeper and deeper. I want to continue loving you for eternity and cherish you. I want everything with you, get married, have kids and maybe a pet...I want all of that with you. Lena Kieran Luthor, will you marry me?" Kara let her heart speak and said it only with truth and love. Lena was in tears and glanced down at the beautiful ring...It had silver band, a ruby in the middle and was circled with tiny diamonds. "Yes! Yes, I will marry you." Lena said in excitement and Kara slipped the ring onto Lena's finger giving her a passionate kiss, filled with love and happiness. "I love you." Lena said, as they broke the kiss. "I love you more." Kara said and kissed Lena again...Just then their lives were only getting better.
4 months later
Finally the big day has come! For the first time in history, a human and a vampire will be bonded by love and will stay bonded for eternity. The ceremony was staring, the couple chose a rather small ceremony, with only family and close friends...Who knew vampires and humans could get along well? Well nobody did, till it has been proven by a couple. Kara and Lena chose to get married in Kara's garden, which was behind her castle. It was on a evening just when the sun was setting, making the wedding more beautiful. About 50 guests were invited...It was a total mix of vampires and humans.
Kara stood ready on the altar, and boy was she nervous. "I'm so happy for you baby cousin." Clark said, the only living relative of Kara. He gave her a reassuring hug and calmed Kara down. "Thanks Clark." Kara whispered into his ear and both smiled, showing their fangs. Soon music started to play and Kara fixed herself. She had an all black tuxedo on and looked very charming. As she laid her eyes upon the beautiful woman she was going to marry, she got lost...Lena looked so beautiful in that white wedding dress...Kara was not able to describe how stunning her soon-to-be wife was, she felt like she fell in love all over again for Lena. Happy tears were streaming down Kara's cheeks and Clark had to hand her a handkerchief to wipe her tears. "My life starts now." Kara whispered to herself, just when the bride finally arrived at the altar, both couldn't stop smiling...Kara showed a bright smile, which made her fangs visible and Lena gave a smile that only Kara saw.
They couldn't stop gazing into each others eyes, as if they were enchanted by them...Because they were. Finally the pastor, which was J'onn, a family friend of Kara's begun the ceremony, but the whole time they didn't pay attention what the pastor said...All their attention was in each other. As they spoke their vows and made each other cry, including the crowd, put rings on each other...Soon they heard they very few words, they've been waiting for. "I now pronounce you, wife and wife. You may kiss the bride." Without even waiting for a second, Kara pulled Lena by the waist and kissed her deeply with love. The crowd started to clap and the newly wedded couple ran through the aisle...But, life was only stepping onto a level of getting better.
2 years later
Both didn't know that their life could be more amazing, but it did. Their son, Kieran Lazarus Dragomir Luthor-Danvers, was born and they were so happy, it was impossible for them to describe. Lena held their son in her arms and smiled when he wrapped his tiny hand on her finger and Kara sat next to them, tears in her eyes as she looked to her beautiful wife and son. She stroked Kieran's dark brown hair carefully and loved how soft it was. Just then he opened his eyes and saw his mothers for the very first time...And Kara and Lena, they fell in love all over again...His eyes were mixed with blue and green, but his iris had a dark blue shade to it, making his eyes very enchanting. "Just as beautiful like his mother." Kara complimented and Lena chuckled. "Well, he looks very charming like his other mother." Lena teased and made Kara grin. He started to smile and gurgle around, and both found his little fangs very adorable. "My little bat..." Kara said and gave a soft kiss on her son's forehead. Kieran looked very attentively at his mothers, as if he were trying to memorize every feature on their faces. "Our little bat. Mommy and mama love you with all our hearts." Lena said softly and gave a glance to Kara, seeing her wife smile bright. "I never knew my love could be this unconditional for this little one." Kara whispered, as she held her son in her arms. Lena smiled and kissed Kara deeply. "It is possible for the ones who who never expect love, that they are the ones who experience love the most." Lena whispered onto Kara's lips and made her wife smile. "Than that must be very true." Kara joked and gave a soft kiss. They were truly a happy family...
8 years later
"Mama!" A young girl yelled from on top of a tree, immediately Kara sped towards the voice and there she saw her 6 year daughter on top of a tree. "Lenora Katherine Dragomir Luthor-Danvers! What are you doing up there?" Lena yelled from the garden. The blue eyed girl seemed scared and was in panic. In a second, Kara shapeshifted into a giant eagle and flew up to her daughter. Lenora carefully got onto the eagle and Kara flew her down safely. As she shapeshifted into her original form, she was tackled by a tight hug. "Hey are you okay my littlest bat?" The oldest vampire asked and hugged her daughter back, stroking Lenora's tussled up black hair. Lenora just nodded and Kara lifted her up. Just then, Kieran came into sight and sighed in relief when he saw his baby sister is okay. "What happened mama?" The oldest hybrid asked softly and looked at his sister, who seemed scared. "It's okay little bat, Lenora just got scared when she climbed onto the tree. But she is okay." Kara reassured and sensed that Kieran seemed to relax. Lena came from the garden and let go of a breath she didn't know she was holding. "Thank God she is okay." Lena said and gave her daughter a hug. "I'm sorry mommy that I didn't listen to you." Lenora apologized and Lena gave her a soft smile. "It's okay, but please listen next time. You can only go up the tree if mama is with you, okay?" Lena said and rubbed her daughter's back softly. "Okay." Mumbled the young girl. "Don't worry little sister, you will master shapeshifting with practice." Kieran said and Kara smiled proudly when she heard those wise words come out form her 8 year old son. His sister just nodded and gave him a tight hug and the sight made their mothers heart melt. "Want to try to run around the castle?" Kieran suggested and his sister nodded eagerly. "Last one is a rotten garlic!" Kieran joked and shapeshifted into a wolf, so did Lenora and Kara, and Lena hopped onto Kara's back.
They raced around the castle and Kara was the last one...Well she did let the kids win. "Mommy and mama are rotten garlic!" Lenora teased and made their mothers laugh. "Yes we are." Kara teased and made her kids laugh. "Mommy, what's for dinner?" Kieran asked, as he tugged on his mommy's shirt. "Mama is cooking today. You should go ask her." Lena suggested and saw her son walk towards her wife, who was playing around with Lenora. "Mama what's for dinner?" Kieran repeated the question and gave a cheeky smile, which showed his adorable fangs. "Well, I was planning on making Pizza and Potstickers." Kara answered and the kids squealed out of joy. "Pizza!" Lenora squealed and started to bounce around. "Potstickers!" Kieran yelled and fist pumped the air. Lena had to laugh at the sight and found it adorable to see her wife and kids all happy. "Can you also include Kale salad?" Lena asked to tease her wife and saw Kara scrunch her face in disgust, so did the kids. "Ewww." Lenora said and fake gagged, while Kieran stuck his tongue out. Lena found it amusing and started to laugh. "I don't know why you like that green stuff. It's gross." Kara stated and looked up to her beautiful wife. "Mama and mommy, big brother and I are going to play LEGO, while we wait for dinner." Lenora said and with that, the kids headed to their rooms to play.
Lena than walked to her wife and grabbed her by the tie, giving a deep kiss. "If you don't like Kale, then why don't you just bite me..." Lena teased and Kara seemed very satisfied, she can very much do that. The vampire gave a rough kiss and held her wife by the waist. "I love you." Kara whispered on Lena's lips and brushed their noses softly onto each other. "I love you too." Lena answered...And with that, the couple went into the castle to join their kids, and maybe have some fun later...
