The creature and cybernetic man stared at each other for a long time until A6d freaked out, "how the fuck did Grian not see you, you where sitting besides the bed this entire time." A6d said as the creature laughed at him opening its mouth nice and wide showing the pit of teeth and would tear into flesh like a soaked paper bag.
"I have my ways....I prefer to stay quiet and hidden by those who scream out a threat alerting others....your lucky~ lucky that I awoken when Bitch Blue showed up." the creature said swaying its head side to side before shaking its head messing its hair up.
"Guessing you're like Paralysis." A6d said, looking away as the creature perked up at that name.
"Paralysis?" the creature asked as it tilted its head to the side, "they sound familiar?"
"You know him?" A6d questioned as he looked at the strange lanky creature as it twitched and swayed like jelly.
"I've heard his name faintly hovering around Facility D-154 during the summer when I was reborn" the creature said, moving its head back slightly as his tongue flickered through its teeth "I fucked that place up good~" the creature chirped delighted with their destruction, it satisfied the creature very much.
"Wait, you destroyed that place, me and my friends were there like months ago, that place looked horrible, you did all that yourself?" A6d said clearly remembering the death and destruction of Facility D-154, then he remembered those hound creatures that attacked him and his group.
The creature nodded it's strange head before turning to the doorway hearing footsteps pass by it as shadows rolled under it, "but I never met this Paralysis person, I've only heard their or his name in the past~ where is this Paralysis entity at...." the creature hummed as it turned its head to face A6d.
"....there in the Nether at the moment, they'll be back soon....Hey! Let go of me!" A6d said as the creature got up grabbing him by the arm, "release me!"
"No" the creature snarled, bearing its teeth getting A6d to submit to it, "we're going to the nether~" the creature said as darkness surrounded both it and A6d.

A6d opened his eyes and he looked around seeing red and orange around him, but no entity anywhere to be seen, A6d zoned out for a moment before seeing his shadow move and rise up with the creature coming out of it towering over A6d before looking down at him.
"This place looks like hell.. I wonder if the leaders are here unless those mortals are still alive~" the creature said in a low tone as its voice echoed with a bellow.
"Of course it does...but what if the others see you...are you?" A6d's head was engulfed by a large clawed hand as the creature bellowed.
"If they can see this Paralysis fellow then i don't mind revealing myself to them....or i can remain visible to you eyes only just to make you look like a crazy person." the creature responded in a whispering tone as many voices followed the whisper as the creature took its hand away and stood on all fours kinda like Paralysis would do to appear shorter, but both this new guy and Paralysis still stood above the group even on all fours.
"I'll lead the way I guess...I can see them from here." A6d said and he looked away from the terrifying creature hearing its chains rattle and drag across the netherrack. A6d huffed and wasn't sure of what to say to the group once they found out he was here with...whatever this creature was, A6d assumed it was another experiment like Paralysis but this creature was much more perfected then Paralysis even though they were both terrifying, A6d couldn't image pissing of this guy
"Anyways...what's your name?" A6d asked, trying to get to know his attachment a little better.
"My name?" the creature roared before looking back at a squad of piglin firing crossbow bolts at them. The creature was hit by one of these bolts and it stood up on its hind legs roaring out before vanishing into smoke surrounding A6d before fading away.
A6d looked up seeing his friend whip around to the sound of a roar and they looked panicked from what they just heard "Guys! It's me! A6d!" A6d yelled waving his hands in the air catching the group's attention getting them to rush over to him even though they were a good distance away.
A6d barked in pain as a bolt hit his spine, A6d became angered and he lashed out like an animal grabbing the throat of a piglin before ripping it out through its tough leathery skin. A6d threw the body to the side as his vision faded to red. A6d covered his head and shook it side to side but he heard whispers in his head.
"Do it, feast...join us....feast....drink the crimson sap, feast upon them....eat them, hunt your prey~ consume their flesh a hearts~" the echoing whispers said as A6d thrashed his body around as blood came out of his nose, mouth, and eyes. A6d screamed as his eyes turned red, A6d roared as fangs showed up as he lunged forward attacking the piglins and ripping into them like a feral animal.
The group got to the sense and they witnessed the bloodshed before them as all the piglins were slaughtered before they're very own eyes. The group looked freaked out to what was happening, has A6d lost his fucking mind has the withering got to him, but Dream and Paralysis looked....satisfied. A6d ripped the guts out of one piglin before leaping at another breaking its skull against the red floors as crimson sap came out staining the ground, A6d looked up at the last piglin as he pounced on it like the feral he became and tore the heart out of the piglin's chest, he held it in his hands not knowing the group was behind him, A6d stared at the heart as it looked like a shiny red apple, a juicy shiny red apple.
"Eat it, Feast upon it, Dig in, down the hatch~" the whispers cooed as A6d parted his lips and mouth. The group watched and they were about to stop A6d but they were held back by Dream and Paralysis with blood.
"Why are you two holding us back, A6d's lost his fucking mind!" Tapl said before having the back of his head slapped by bad.
"Language you muffin head, but yes A6d's lost his mind!" Bad said as he looked at Dream and Paralysis seeing them smiling which frightened the group.
The group couldn't do anything as they were blocked off from stopping A6d from his new fate as blood gushed out onto the ground as he sunk his teeth into the heart taking a chuck out of it. A6d wanted to gag but he chewed the raw heart before harshly swallowing the raw chunk of meat. A6d dropped the heart as he entered a coughing fit as his cough turned into a harsh hacking like sound until he stopped as he rubbed at his neck.
Dream and Paralysis lowered the blood walls before walking over to A6d, "hey, you alright?" Dream asked as he placed a hand on A6d's back before yanking out the crossbow bolt as the wound healed over.
"Fuck....no....I just ate a god danm piglin heart!" A6d said looking up at Dream seeing a soft smile as Paralysis stood behind him like a shadow, "how would I be alright!...I....I....what the fuck is happening to me....WHY!" A6d yelled as he covered his head as he heard laughter in his head as it was low and echoey, "TELL ME DAMN IT!" A6d snapped as tears ran down his face cleaning the left over blood streaks that ran from his eyes.
The group all looked at A6d watching him break down as he hid his head as his fingers twisted through his hair as he looked ready to pull it out like weeds in the grass. A6d shook and trembled as he weeped in fear of what he was becoming, he didn't want this, he never wanted this, why him, why him out of everybody here. A6d felt lightheaded but he couldn't black out, not here, not now, he tried staying strong but he grew weaker and tired as his vision snapped to darkness.

Void, it stretched out for miles into the sky and every direction as a patch of grass swayed beneath the cybernetic man as his head was laid back on a hard cold surface. A6d stared off into the void before seeing a face pear over him, a grey twisted face that had an open smile on it.
"Why?" A6d weakly said, "why did you make me do that? Tell me please?" A6d began to beg as he looked into the pearly blood stained scleras and black shaggy mane that swayed over his face brushing against his nose once in a while.
"It only strengthens our bond~" the creature said as a white silhouette of a heart appeared above A6d with cords coiled tightly around it, "once our bond is strong enough, I can break free just like that Paralysis beast~ but that'll be awhile~" the creature hummed as the silhouette vanished into darkness.
"But why? Why me? Why nobody else? I didn't want this?" A6d spoke as tears formed, he was so scared of what was next to come, he didn't want to die, "why me out of everybody in this group, I don't.... I'm not a monster.....I was never meant to be a monster" A6d said as he choked on his own words.
The creature tilted its head to the side before humming slightly, "It's only just begun Vincent~." the creature said as its claws came up touching A6d's neck as the creature's secondary pair of arms tucked close to its chest.
A6d just stared into the creatures eyes as tears ran down from his, "who are you? What do you want from me?" A6d begged the creature.
"I want to be whole again, I want to breath again, I don't want to be a physical manifestation any more, I want to feel the world around me, I want to feel warmth, I want life....and you~ You're just a perfect vessel for me~" the creature said opening its mouth slightly getting A6d to tense.
So this is what Dream felt when Paralysis was still attached to him as a physical manifestation before becoming a separated detached entity to roam freely whenever they pleased, but Dream befriended Paralysis and became very close to him, well that was Dream's choice anyways. A6d's fear took over him but the creature looked away into the void which calmed A6d a little bit but not a whole lot.
"Who are you though, do you even have a name?" A6d questioned as he continued to lay their on the creature's legs as he was frozen their due to the creatures control over him at the moment,
"Name?.....Failure, mistake, abomination, that's what Silver said oh as well as Blue~....same old same old....but a different person gave me a name after my tail had a stinger on it...." the creature spoke as it slightly twitched for a little bit.
"What is it then?" A6d said as he managed to sit up which he was thankful for, but his question wouldn't be answered until he answered a question first.
"Did you enjoy the heart?" the creature said as it scrunched and moved its neck around before looking at A6d very closely with its soulless pearly eyes.
A6d huffed as he looked at his hands, seeing flashing images of the heart he was bitten into, his whole body felt upset with him for eating it, "I...." A6d paused himself like a movie as he processed things in his head like a computer, "I'm unsure....maybe another would help me think" A6d said giving in to the truth of being a monster or a feral in many eyes, he was just like Dream and Paralysis now. A bloodthirsty animal.
The creature seemed pleased with the response and it showed its teeth with a wide pulled back smile that stretched down its neck half way before the skin of its neck closed back up hiding the teeth besides for the few that stuck out and the creature spoke up saying its name.
"Toxicosis~"
