The group looked up hearing footsteps and chains dragging on the floor growing closer to them. George got off the counter as he looked at Dream and Paralysis, but he focused on Paralysis seeing how tired and weak he looked, like he's be in a fight with something and lost the battle. The group all seemed to notice but Paralysis made no mention of his fatigue.
"Is he okay, Dream?" Sapnap asked pushing himself away from the counter as he looked towards Dream and a weak looking Paralysis.
Dream only shook his head before hearing a noise behind him, everyone heard it and they looked towards the hall seeing the ceiling begin to buckle and crack. Paralysis bellowed and he was ready for a fight if it came down to it. The ceiling broke open as a creature landed on all fours swaying its body before staring down the group letting out a snarl. The group backed up as Dream pulled Paralysis along as they stared at the creature that was snarling at them.
The creature large roughly around the size of lion but it had a more of a twisted form with human like arms and hands tipped with hooked claws that where stained with blood, the creature's tail seemed to twitch rapidly as if it where trying to rattle it, the creature's shoulders where brood as its spine stuck out the its skin. The creature lowered itself looking ready to pounce like a cat as its claws dug into the floor as its deformed shouted face wrinkled up with a snarl.
Paralysis snarled back at the creature getting in front of the group opening his arms up as his claws where ready for blood, he roared out which shook the glass containers on the counters before Paralysis put one shoulder in front of him as all his eyes opened up. Dream grabbed the chain around Paralysis' neck and tugged on it getting Paralysis to back off.
"Paralysis, no, you're to weak for this....let me fight. I'll take care of this, I'll be fine " Dream said glaring at Paralysis just to see him shake his head no, "Paralysis please, you're gonna weaken yourself even more." Dream begged not wanting Paralysis to get harmed or potentially to weak to even heal himself, Paralysis needed to save the remaining energy from himself, not this fight.
Paralysis said nothing and be backed down as Dream let go of the chain as Paralysis backed up towards Sapnap and George standing by them. Dream looked at the creature seeing it charge at him and he got out of the way so did the group as the crawling creature darted by before running up the wall hanging off of it and roaring at Dream.
Dream intensely stared down the creature taking a scalpel off the table beside him as the creature pounced on him. Dream got out of the way letting the creature hit the counter before going back stabbing the creature in the back making them bleed before backing off yet again as the creature swiped at him with its large hook like claws. Until huge crystal blue claws tore open its side revealing its ribs and lungs.
The creature let out a bark like sound before clawing at Skeppy knocking a few spikes off his arms until Dream came up taking a pole he'd found and forced it through the creature's back and through its lung, but the creature continued to fight the two. The fight went back and forth like a game of tennis as the creature was the ball being toyed with as it tried killing Skeppy and Dream. Dream smacked the canine-like creature upside the head with another broken pole he snatched from the pile of rubble. The creature dropped to all fours panting and wheezing for breath before making some sort of call as more of these feral creatures showed up in a pack attacking the group. A6d threw the creature off of him until another one came up behind him as Tapl sliced its head off with his robotic arm that turned into a blade.
"So about the modifications." Tapl said raising an eyebrow stabbing a creature behind him.
"Tapl now's not the time to talk!" A6d bark using one of his modifications to electrocute another creature that went for Spifey as he smacked them away with his tail.
The creature cried out as it started to twitch as electricity went through its body, A6d stopped as the creature collapsed as it twitched on the ground before him. Paralysis shielded himself with his tails as a creature bit onto one of them which was a bad idea as all the tails shot down into the creature ripping it open like a package full of red and pink goodies.
"Sapnap, George, protect Paralysis, we can't let him be weakened." Dream yelled stabbing another creature in the head as it came running at him as his phantoms flew down scratching the creatures' eyes out. This was a battle involving everybody.
"On it!" The two said defending Paralysis as more creatures went for him figuring out he was the weakest out of the bunch. George threw a creature off of him as his arm got cut open by it but he still continue to fight as he snatched something from the table behind him. Sapnap yelled as he held a creature back as its jaws snapped at him, "these things are like wolves" Sapnap said throwing off the creature as it rolled on the tiled ground. Sapnap looked up seeing more of these hound like experiments rushing in leaping them. Dream flicked his hand up as a blood wall shot up from the ground causing the creatures to run into it. Dream shut his hand as the wall wrapped around the creatures crushing them before they could do any harm.
Mega shot a few of these creatures in the legs before running out of bullets which annoyed him greatly as the creatures limped around still trying to attack the group to only fail as they where taken out by crystalized spikes and poles speared through theif heads. An uninjured hound experiment jumped out of no where going for Paralysis, but George threw a chain over its neck and choked it to death as the chain cut the fragile creature's flesh as it dropped dead on the ground. One more hound experiment was left and it started to back away calling out again but nothing came to the rescue, the hound experiment's tail tucked between its legs and it quickly ran away down a hall to hide from the group and the carnage before it.
"Oh my gosh that was a lot of them, what where they trying to do, make an army of these things!" Bad said as he panted, he was exhausted from all the fighting and running around just to get away from the creatures.
"Apparently!" A6d said before laughing, "we did it though! I feel like gonna pass out." A6d said loudly before quieting down as he huffed.
"Guess we figured out what happened to this facility." Techno said taking a seat on the ground as his hoglins came up to him, one hoglin laid in front of him and Techno crossed his arms on the hoglin before resting his head on them as his crown fell off rolling to the other hoglin who picked it up in its mouth before setting it down in Techno's lap before leaning against him and falling on its side laying by Techno.
"Yeah we did it, as a team!" George said as he smiled before tensing as one of Paralysis' tails touched him as he'd walked away.
Dream looked at Paralysis seeing him lean against a wall before sliding down as he sat at the base of the wall crossing his arms over his knees as blood formed under his eyes, "Paralysis, what's wrong." Dream said as he came over to Paralysis and sat beside him.
"It, just, hurts~" Paralysis weakly purred out as he looked at Dream, "everything~ hurts~" he added with a coo before hiding his face again since he didn't have his mask on.
Dream huffed and he looked at Paralysis, "what even happened to you, who hurt you Paralysis." Dream said resting a hand on Paralysis' shoulder, "please tell me, I hate seeing you like this, you're strong Paralysis, it's just so strange to see you look so defeated." Dream spoke softly.
Paralysis looked at Dream with his bright neon green eyes but they soon shut as Paralysis' shoulders slouched down and his tails fell to the ground like dead snakes.

Walking to a room away from the group laid a mirror solid as ever, Paralysis walked up to the mirror as the chains around his ankles dragged as he looked up at the mirror staring at himself in the face, his masked face to be exact seeing his glowing eye through one of the eye sockets on the mask as the mask smiled brightly at him in the mirror.
"Look at you, hiding away, walking away from the ones that supposedly care about about~" the voices echoed as a dark tendril slithered around Paralysis' chest and up his neck before caressing his face, "you don't need this any more Paralysis~" the voices said as hands sprouted from the tendril tossing the mask off to the side.
Paralysis stared at his face in the mirror seeing it crack as 5 figures stood behind him, more tendrils climbed up Paralysis' body ensnaring his wrists in a tight grip, "even the mirror sees the truth~" the voices echoed as hands wrapped around Paralysis' neck with a tight grip cutting into it, "look at yourself, just look at that abomination known as sweet little Paralysis~" the voices cooed before a force slammed Paralysis into the mirror breaking it as the darkness ripped up Paralysis' wrist letting them bleed out, but the hands coiled around Paralysis' neck like a snake constricting its prey of oxygen.
Paralysis clawed at the hands trying to pull them off as the five figures surrounded him, the area seemed to change around him as the five facility leaders stood around him in disgust at his form, making remarks that there was no way fixing him, no way of healing the mistake, nothing could repair this mistake.
The area snapped back as Paralysis coughed and wheezed for oxygen as the hands finally let go, he soon coughed up his own blood as footsteps drew near, Paralysis couldn't look up as he covered his mouth as blood dripped from the creases of his fingers, the footsteps got closer and closer, until the warm voice spoke up.

Dream brushed his hand through Paralysis' hair waiting for him to wake up, he felt Paralysis move a bit before waking up instantly. "Paralysis? Hey-" Dream said before moving his head away as Paralysis jolted up in a panic, his breathing was fast as his breaths sounded like wheezes as he breathed rapidly. Dream looked at Paralysis seeing how wide his eyes where with panic, "Paralysis it's ok, I'm here, don't worry, you're safe." Dream reassured Paralysis before being pulled forward against Paralysis. Dream huffed and he hugged Paralysis back taking him back leaning against the walk, "it's okay, I'm here Paralysis...." Dream spoke moving his head slightly as Paralysis hide his face against his neck.
Dream felt how shakey Paralysis was, he could sense Paralysis was terrified, terrified of something. "The voices, the voices of leaders, they hurt, they cut deep." Paralysis uttered out with a hiss as his tails moved around before going around Dream, "the voices of darkness, it torments me, the darkness tried taking you, it tried to rip you away from me." Paralysis hissed as he clung tighter to Dream.
Dream lifted one of his hand up brushing it through Paralysis' hair to calm him down, "they won't hurt you, I won't let them, we care about you Paralysis, you're part of this team, Paralysis. Don't listen to those voices, they're lying to you, Paralysis." Dream said, "if I ever see one of those leaders I'm going to rip them to shreds, I won't let them hurt you ever again." Dream said hearing a small purr.
Paralysis loosened his arms so he wasn't strangling Dream in a hug, but Paralysis purred as he relaxed his body so it wasn't so tense letting the warmth envelop him before falling asleep again, this time more peacefully without the darkness harming him.
Dream leaned his head against Paralysis being careful not to disturb him as Dream kept his arms around Paralysis, listening to the thunderstorm outside as rain pelted the roof of the facility, Dream huffed thankful they weren't out in the rain as he looked over at his friends seeing that they where all out like lights, it reminding him of the time they where trapped in the Nether and it made him chuckle.
Dream looked back at Paralysis hearing him murmur something softly, "yeah, you're welcome Paralysis." Dream murmured back to get a purr in response which made him smile before he'd burying his face into Paralysis' fluffy hair as the thunderstorm roared above muffled by the walls as the rain came pouring down. The team all feel asleep eventually as the thunderstorm roared over head with rain barreling down but it'll be over soon by the time the group woke up to leave this facility to journey back out to look for potential hideouts instead stay in this dangerous environment for much longer.
