Aman is following Manik and Nandini with baby steps as the violent gale is howling, controlling their body balance. The torrential rain is obscuring their vision. They have to reach the small cave if they want to save their lives. Aman is praying for any miracle when he feels a great thwack behind his head and the next moment he falls flat on the ground. Before losing his sense he can see Manik and Nandini is nearing the cave with great difficulty. However, a strong wind laps to his body, making it rolling on the ground and Aman is hurled to a different direction. He is now unconscious and motionless. Concurrently, though Manik and Nandini get shelter inside the narrow cave they are now trapped there...badly. As the tree creaks and snaps to fall on the ground, closing the entrance, Nandini embraces Manik with a jolt and hides her face in his chest. She is shivering with fright and cold.
"I am here Nandini...nothing will happen to you, as long as, I am here."
I whisper against her ear makes her more nestle to me. I encircle her tiny frame more closely and try to observe the outside through the boughs and the trunk of the fallen tree. The sky is still tar-black indicating of more downpour. There is still some light but it won't last very long. I glance at my radium dial watch. It is showing 6:55 pm. In hill stations, this is considered as late evening. There are frequent lightning with thunder sounds outside and that is still making the surrounding a bit visible. I pull out my mobile but immediately frown in vexation. It is dead due to water insertion. The cave is small yet it has enough space to sit or lie down comfortably. I stretch my legs to forward and pull Nandini closer to my chest.
"I think we have to wait here till the storm completely simmers down. By the way, where is your mobile? Mine is dead."
I ask and Nandini stirs a bit.
"In my purse and the purse is in the car and the car...."
She meeks out.
"Ok...ok...got it..I know where the car is. So basically you don't have your mobile with you right now."
I say and mummer turning my face to the other direction.
"These lady's bags should be banned. They have everything in it but none can be used in a crisis...damn."
"You said something?"
Nandini asks lifting up her head from my chest.
"Shit she heard."
My mind curses my tongue. I clear my throat to mend the damage.
"Nothing...nothing. I was just thinking how to get out of this mousetrap?"
I can feel she is smiling. She again snuggles to me. It is evident that she heard my remark.
"What is the urgency to go out? It's quite cosy and romantic."
Hearing her words I whistle.
"Oho...Ms Boss...I must say you are the perfect match for me because you are weirder than me. Otherwise, any normal and sane girl won't find this jeopardous situation as romantic. Ha..ha.."
My laughter echoes in the small cave. Nandini grins with her closed eyes and replies in affirmation.
"I am exceptional and you should have known it until now."
I am about to reply but a cracking sound of fresh lightning suppresses my voice.
"Aiyooo...Aiyappa...what this weather wants from us?"
Nandini's wail makes me quiver in laughter.
"Now, you are sounding like a typical Kannadiga girl who is actually as delicate as a normal lass. Henceforth, don't boss around me."
Nandini again withdraws herself a bit and with a scoff she chides,
"I am bossing around you? YOU...."
She tries to fist my chest but suddenly let out a wail.
"Ahhh...."
Until now, the inside of the cave becomes pitch-black. The intensity and the frequency of the thunderstorm also have quelled. Manik can't see Nandini but her painful shriek makes him alert.
"What happened? Are you hurt?"
He tries to touch my face but due to the darkness, his hand skims on my upper breast. A tremor passes through my spines. Manik pulls back his hand in embarrassment. A moment of silence seems that we both are contemplating who can break the awkwardness.
"Is it paining somewhere?"
Eventually, Manik initiates. I try to sit properly but again a sharp pang stabs my lower rib cage. But this time I control my yelp. Though I can't succeed entirely. Manik cries in vexation.
"For God sake...tell me."
"I think...I think I have a sprain in my waist."
I hesitantly reveal. Manik again stretches his hand but this time he wants to be sure.
"Hold my hand and show me the place."
Manik's voice is baritone. I forward my hand and hold his by guessing and reach the curve of my left waist. Manik skirts his palm on the area and presses the spot carefully. At the drop of a hat, I shriek in pain and claw Manik's bicep.
"MANIK...."
"You are hurt Nandini. Blood is oozing out."
Manik mouths helplessly. We didn't notice that the entrance of the cave is narrow. Perhaps I have scratched my side when entered it hastily.
"Pull up your top. I have to cover it with the kerchief."
Manik says in concern and fishes out his hanky from the pocket. With a trembling hand, I lift the hem of my top. Now the area is burning with a numb pain. Manik touches the area with the wet kerchief. Immediately the burning sensation increases and I gape to yell again but in the next moment, two rough lips slam my mouth and swallow the scream with a dominant kiss. My hands clutch his shoulder blades in a tight hug. I discover the kiss as medicine right now which takes me away from this pain. Manik tenderly places me on the ground and covers me partially with his upper torso. Now, we are eagerly exploring the elixir of each other's mouth. Both our tongues are instantaneous and urgent. Both our lips are pulsating in a rhythm in which our heartbeats are dancing. For catching a breath Manik breaks the contact and crawls down to my chin and from there to my throat. His wet and warm lips are brushing the hollow of my collar bone. He again reaches my ear and whispers against it,
"If you want me to stop, tell me now."
In reply, I can only moan. Manik's left hand is under my nape so that the hard floor of the cave can't hurt me. Amidst his passion, he is thinking about my comfort. I smile in mind. My top is raised up to my upper abdomen, leaving my belly totally exposed. Manik's right-hand moves from my wound and skims on my skin towards my ample bosoms.
"Or now..."
He again murmurs. Now he is sucking and lapping my side neck, earlobe and my jawline. I have again lost my words. Instead, feel the butterflies in my stomach. The whole world might turn upside down. Manik hand has reached my mounds till now. He softly cups one of my assets and groans,
"Or never.."
He again finds my petals and slips his tongue inside my mouth. I suddenly understand why people describe kissing as melting because right now every square inch of my body is dissolving into his. My fingers automatically tangle into his hair just to pull him closer. Manik's nails dig on my flesh but this pain is giving me the desired pleasure. He is biting and sucking the flesh of my chest valley, my tender grapes. His hand is everywhere with a fervent urgent need, I have never known before. Suddenly, I feel his hand on the zip of my jeans. I close my eyes tightly in anticipation of welcoming the sensation I have never felt before. Within a minute Manik frees both of our bodies from any clothes. Our moist bodies shiver with the touch of the cold wind. Simultaneously, our passion raises our body temperature. Manik gently comes upon me, resting his body weight on his elbows placed either side of my torso. We are not being able to see each other but our every pore are aware of the passion. For the last time, Manik huskily whispers in my ear,
"Let me be lost in you..."
In the next moment, I feel a different yet sharp pain in my womanhood. I arch my head backside with a scream. Manik doesn't try to suppress my cry. Perhaps he wants to feel our first pain in pleasure completely.
"Am...maa...."
Nandini's voice is laced with pain.
I feel the warm flow on my erection. Finally, we have lost our cherry. I caress her face with my knuckles. Tears are staining down the corner of her eyes. But I don't stop because I know my every plunge will be abating her pain...bit by bit. Her arms are encircling my sweaty naked body. Her feathery soft body under me is extraordinary. Our unveiled bodies are moving in perfect sync. The poky cave is now reverberating with our passionate sounds. The stuffy air is full of our body smells. The storm outside has calmed down but the storm inside is yet to tranquillize. For the last time, I give a heavy jolt meeting her peak spot and collapse on Nandini's sweaty body. An owl hoots from a nearby tree. Nandini wraps my exhausted and moist head rested on her bare chest. I can hear her soft sobs. Tears must be rolling down from her eyes but the tears of happiness...tears of contentment. There is deafening tranquillity all around. The silence after the storm ends. Suddenly a thought peeks in my mind and I ask in an ardent voice,
"You won't leave me...right?"
