Flirting, dancing, and having a fun time, poor Kabuto was third wheeling as the two of you were doing such activities. In fact, maybe he was regretting it.
"Alright you two, I'm taking you home. It's almost two am." Kabuto said, watching Orochimaru holding you close to him with a red, drunken face. "Eh~? Already...it feels like we just got here, right my Love~?" he said, looking down at you. Humming in agreement, you rubbed his nose against yours. "Eh, I am feeling a bit sore in my feet thought...let's go party at home!" you said, motioning towards your heels/flats/etc.
Sighing softly, Kabuto dragged the two of you to your home.

The drive from the bar was quite long, so the two of you of you were sobering up a bit. Still in a foggy like state however, you were rather lustful for your smart, flirty boyfriend/husband. "Oi, Orochimaru~, carry mee!" you whined pulling him inside the house as Kabuto's black car drove off. "Quite a needy girl, aren't you~?" Orochimaru said, picking you up bridal style anyways. "I-I have other needs too, ya know~?" you purred to him, flushing bright red as you snuggled against his chest.
After a quick minute of walking, Orochimaru had placed you on the bed. "And what would that be, Darling~?" he asked, his lips pressing against your neck and sucking on the thick skin. "L-Like that.." you said, pulling him on top of you by tugging his shirt. He greatly obliged, his hands sliding under your shirt to tease your warm skin. "But before I do...are you sure about this~?..." he asked you softly, licking the first hickey he marked on you.
You nodded, tugging his hair and you grinded up against him. "More than anything, Orochi~" you said in a husky voice, to which he grunted quietly.
Orochimaru did all kinds of things with you, some you never knew existed. But you were generally open to his "experiments", pushing the limits on your sex drive and other bodily limits. Both of you were highly sweaty and steamy, both of you passing out from drunken exhaustion. So the aftercare was more about the next day, where both of you took care of each other's hangovers.
