Y/n: My first instrument was the guitar. I stopped playing after four years after getting frustrated with my lack of progress. I actually ended up quitting and didn't come back to it for nearly a year
Y/n: When I did start again, I had gotten a lot worse, but I was able to surpass where I was because I realized the source of my problem

Y/n: I wasn't being challenged
Y/n: All the songs I played were the same genre and of the same difficulty. There's no way to improve like that- you just get stuck
