X strolled around the Nether, his boots slapping against the hard netherrack. Small clinking sounds echoed around the large cavern every time he stepped on the small veins of quartz dotting the ground. His mind drifted as he walked, not noticing himself walking into a nether temple.
It was calm. The sound of flowing lava, the rhythmic banging of the blazes, no ghasts in sight.
Suddenly, a loud surge came over the server. Ghasts started spawning at record speeds, blazes started firing every half-second, and the ground shook. X knew this wasn't just a lag problem.
[System: REBOOTING]
"NO!" X yelled. This couldn't happen.
[System: RESTARTING]
"We can't be resetting the Nether! I haven't set that up yet!"
[Rebooting: DIMENSION]
X screamed, losing his balance. The cracked netherrack scraped his knees through his pants. The roof of the Nether cracked, unleashing large boulders onto the ground. Zombie pigmen squealed, watching their friends get squashed.
[Restarting: NOW]
Tears streaked down X's cheeks as the world stopped. He looked around, taking his helmet off. Large rocks were suspended in the air, pigment paused in horrific scenes. Ghast fireballs went to a standstill. He wiped his eyes, then reached to his belt for his communicator. It was missing.
[Restarting: DONE]
The world came back to move for a second, then hit black. Void. X's eyes darted around as he floated in space, then melded into the void itself.

A group of hermits settled around The Mooshroom Island, glancing at the wreckage.
Keralis held ripped books from his shelves, Beef glanced at the dead sheep in The Bone Zone. Iskall scrubbed the slime off of the walls of his shop. Cub tried to save his trampled flowers.
"Where the heck is Xisuma!?" Doc complained. "He'd have this all cleaned up!" At that moment, a message turned everybody's face pale as stone.
[Xisuma fell out of the world]
