I looked at him, my eyes absorbing every little detail of the tall male in front of me, from built to little, almost not visible freckles on his cheeks.
He looked cute.
I gave the soulmate rumor another thought.
Now that he mentioned it, I do have a weird feeling in my stomach.
Could he really be my 'soulmate'?
"Okay, let's try it. Tomorrow at 5pm. Beam me over."

Just as I said that to myself I felt my vision and mind go blank, closing my eyes with such a force that I already started seeing stars.
The moment I opened them again - when I felt safe enough to - I was standing in an unfamiliar room, next to me a red sofa where the young male was sitting on, sipping on his tea.
"Hey, it worked! Welcome, hehe."
"... Yeah, hey."
It really worked.
How is this humanly possible?
And why do I feel even more nervous now that I'm here?
It's as if his eyes were staring right into mine, reading everything that's been on my mind since yesterday.
My heart took a jump.
I heard it beating loudly.

What's wrong with me?
"Urata-san?"
"A-Ah? O-Oh, sorry, I must have been lost in thoughts."

He put down his cup pulled me down to him.

Hours passed as we just sat there together on the couch, getting to know each other as dawn hit us.

"If my soulmate asks me to.", I grinned.

"I'm joking, I'm joking. Gladly."
I placed a soft kiss onto his head.
"I'd be happy to spend the night with you."
