Chapter 27:Unknown Woman

"Chicago?" I questioned as we exited the plane, with a smile playing on my lips. His face tilted downward so I was looking into those beautiful green and blue eyes that I love so much, as he grinned at me. "Well, it was the only place I could think of that we both have never been before. A place that only we would know about- together." I grinned at him as his hand found mine.

"I like it. A weekend of city and life, with my favorite guy." I grinned as he chuckled at me and led me to the waiting car, someone trailing behind us with our suitcases. The back door opened for us as we slid in and situated on the warm leather from the afternoon sun.

"Where to, Mister Richardson?" The driver met Ace's gaze in the rearview and Ace instructed the name of the hotel. The driver nodded and soon we were headed down the road. I slipped further into the seat and stretched my tight legs out, letting the feel of my ached muscles stretch.

Ace's arm brought my attention back to him as his hand lovingly traveled up and down my leg in a soothing pattern. His attention was on his phone as he read through his emails and I pushed my body up to reach his height, even though we were sitting down. I planted a soft kiss on his cheek, causing his dimples to shine through. "Don't stress it, baby. We're on a getaway." He grinned at me as he pecked my lips. "A romantic getaway." He reminded and I grinned with a small laugh. "Right." I agreed and he only grinned more, kissing me one more time, causing butterflies to flap around.

The ride was short and soon we were being ushered out of the car and into the hotel. The lights came fast and soon did the yelling and calling, I kept my head down to keep from being blinded as Ace quickly ushered me in. Once we were in, the security did their job to keep the reporters out. "I'm so sorry." I looked up at him and laughed lightly, wrapping my arms tightly around his torso. "For what, exactly?" He shook his head with a shrug as his arms wrapped tightly around my shoulders, sufficiently trapping me into a homely embrace.

This is what home is. Right here, in Ace's arms, always. He is my home. I rested my chin on his stomach as I peered up at him and smiled. He grinned down at me, moving my hair away. I love you.

So close to saying it again, however when we were interrupted again, I couldn't help but roll my eyes as his attention was brought to the reception to get checked in and handed a room key. I watched as he grinned easily and nicely to the kind man. I smiled lightly as he turned around and grabbed my hand, leading me away.

We rode the elevator for probably what felt like forever as it finally dinged and opened into a penthouse. I stepped out in awe and took in my surroundings. "Oh my goodness." I walked over to the window, taking in the breathtaking scenery of it all, completely in awe. I barely heard Ace chuckling behind me.

Ace was beside me as I whispered, "This view is so beautiful." I grinned as I watched the city life below us, look so completely and utterly small. Ants. They look like ants from this high up. "Yeah." I glanced up to see him smiling lightly at me and not at the view that I was enjoying.

My cheeks flushed and I tucked my hair behind my ear as I smiled and giggled lightly. Ace was grinning at me and I couldn't calm the redness of my cheeks. Unflattering. Stop embarrassing yourself, damnit!

"You're so beautiful, Laney." I groaned as I covered my face. "Stop making me blush!" I scolded behind my hands and he only chuckled, grabbing my wrists and pulling them from my face. "I will never stop, Laney. You are the most beautiful person in this world; it would be a damn shame if you didn't know it. Like hell I would give another man the opportunity to make you feel important. That is my place. You are my girl, soon to be wife and one day mother of our beautiful children." His eyes burned into mine, radiating only truth. My hands were clammy and my stomach made me feel as if I was going to throw up.

I love this man. More than I could ever show, more than I wanted to admit to myself. I don't want him to break me. I want us to be together, to be one. I want him to be my husband. I want to be his wife, a damn good one too. I want to grow up and be with him, now and forever.

"I love you. I love you so fucking much, Henry. I want you to know how much I love you. I will never stop showing you how much I love you." He grinned down at me as his eyes twinkled, like they do so much when he looks at me. "I love you. I always have." His eager lips met mine and pressed firmly to mine.

He scooped me up from under the backs of my legs and placed me up against the window, pressing firmly into me. His head dipped down to my neck and I turned to allow him more access. My hands threaded through his hair and everyday seemed more surreal to me. This beautiful human loved me. I had his soul, and he had mine. He wanted only me, no one else.

"I love you." I whispered again, thinking the more I said it the more it would make up for the lost time. He groaned quietly and I only grinned as I gripped his hair and urged his head up to look me in the eyes. "I love you, Henry Ace Richardson." He grinned as he closed his eyes and rested his head against mine. He went to kiss me again as my eyes caught something on the table.

"Wait." I pressed my hand against his chest so my feet could meet the tiled floor once more. I walked over to where the large sectional was placed around a coffee table and there laid a pile of magazines. My eye brows were creased together as I grabbed the bundle of paper. Reading the headline it said 'Henry Richardson heir to Savannah Energy caught with woman?' I scoffed. "Caught." I grinned up at Ace as he took the seat next to me and stretched his legs out onto the table.

I examined the picture they took of us at Ace's grandfathers house. The picture published was when I looked up and grinned at Ace as he grinned down at me. "You are so beautiful. Look how natural this stuff comes to you. You were born for this." I grinned as I turned to the page the article was on and skimmed through it as I laughed. "What?" Ace questioned with a grin.

"Is there more to the newfound heir of Savannah Energy we don't know about?" I recited as I handed him the magazine and couldn't help but to laugh again. "If only they knew all the things I did." He shook his head as he laughed at me. Ace tossed the magazine lazily back on the table and stood, offering me his hand.

"Let's go get dinner, I'm starving." I grinned as I grabbed his hand and my stomach rumbled hungrily. "Gladly." He led us to our room, throwing the door open and I stared in awe. The room was bigger than I would have liked to admit.

Our suitcases sat neatly on the California-King sized bed, there were nightstands on either side, a large dresser and of course the huge walk in closet. Not to mention the view of the floor length mirrors extended to in the house as well. I sat in awe and Ace only grinned at me.

"I never want to leave." He shook his head with a small laugh and pulled me into the room and pushed me into the closet to get dressed. "And I only ever want to be where you are." I grinned and rolled my eyes at his corniness.

"Where are we going?" I changed the conversation and he only laughed lightly. "Of course a cocktail event." I rolled my eyes with a small smile and saluted to him. "Sir, yes, sir." I mumbled to myself and he only smacked my butt in return causing me to squeal. He chuckled as he walked out of the closet and left me to pick from the very many dresses.

My hands trailed along and stopped on a red satin dress, it was floor length with a slit in the thigh. It was elegant and classy with a bit of spark, exactly my taste. The straps were spaghetti strapped with chain, instead. It was an absolute favorite of mine.

Leaving it hanging, I walked out and into the bathroom, taking in my makeup. I fixed it up a bit and adjusted the amount of makeup I needed. I added a bit more, with a smoky eye and false eyelashes. I applied red lipstick as well and left my hair down and in curls.

Walking back out and to the closet, I listened lightly as Ace spoke tightly over the phone in the kitchen. I couldn't hear much, but it didn't sound good. Something with work, no doubt. Ignoring it, I slipped the dress on and slipped on my black Louis Vuitton heels.

I grabbed a clutch off the shelf and left the closet, meeting Ace in the kitchen. His back was to me as he hunched over the bar, his suit crinkling against his taught muscles. "I don't give a shit, figure it out." He snapped over the phone and ended the call. He stayed in that position, letting himself be agitated for a few more seconds by himself.

"Everything alright, love?" My hand rubbed his back gently, exposing my presence. He stood straight and buttoned his suit, staring at me. He grinned and nodded, "it is now." I grinned in response, watching him as he took in everything about me. I did a spin for him and he only grinned wider. "I am the luckiest man." I grinned too, pecking his cheek. "Don't you ever forget it, baby." I winked and he only chuckled at me.

"Cmon." He grabbed my hand and led me out of the penthouse, texting someone on his phone quick, probably calling for a driver. "Remember, people follow me everywhere. Always be prepared." I only rolled my eyes in response and grinned as I stared at the elevator doors, feeling his gaze on me.

"Keep my head tilted slightly down, got it." I glanced at him and he only chuckled. "You know, I'm beginning to wonder if you like keeping people on edge, wondering who this mysterious girl of yours is." The elevator doors dinged and I began to walk out, only going a few feet before Ace caught my hand and spun me around.

"I'm not hiding you. I'll give your name to all of those reporters, I don't care. I love you and I'll tell everyone right now." I grinned as I placed my hand on his cheek, stepping closer. "I was just kidding, I know, baby. Besides, the less they know of me the better for right now. I don't need people catching me off guard, making me look like shit. At least when I'm with you, I always look good." I winked at him playfully and he only grinned at me.

"You always look good, love." I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, you think because you wuv me." He laughed and pulled me closer by my waist. "I love you." He nodded with confirmation and I only grinned at him. "Good, because I love you." My stomach growling reminded me that we have dinner plans and I pulled his hand lightly.

"Cmon now." His strides were longer than mine and my legs struggled slightly to keep up, once we got to the hotel doors and outside into the crisp city air, the flashes blinded me for a second, before my hair became a curtain and I could walk to the car without going blind.

We were ushered in and once we were seated comfortably we were off to wherever we go for nice dinners in Chicago. We arrived maybe twenty minutes or so later. Once again, the lights blinded us as we were ushered out and into thee building, people that helped block Ace and I from the lights basically shoved us into the abandoned restaurant.

The hostess grinned at us and ushered us to follow her to a dimly lit table for two. Ace pulled my seat out for me and pushed me in and I grinned at him, causing him to wink at me. She smiled one last time at us and left the menus and letting us known our waiter will be right with us. I grinned and thanked her.

I placed the menu to the side and grinned at Ace from across the table. I watched him lightly as he flipped through the pages, deciding on what he would want. "I know I'm hot but please stop staring at me, I feel uneasy." I grinned as I placed my hands under my chin. "I make you uneasy?" He sighed and placed the menu down on the table and shifted lightly.

"Well, yeah. Staring at me like that for so long, I never know what you're thinking." He trailed off lightly and I only nodded as I smiled lightly. "Right now, I'm thinking how grateful I am for you. How lucky I am to have found you. And really just how much I love you. I feel so complete right now. Like this is how it's always supposed to be. Everything that led up to this exact moment is how it is supposed to have been."

Ace's hand found mine and interlocked our fingers together. He traced my ring finger, causing goosebumps to erupt all over my skin. He didn't say anything, just playing nimbly with our fingers. "I love you, Layne. I am no longer a boy, I can't promise I won't fuck up, because let's be honest, I probably will, but I always mean you the best. No matter what. I mean what's best for you in the long run."

"Sometimes what you think is best for someone, isn't always what's best for them." He nodded at my words. "I know." He whispered lightly. Before there was time for us to say anymore a waiter set down a bottle of red wine and two glasses.

"On the house from the chef." He stated with a grin and we both grinned back at him. "Are you ready to order?" He looked at the both of us and we nodded. He turned to me first and I grinned.

"I'll have the chef's special." He nodded and turned to Ace. "Same for me." The waiter nodded and grabbed our menu's turning to leave. I grinned at Ace as he grinned back at me. "Did I mention you look beautiful." I nodded and rolled my eyes with a grin.

"You don't look too bad yourself. I must say, I am getting very used to seeing you in a suit. It's really paying off." He grinned at me and only shook his head as he took a gulp of his wine. I grinned too as I took a sip of my wine.

Our waiter came back and set both of our plates of scallops and lobster down and asked if we needed anything else. When we answered 'no', he grinned and walked away, leaving us to our meals. "That was fast." I noted and Ace only grinned at me. "This is an expensive place, the food is served to people who are impatient and have a lot of money, I don't think they make you wait for thirty plus minutes when you have all the money in the world to destroy someone." I laughed lightly and he only gave me his 'I'm serious' look. I only shrugged and soon we began to dig in.

*********************************

Dinner was amazing. This night is absolutely amazing. Ace is amazing. Chicago is surprisingly amazing. "This is absolute bliss." I noted as the waves crashed silently on the beach, no one else around us on the private land. "Being with you is bliss for me anymore." Ace noted and I crossed my legs as I turned a bit more to him.

"What was the phone call about earlier?" He only sighed and rubbed his face tiredly. "There was a problem with one of the plants." I nodded and wrapped my arms tighter to my body. "I'm sorry." He shrugged and draped his suit jacket over my arms. I slipped my arms into the holes and pulled it closer to my body.

"It's okay, love. That's their problem, I'm not there and they know what they're doing. They can figure it out." I only nodded and sighed as I looked out to the ocean. "Enough about work, I want to be here. In this moment, with you." I smiled and rested my head on my shoulder to look at Ace. "Okay." I nodded. He grinned at me and cupped my face, pulling me closer to him. His lips pressed firmly against mine, meeting me in a passionate kiss. It was fast and needy.

It was a hasty kiss. A kiss he desperately didn't want to end. He pulled me even closer, pulling me on top of his legs. He kept tugging me closer, until I couldn't come any closer. He gripped me tightly, almost as if he was afraid I'd blow away with the wind. His hands moved from my hair and pressed against my back, making my front dig deeper into his. I moaned lightly as he played with the bottom of my hair, for it reached down my back.

"I love you so fucking much." He pressed between kisses and I grinned into each one, pecking him back. "I love you." His hands gripped me harder and that was not the only thing hard. My insides burned and my body pleaded.

"Henry." I moaned as he kissed my neck, pulling my head back by my hair. He only continued attacking my neck, making me lose myself more and more. "Please." I begged again and he nodded.

He stood up and placed me on my feet, causing my bare feet to dig into the cold sand. He pulled me up the hill and to the car, basically shoving me into the backseat. I giggled as I slammed softly into the leather and he grunted out where to go to the driver.

My hands trailed up and down teasingly along his leg the ride home. He snatched my hand as I trailed higher up his thigh and he only gave me a strained look. I shot an open mouthed grin to him as I moved my hand up higher. His sharp intake of breath didn't go unnoticed by me, causing me to grin again.

I was slouched against the seat, out of view from the driver and as I stared at Ace, I parted my legs a little wider, the slit exposing more leg. His eyes roamed my leg that was gleaming on display. I hitched the dress up higher and his eyes met mine for a second. I bit my lip, his eyes following the movement. He shifted in his seat, fixing his pants and glancing to see if the driver was paying attention; he wasn't.

His eyes met mine again and I trailed my hand up and down my own leg now, teasing him with my own body. This was a very long car ride and I knew Ace was now becoming anxious. I gripped the edge of the dress where it cut off and trailed my hand up higher, stopping short just before my hip.

I trailed my fingers down and up again, even going between my thighs for a bit. Ace's eyes followed my fingers everywhere. He shifted in his seat more times than I could count. His eyes intently watched my lips and I so desperately wanted to know what he was thinking. Wanted to know how bad he wanted to kiss me. How bad he wanted to touch me. How bad he wanted to fuck me right now; in this car. Driver or not.

My insides burned with want and I knew his eyes filled with lust and love, matched mine right now. I wanted, Ace. I wanted him bad and I wanted him right now. The car came to a stop finally and he wasted no time. He threw the door open, ignoring the flashing and yelling. He swung my door open and yanked my hand out, pulling me hastily behind him. My hair was falling behind my shoulders and I grinned with amusement as Ace greedily pulled me into the hotel and into the elevator.

The doors barely shut when he had me pinned up against the wall. "You have no idea how bad I fucking want you." He growled into my neck my chest was heaving at this point, my arms pinned against my head, Ace's body caging me in. Every inch was pressed against me. Every. Single. Inch. Or should I say all 9 inches were pressed against me.

"I think I have any idea." I couldn't free my hand so I groaned my hips into him and he growled again, pushing tightly against me. "You talk a big game for someone who can't take it all." I grinned as I bit his ear and sucked lightly on his neck. He shifted under me and I grinned as I licked his neck and sucked softly in different spots.

The elevator doors barely opened before he was walking us to our room. He placed me on the floor and just about ripped the dress off of me. "Careful, I like this one." His voice was deep and husky as I stepped out of it. "I could buy you a thousand more of those dresses." I grinned as I spun around and ribbed his shirt off, the buttons flying around.

He smirked down at me and I only pulled the sleeves down his arms. I went for his slack button and undid that, tugging them off of his legs. He licked them to the side and we pulled off the rest of my clothes separating us. Ace threw me on the bed and I went to take off my heels when he stopped me. "Don't." His hand caught my wrists and I only smirked amused at him. "Have fantasies do we?" I questioned and he only rubbed against my entrance in response.

He kissed me harshly one last time, before he slid off of me and yanked me down the bed, causing me to giggle lightly. He grabbed my legs and flipped me over, pulling me off the bed, so I was face down into the bed, while standing on the floor.

Without warning, he thrusted all the way inside of me, causing me to yell out in pain and pleasure. His hand gripped the back of my neck as he pushed me further into the mattress. "See. Don't act like you can take it all." I only grinned and nodded, "yes sir." He thrusted in me more and faster. I moaned out in pleasure, my body coating in goosebumps. "I'm gonna cum." I moaned into the blankets as I reached closer and closer, before I could clash, he thrusted all the way in again and my body shook in pleasure as he continued to pump in and out of me.

I screamed into the mattress as pleasure overthrew my body. My legs shook aggressively as he finished, the warm liquid coating my buttcheeks and up my back. He slapped my ass as he wiped off with his shirt and wiped my back off.

I was panting heavily, face down in the mattress unable to move. My legs still shook slightly and I could barely stand. My balance was wobbly and I laid on the mattress, face up now, breathing heavily. Ace was breathing heavy too, although he still reached down and took my shoes off for me. I grinned at him as I wiped the sweat off his forehead. His lips met mine and he kissed me hard. Pulling away, we crawled up into the bed, my body finding his perfectly.

A perfect moment for the perfect day. "I love you." I grinned.

"I love you."
