"I wanted to talk to you about something." Quinn began when she and Puck were alone on Wednesday.
"The physical therapist wants you to try and walk, if you can." Puck read off the paper. "Want me to help you up?"
Quinn bit her lip. "Yeah, sure."
Puck helped her up and held her hands. "I won't let you fall."
"I know you won't." Quinn smiled slightly.
"Try and take a step." Puck told Quinn. "I got you."
Quinn tried to pick up her leg, but she felt too weak. "I can't."
"Try." Puck said.
"I'm trying." Quinn replied. She tried to drag her leg, but was too weak to actually walk, so she stumbled forward.
Puck caught her and fell with her.
"Sorry." Quinn muttered when she landed on top of him.
"Don't be sorry." Puck shook his head. "Why don't you try the pool and the other stuff?"
Quinn nodded slowly as she leaned in and kissed Puck lightly.
Puck smiled when he and Quinn parted. He carefully got himself and Quinn up.
"I wanted to talk to you." Quinn repeated. "About prom."
"Nope." Puck shook his head.
Quinn furrowed her eyebrow.
"I'm kinda working on something." Puck explained as he helped Quinn into her wheelchair. "That's why I haven't asked you yet."
"Well, I wanted to let you know that I wanna win Prom Queen." Quinn blurted.
Puck nodded. "I know, babe."
"I asked Finn to campaign with me." Quinn informed Puck.
"Finn? Why?" Puck questioned Quinn.
"I didn't think you would want to." Quinn shrugged. "And besides, Finn-"
"Would make a better Prom King than me?" Puck concluded.
"I just didn't think you would want to." Quinn stated.
Puck nodded slowly. "It would damage my rep."
"Does that mean you're not mad?" Quinn asked.
Puck shrugged. "Why didn't you tell me you were asking Finn?"
"Well, we just got back together officially and I didn't want you to think I was picking him over you." Quinn explained. "And I wanted to know if he'd even say yes before I told you."
"I'm not mad." Puck nodded. "But you better win that damn crown."
"I hope so." Quinn said.
"I'll help you however I can." Puck added.
Quinn grinned. "Thank you."
Puck smiled back. "You got it, babe."
