Nandini- Manik aapko subha kitne bje jaana hota hai???
Nandini asked arranging the bed while Manik was checking his files and other stuff of his office as he was joining back the next day.
Manik- near about 9:30.
He spoke engrossed in his file.
Nandini- aur aap gym kitne deer krte ho???
Manik- tch... Nandini wait a minute, let me just wrap up.
She pouted seeing him getting irritated and sat on the bed.
Nandini's POV
Huh... so mean. Ek toh mein yada soch rae hu inka schedule apne se kese manage kru aur yeh mujhe pr bharak rae hai. Bhaad mein jaea Mr. Malhatra ab mein kuch nae puchungi. Subha khud he pareshaan honge.

She huffed and pulling the duvet till her upper body took her phone and got engrossed in it. After 15mins she felt the bed sinking near her and she looked at the side to see Manik slipping in the cover beside her. She ignored him and again got busy with her phone. He frowned seeing her and spoke
Manik- Nandini sona nae hai???
Nandini- aap so jao, mein baad mein so jaungi abhi don't disturb me.
He pulled the phone from her hand and sat up.
Nandini- tch... Manik mera phone
Manik- what's so important in this phone than your husband haa???
Nandini- don't you use that trick on me Mr. Malhotra...
She warned him. He sighed and spoke
Manik- kya hua?? Why so grumpy hmm??
He asked her lovingly. She pouted and spoke
Nandini- ek toh I was trying to adjust my schedule according to yours aur aap mujhse irritate horae thay.
He frowned and asked
Manik- mein kb irritate hua???
She glared at him and spoke
Nandini- when you had digged your self in that stupid file of yours.
He chuckled at her choice of words and it hit him.
Manik- ohhh tb!!! Baby I was arranging the stuff so that subha pareshaani na ho. Acha sorry
He held his ears.
Manik- now I'm all ear. Bolo kya kehrae thi tum???
She released hia hands and hugged him keeping her head on his chest. He smiled at her act and kissed the top of her head.
Nandini- aap gym kitne deer krte ho???
Manik- emmm if I include cardio toh it takes one n half hour other wise one hour.
Nandini- hmm so that means ke I need to wake you up by seven. Eight thirty tk gym aur baaki ke ek ghante mein you'll manage to freshen up and breakfast.
She talked to herself. She then calculated a few things and he was looking at her with admiration in his eyes. She turned to him and grinned.
Nandini- hogya!!! I'll wake up at 6 aur phir mera ek ghante ka jogging. Vapis aake I'll wake you up. Till the time you work out, I'll freshen up and prepare breakfast and complete other chores of the house. Lunch toh vese bhe Neyoma bhej detin hai so I don't need to worry about that. Perfect!!!!
She clapped her hands and turned to him.
Manik- so that means Mrs. Manik Malhotra is on full charge hmm??
Nandini- any doubt??
Manik- never!!!
He exclaimed.
Nandini- great then. Chalo sooay it's late.
Manik- I love you Mrs. Malhotra.
He pecked her lips.
Nandini- cut, copy, paste!!!
He chuckled and both slept hugging each other.

It was six in the morning when Nandini's alarm rang. She groaned and sat up resting her head with the head board.
Nandini's POV
Hai ayiappa!!! Itni jldi subha hogae. Avbi thodi deer pehle he toh 11 bjrae thay. Jogging pe jaane ka bilkul mnn nae hai. Chod nandu let's sleep for sometime more. Arre what sleep, utho aalas is not good", her angel spoke. "Arre she's new to all this. Adjust krte time toh lgega na aur vese bhe abhi che (six) he bje hai. Thodi deer soone mein koe burae nae hai", her devil spoke. "Burai he burai hai. Agar abhi start nae kiya toh how will she cope up in future. Nandu you get up", her angel spoke.
Nandini- ohh shut up you both.

She got up rubbing her eyes and went to use the loo. She came out changing in her tracksuit and went for jogging. It was 6:45 when she came back and woke up Manik.
Nandini- Manik uthiye dekhea subah ho gayi hai.
Manik- emmm... Nandini let me sleep.
Nandini- nae no more sleep. Uthea dekhia saat bjgae hai.
He hmmed and placed his head in her lap. She caressed his hair pecking his forehead time to time. After ten minutes he woke and wished her morning.
Nandini- good morning to you too.
Manik- indeed a good morning.
Nandini- chalo now kick start your day with some exercise.
Manik- heights of having a doctor at home.
She grinned and spoke
Nandini- I'll take that as a compliment.
He shook his head side ways and went to the gym room while Nandini after arranging the bed went to have a bath.
She came out changing in a beautiful saree.
She filled her hairline with vermilion and tied her hair in a messy bun. She then looked at the clock which striked 8:00.
Nandini's POV
Ayiappa!!! Itna late hogya. Jldi kr Nandu abhi toh breakfast bhe bnana hai.

She was walking to the kitchen when the door bell rang. She opened the door to see a milkman standing there.
Milkman- madam doodh!!!
Nandini- pr meine toh nae mangvaya!!! Wait aapko Manik ne bola tha???
Milkman- ji!!
Nandini- aap zara ek min rukea mein container lekr aati hu.
Later she was standing near the stove waiting for the milk to boil. Something striked her mind and she freaked out.
Nandini- shit!!! Mein diya jalana bhul gae.
She went to the small mandir and lit the diya. Coming back to the kitchen, what she saw was enough to take her breathe away. The boiling milk which she kept on the stove was now flowing out of the vessel making mess around. She palmed her face and took a deep breathe. She touched the hot vessel and shrieked immediately.
Nandini- ooi maa!!!! Garam!!!!
She with the help of a cloth placed it a side and cleaned the area and the stove.
She was making breakfast when Manik came from behind and kissed her cheek making her jump at her place. She placed her one hand on her chest and looked behind to see Manik standing there all sweaty.
Nandini- ayiappa!!! Manik you scared me.
He tired to hug her when she backed off.
Nandini- pehle nahakr aao. Look at you, you are sweating so much.
Giving a damn to her, he pulled her and placed his lips on her. His hands went to her bare waist and he started caressing her waist making her moan. Satisfied he broke the kiss and looked at her from top to bottom.
Manik- you look beautiful Mrs. Malhotra.
His simple sentence made her blush . He winked at her and left the kitchen with a blushing Nandini behind. Shaking her head, she got busy with her work once again when she heard Manik's voice asking her to take out his clothes.
She switched off the stove and went to their room. She took out his necessities and placed them on the bed. She then went to the dressing table an did a little touch up.
She was sitting on the dinning table waiting for him. Soon Manik joined her and she left the notepad and went to the kitchen to get their breakfast.
Both we're eating in silence when Manik spoke
Manik- tum notepad pe kya likh rae thi? ??
Nandini- vo I was making a list.
Manik- konsi list.
Nandini- nothing of your interest. Agar btane bethi na toh aaj aap office nae jaapenge.
He chuckled with her and spoke
Manik- tum bore nae hogi akele ghr pr?? Call someone to accompany you till I return.
Nandini- bore hone ka time kaha hoga, mere pass.
Manik- kyu???
Nandini- arre I have a lot of work to do. Sbse pehle i need to arrange the closet, apne lia bhe jgah bnane hai. My suitcase is till unpacked. Phir Malhotra Mansion jaana hai, vaha pe bhe butlers ko aur baaki helpers ko kuch cheezay smjhani hai remember the diet plans.
Manik then remebered yesterday's conversation at Murty Mansion.
Nandini- phir I'll go to the mall. Nay bedsheets, curtains thodi bohot crockery aur kuch basic needs ka saaman laana hai. Even snacks are to be bought aur phir fruits, vegetables. Itne mein toh lunch time hojaega. Phir vaapis aake yeh sb arrange bhe krna hai aur utne mein shaam hojaegi aur aapke aane ka time bhe toh bolo kaha bore hongi mein....
She raised her eyebrow.
Manik- aur insb mein tum apne aapko exhaust krlogi haina??? Jaan don't stress yourself much. Rather I would suggest, go to Malhotra Mansion and chill yeh sb we'll do on Sunday even I'll help you around.
Nandini- Manik aap tension mt lo, mein sb krlungi aur weekend tk wait nae krskte. Next week to even I'm joining hospital to bohot hotch potch hojaega isilia I want to wrap up as much as I can.
He nodded in understanding.
Manik- acha Nandini I forgot to tell you. Thodi deer mein bai aaengi ghr saaf krne, I informed her already.
He got up and she too got up following him. She made him wear his coat and spoke
Nandini- ehhh Manik, vo bai trust worthy hai na???
Manik- don't worry Nandini, she's a nice lady. She's working here since past five years.
She nodded and followed him till the door.
. She stood on the door and he turned to her and kissed her forehead.
Manik- take care and don't stress much okk. Thak jao toh leave it there itself baaki ka for tomorrow or I'll help you vapis aake.
He opened the clip from her hair letting them fall on her shoulder till her waist. He straightened them with his fingers and spoke
Manik- perfect!!!
She smiled at him.
Manik- love you. Bye...
Nandini- love you too.
Locking the door, she came back and cleared the dinning table when her eyes went to the credit card present there.
"Manik ka credit card.... usually toh unkay wallet mein hota hai yaha.... phone krke puchu??? Nae abhi toh gae hai, drive krrae honge. Ek baar pohonch jae phir krlungi", she thought.
Cleaning the dishes, she sat on the couch with her notepad. She was busy making the list when the doorbell rang. Peeing through the hole, she say a lady in traditional maharastrian saree. She opened the door and the lady spoke
Lady- namaste memsaab, mein kanta bai hu sahab ne btaya hoga!!!
Nandini- ji btaya tha. Aap aaea.
She let her enter and closed the door.
Kanta Bai- memsaab mein jharo, pocha, bartan, kapre sb krte eee agar kuch aur krna ho toh btadena hunn....
Nandini- aap bs ghar ke saaf- safai ka dekh lijea. Kapre aur bartan toh mein dekh lungi.
Kanta Bai- kuch galat boli kya mein??? Memsaab Kanta bai apna kaam ache se karti hai hunn....
Nandini- arre mere vo mtlb nae tha. Yaha sirf mein aur Manik rehte hai toh na kapre zada hote hai aur na bartan. Manik ke suits toh vese bhe laundry se wash hokr aate hai aur bache bs mere toh vo mein manage kr lungi. Bs islia bola.
Kanta Bai nodded in understanding.
Nandini- ehh Kanta bai, aap please mujhe Nandini he bulaea. Aap bari hai mujhse.
Kanta Bai- toh phir mein aapko didi bulaegi.
Nandini nodded and again sat on the couch with her notepad while Kanta bai did her work.
Nandini was in her room, unpacking her luggage when Kanta Bai knocked the door.
Kanta Bai- didi kaam hogya, mein chalti ee....
Nandini- thiik hai Kanta Bai, thank you.
She smiled and Kanta bai returned one. She was in the closet when her phone rang. She smiled seeing the caller id and picked the call.
Nandini- missing me already husband??
Manik- hello to you too wifey!!!
He spoke sarcastically to which Nandini giggled.
Nandini- hello!!!
Manik- kya krrae ho??
Nandini- unpacking the luggage.
Manik- okk. Acha Nandini vo tum kb tk niklogi???
Nandini- kyu kya hua???
Manik- nae actually tumhari car toh service ke lia gae hai so I'll send mine.
Nandini- lekin phir aap kese manage kroge???
Manik- arre you take my car to Malhotra Mansion. Vaha se toh vese bhe you'll be going with mom so you send the car back to office. Vapis aate time mom tumhe drop krdengi. Kl tk toh I guess car aajaegi.
Nandini- aur agar iss bich aapko zrurat padgae toh???
Manik- don't worry I'll manage.
Nandini- okk. Vo Manik aapka credit card table pe rehgya tha subha. Mein phone krke puchne vaali thi but it slipped out of my mind.
Manik- aren't you going for shopping Mrs. Malhatra??? Meine he rakha tha. Use it.
Nandini- pr Manik mere pass hai...
Manik- I know you have. Keep it as saving, future mein zrurat pdskti hai and use this for now.
Nandini- aap nae manoge na???
Manik- bilkul nae....
Nandini- fine!!! Acha ab mein rakhu, bohot kaam hai mujhe and you too Mr. Malhotra apne biwi ke khayaloon se bahar aaea and concentrate on your work. Now bye.
Saying this she cut the call. Manik on the other side saw the screen and muttered 'pagal'.

Nandini wished Neyonika as she entered the mansion.
Nandini- Neyoma dadu aur Mukti kaha hai???
Neyonika- tere dadu toh bahar gae hai apne kisi purane friend se milne aur Mukti college gae hai. Uske exams are approaching.
Nandini made an ohh face and helped Neyonika. After lunch both the ladies went to the mall for shopping.
It was evening when both entered Manan's apartment.
Neyonika- aaj toh bs hogae!!!
Nandini- sach mein pr ek baar saaman zrur aagya ghr ka.
Neyonika- soo toh hai. Acha Nandu mein soch rae thi ke Malhotra Mansion se kuch helpers ko yaha bhejdu. Tera kaam bhe aasan hojaega kyu???
Nandini- arre nae Neyoma uski zrurat nae hai. Ghr saaf krne toh Kanta bai aati hai baaki kuch khaas kaam hota nae hai which I can't manage and you know Manik doesn't like food prepared by cooks.
Neyonika nodded.
Neyonika- acha Nandu ab mein chalti hu, Mukti aagae hogi aur kuch deer mein Anurag aur Veer bhe aajaenge.
Neyonika kissed her forehead and blessing her left. Nandini changed in crop top and shorts and started with her work.
It was eight when the doorbell rang. Nandini opened the door to see an exhausted Manik standing there. He kissed her forehead and entered the house. Nandini took his blazer and laptop bag and followed him locking the door. Manik sat on the couch with his eyes closed. Nandini got him water and he took it thanking her. She then stood behind him massaging his forehead with soft hands.
Nandini- how was your day???
Manik- it was tiring. I had no idea mere piche se itna kaam badh jaega. God knows how Veer and Rohan we're handling it.
Nandini- aap fresh hojaea, mein dinner lgati hu.
Manik nodded and pulling her hands to his lips kissed them making her smile to her fullest.
Both we're sitting in their room.
Manik- kitten I forgot to tell you vo shaadi ke album is ready.
Nandini- really!!! Kb aaegi???
She spoke excitedly.
Manik- in a day or two. I'll ask PaulDavidMartin, he'll deliver it in office.
Nandini nodded.
Nandini- Mani beach pe chale??
Manik- abhi?? Nae I mean 10:00 bj rae hai.
Nandini- if you are not tired only then...
Manik- chalo....
Nandini- wait let me change these shorts.
Manik nodded and soon both went to beach to spend some quality time.
Manan we're walking hand in hand on the beach. Manik was observing Nandini being lost since long.
Manik- wanna share something???
Nandini- huh???
Manik- you look lost kya hua???
Nandini- nothing bs was wondering ke life has changed so much. Though I'm loving this new phase pr thoda ajeeb lgra hai.
Manik- ajeeb as in???
Nandini- ajeeb as in ke nya ghr, new responsibilities. You know what happened today .....
And then Nandini narrated him the morning kitchen incidence how she got late first followed by other mishappenings. Manik laughed hearing her and she pouted. He took her in a side hug and kissed her temples.
Manik- don't worry sb hojaega. You know when I first shifted here mere saath bhe kuch esa he hua tha. Mere pass kitchen ke koe knowledge nae thi aur khaane ko bhe kuch nae tha. Though there was a refrigerator pr it was empty. I did not find my clothes aur sb idhr udhr bikra tha and so I got late for office. I was a mere employee at that time and trust me dad ne bohot sunaya tha in front of every one. That was the worse start for me. Pr phir dhere dhere I got used to it, tum bhe hojaogi don't worry when you have me beside you.
She smiled and nodded.
Nandini- I love you.
Manik- ditto!!!
And both giggled.
Manik- ab vapis chale it has been more than an hour.
She nodded and both went back to their apartment.
