The days we're passing by and it was valentine week. The city of dreams was beautifully decorated. Nandini left from home in a hurry. On her way, she saw many couples exchanging roses. She wished if Manik to be with her. She was bought out of her thoughts by driver. Yes, today she came to the hospital with the driver as Abhimnayu was out of the town and Ranveer had an early morning meeting. He was the one handling everything behind Manik with Anurag. She thanked the driver and got down. She was walking to the hospital when a little girl came to her and spoke
Girl- didi..... didi....
Nandini- kya hua baby.
She spoke bending to her level.
Girl- mere chot lggae hai, aap dvae lgado please. Aap yaha pe doctor ho na (she pointed towards the hospital).
Nandini- haa baby. Come I'll dress your wound.
She picked the little girl in her arms and took her inside. She was about to go to her cabin when the girl spoke
Girl- didi mujhe yaha nae jaana...
Nandini- beta yeh toh mera cabin hai. Aapko medicine lgana hai na.
Girl- please mujhe andr nae jaana.
Nandini- acha okk nae jaate. Ab happy.
The girl nodded and kissed her cheek. Nandini made her sit on one of the waiting chair and asked a nurse to bring the first aid box. She dressed the wound and spoke
Nandini- loo hogya. Ab be careful okk.
Girl- thank you didi.
The girl kissed her cheek. She smiled sweetly and spoke
Nandini- your welcome.
Girl- yeh aapke lia.
The girl gave her an orange rose and ran away.
Nandini- careful.....
But the girl was already out of sight. She smiled looking at the rose and got up. She was about to enter when a nurse stopped her.
Nurse- Dr. aap please children ward mein chalenge.
Nandini- children ward mein kyu??? Aaj Dr. Jia nae aae???
Nurse- nae vo leave pe hai aur bache medicines nae lerae.
Nandini- okk. Aap chalea mein yeh bag rakhkr aae.
Nurse- nae aap please chalea na pehle.
Nandini- okk chalo.
She went to the children's ward where the other nurse was busy convincing a boy.
Nurse- Aadit baby please lelo na medicine.
Aadit- nae mujhe Jia didi he chahea. Vo aaenge toh he mein medicine khaunga.
Nandini- Jia didi toh nae aae aaj. Nandini didi chalenge???
She asked coming to him. The boy nodded slightly. She smiled and sat beside him.
Nandini- aapka name kya hai???
Aadit- Aadit Sharma.
Nandini- wow... nice name Aadit. (He smiled lightly but did not talk). Kya hua??? are you sad???
Aadit- haa aaj Jea didi nae aaena. Mujhe humesha vhi medicine deti hai aur sulati bhe hai.
Nandini- she must be busy somewhere haina nae toh she must would have come. She knows her little champ must be waiting for him.
Aadit- saachi???
Nandini- muchi. Aapko strong hona haina toh medicine toh lena padega. Agar Jia didi ko pta chala ke Aadit ne unke piche se medicine nae li toh unhe bura lgega aur vo sad honge. You want ke vo sad hojae??? (He nodded his head in a no) Toh you take the medicine. She'll be happy ke Aadit big boy hai and zid nae krta.
Aadit- Sarita aunty(nurse) mere medicine doo.
The nurse gave him his medicine and he swallowed it immediately.
Aadit- ab meine good boy ke tarah medicine khali, ab Jia didi sad nae hongi na???
Nandini- sad kyu hongi..... she'll be very happy. And because you behaved like a good boy, I have something for you.
She gave the boy a chocolate from her hand bag. The boy smiled widly and spoke
Aadit- thank you didi. Aap bohot achi ho.(Nandini smiled at him and he spoke) .Mere pass bhe aapke lia kuch hai. Aap yhi rehna mein abhi aaya.
He ran and came back with a white rose in his hand. He gave the rose to her and spoke
Aadit- yeh aapke lia....
Nandini- awww thank you so much.
Making his sleep she walked to her cabin when she remembered that in morning Abheer and Aashi too gave her a purple and pink rose. She was lost in her thinking when someone whispered near her ear.
Person- bhoo.....
She jumped at her place, her hands on her chest. She looked at the person and glared at him.
Nandini- tum kya mera RIP krna chahte ho???
Person- arre nae nae mere itni mjaal kaha.
Nandini- haa yeh toh hai. Vese tu itni jldi kese aagya vaapis.
Person- kaam khatam hogya toh aagya, I know mere bina tera dil nae lgra hoga.
Nansini- kuch bhe na Manyu.....
Yes the guy was Abhimanyu. He grinned and she nodded her head in disbelief. She started walking when he stopped her.
Abhimanyu- arre sun toh.... kaha jaarae hai.
Nandini- cabin mein jaarae hu. Jbse aaehu I'm roaming around. Bag bhe pass hai mere.
Abhimanyu- arre kyu. The first thing you do is to keep your belongings in your cabin.
Nandini- arre vo when i was coming toh a baby girl asked me to dress her wound. Cabin mein leke jaane lgi toh she was not willing toh yhi bahar he chair pe betha diya. Phir aaj vo Dr. Jia nae aae hai islia a child was not taking his medicine. Vha gae aur abhi aarae hu usse sulakr aur raste mein bhoot, I mean tumse takra gae.
Abhimanyu made a bad face hearing bhoot.
Abhimanyu- vo sb chood. I have some thing for you.
Nandini- kya?? (He gave her a yellow rose). A yellow rose???
Abhimanyu- yes a yellow rose for our friendship.
Nandini- aww..... thank you Manyu.
Abhimanyu- chl chl formality mt maar aur jaa pehle yeh apna saaman rakhke aa.
Nandini nodded and went to her cabin. As she entered her cabin, she was shocked. The whole cabin was decorated with different roses. She reached near the table and placed her bag on it. There we're bouquets of different roses with small cards attached to it. She took out the cards and read them all one by one.
Card1- To me you are the most mystical in nature. Here with these purple roses, I send you a message of love at first sight, A great Valentine flower to my flower.
She smiled widely reading it. She kissed the note and kept it safely in her bag.
Card2- For me you symbolize gentility, femininity, elegance and refinement. Here are the pink roses for my lady to convey gratitude and appreciation.
Card3-While in Victorian times, the yellow rose symbolized jealousy, today it represents friendship, joy and caring. A bouquet of these sun-filled blossom of yellow roses to conveys warmth, gladness and affection which I get from you.
Card4-With their warm, vibrant tones, orange roses symbolize enthusiasm and desire. To express my admiration and attraction towards you with an underlying message of passion and excitement, I send you a bouquet filled with these fiery blooms.
Card5- A bouquet of white roses for my pure hearted and innocence love. It also symbolizes truth and reverence. I send a message of loyalty "I am worthy of you" through this.
Card6- Must be wandering why I did not send you red roses. To give you a red rose and to express my love for you, I wanna be physical present with you. I wanna see that smile adoring your lips which I would miss if I write. Keep it a little pending my love, the wait will be worth.

She had tears reading all the cards.
Nandini- I love you Manik and I miss you.
Next moment her phone rang with his name on the screen. A smile crept her lips and she took the call.

Manik- hello!!!
She was controlling her tears and did not want him to hear her crying.
Manik- hey!!! are you crying kitten????
Nandini- mani....
Manik- haa Manik ke jaan kya hua?? Why is my baby crying hmm....
Nandini- I miss you so much Mani....
Manik- aww... me too baby. Bs kuch dino ke baat aur hai then I'll be there with you. Tbtk ke my good girl and no crying okk. You know I hate those tears of yours especially when I'm not there to wipe them off.
Nandini- mein nae rorae.
She spoke still sniffing. He smiled imagining her face. "How cute she must be looking" he thought.
Manik- acha tell me you liked the surprise???
Nandini- liked???? I toh loved it mani.. Mein subha se soch rae thi ke why is everyone giving me roses pr now I got it. It was all your idea.
And she was back to her usual self. They talked for some more time and then hung up.

The crowd was going mad cheering for them.

His voice full of enthusiasm. The crowd shouted a yes. It went silent as Alya started with the tune followed by Cabir with the drums. As soon as they ended with their performance the crowd started with "once more...... once more.....once more...".

Came the reply.
Mukti- guys your rockstar has something to say to someone and I guess she must be watching us.
Alya- common Manik go for it.
Manik- as you all know it's the valentine week and today is the propose day so I would like to propose the love of my life. Though she's not present here with me but I know she must be watching me.
The crowd hooted and he continued.
Manik- Nandini I know you must be missing me and trust me I'm dieing to see you. I know you must be sad thinking I'm not there with you on our first valentine but you won't say it. All I wanna say is I love you and I'll always do. I do have anger issues, I am stubborn at times but I need you in my life. Love you.
The crowd was going mad on his proposal. Though it was not a formal proposal but every word he spoke came from his heart. It was a pure confession.

Abhimanyu, Ranveer, Navya, Karan and Shreya we're sitting in Nandini'ss cabin. They knew she was missing his as they did not talk after last night. They had come to distract her. They all we're watching Fab5's concert which was going live on Netflix. {aur kuch nae sujja mujhe}
Nandini had tears hearing his confession. She immediately called him without thinking twice.

Fab5 we're talking to the crowd when their manager informed Manik about Nandini's call. For a moment he forgot he was "The Manik Malhotra, The Rockstar". He took his phone and took the call, forgetting the fact that he was wearing a mike.

As soon as he spoke everyone's attention got diverted to him.

She confessed. The crowd hooted and that's when he realised he was wearing his mike.

Nandini- me too guys!!! I'm sorry for disturbing you guys continue I'll call later.

Nandini- your fans are priority Manik and don't worry I'm not running anywhere.
Everyone chuckled including her and he ended the call saying
Manik- take care bye.

Next day was usual for Nandini but not to forget every dish she ate had chocolate with it. She called him at night before going to bed.

Manik- hey baby!!! Kya krrae ho???
Nandini- bs going to bed.
Manik- so aaj mere baby ne kya kiya saara din??.
She giggled whenever he called her baby. Whenever he would call her baby, she actually felt like one.
And then she narrated everything she did the whole day.
Nandini- vese mani... aaj mujhe saara din chocolates nae mili.
Manik- liar!!!! Every dish you ate had chocolate with it.
Nandini- haa toh!!!! You know I eat less that's why you planned it that way, pta hai mujhe.
She pouted and he laughed at her cute complaint.
Manik- don't pout, when I'm not there to kiss it.
Nandini- mani.... (she blushed).
Manik- acha chalo sleep, it's late. Subha uthna bhe hai tumhe.
And another day passed on a happy note.
Next day when Nandini woke up she felt something heavy leaning to her. She groaning opened her eyes and found a big teedy bear lying next to her. She squealed in excitement and sat between it's legs hiding her face in it.
Abhimamyu who was making her video chuckled seeing her excitement.
Sge thoughts of showing it to everyone. She got up and picked the teddy up. It was bigger than her.
With much difficulty, she bought it down to the living room shouting everyone's name.
Nandini- pops, bua, baare papa, bhai jldi aao sb.
Sadhna and Shreya we're the first one to come as they we're in the kitchen.
Sadhna- kya hua kyu chilla rae hai Nandu.
Nandini- bua yeh dekho.....
Shreya- hey bhagvaan itna baara!!!
Nandini giggled seeing her reaction and thumped on the couch with it.
Nandini- hufff.... yeh bohot bhaari hai. Mein thakgae.

The next day Nandini spend in Malhotra Mansion. It was an off as the hospital was under construction. On Neyonika's insistance she stayed back there itself. Post dinner she went to Manik's room to sleep. She had just entered when she received a video call from Manik.

Manik- hey!!!
Nandini- hii!!!
Manik- Nandini yeh tumhara room ek din mein kese badal gya. This looks like the room I have in Malhotra Mansion.
She giggled and spoke
Nandini- Manik yeh aapka room he hai. Mein Malhotra Mansion mein he hu.
Manik- okk. Toh tum apne room mein jao..... mere na hone ka phaida utha rae ho Ms. Murty. Mere room pe kabza krlia tumne.
Nandini- excuse me yeh room mera bhe hai, toh mein jo mrzi kru aapko usse kya.....
Both laughed and then Manik spoke
Manik- well today was promise day but I could not contact you as I was busy practicing. But now that I am talking to you, I would like to promise you an eternity. Manan hamesha, forever plus with an interest of a blank promise.
Nandini- blank promise????
Manik- yes, a blank promise. You can use it whenever you want and I won't break it whatever may be the situation.
Nandini- I too promise you to be as much stubborn as I can with you.
Manik- wow.... what a promise Nandini(he spoke sarcastically).
She laughed seeing his face.
Nandini- acha mani.... abhi tk toh thiik tha pr aage toh kiss day and hug day hai vo kese kroge aap.
Manik- hmm yeh toh hai.... pr that will be pending along with the red rose remember. ..
Nandini- vese I was wandering if I could find myself a date, you know for Valentine....
And the possessive mode was on.
Manik- koe zrurat nae hai okk. Spend it home, you're not gonna do any such stupidity.
Nandini- arre pr kyu??? Valentine ghr pe thodi mnate hai....
Manik- vese Nandini plan is not bad haa. Paris mein I too will find a date for myself. Vese bhe Manik Malhotra pe sb larkiya mrti hai including his fiancee.
Nandini- you won't Manik!!!!
Manik- ohh I can baby. Try me!!!
Nandini- fine then. Marry that date of yours and make babies with her. I hate you....
Manik laughed seeing her jealous.
Manik- awww... you are jealous kitten (he laughed again). Arre why would I marry someone else and babies with her when I have you. (She blushed hearing him). It was tit for tat baby. You teased me and I teased you....
He winked at her. Talking for somemore time they hanged up.

The valentine passed with the lots n lots of fun and now it was the beginning of March and Nandini was the most excited soul. Also it was Manik's b'day on 11th March. She called Fab4 and told them about her plan. They all we're excited hearing her.
And finally it was the day.

Neyonika- Nandu tu sure hai na beta. Tu krlege???
Nandini- haa neyoma mein 200% sure hu.
Anurag- arre kya Neyo tum mere bachi ko drra rae ho. (Turning to Nandini) tu jaa guriya and all the best.
Nandini- thank you papa. Neyoma aap daro mt isbaar I know what am I doing.....
Neyonika kissed her forehead and mumbled an all the best. Nandini then after meeting her family left with Abhimanyu.
They reached their destination and Abhimanyu spoke
Abhimanyu- dyaan rakhna baby doll aur pohonchke phone krna okk....
Nandini- haa Manyu mein dyaan rakhungi, bye...
Abhimanyu- bye...
Abhimanyu left after she was out of sight.
