Manik went to Nandini's room and saw her sitting near the window almost dozed off. He quickly went near her and picked her up in bridal style. She was holding a diary in her hand. Sensing his cologne she snuggled into him more. He smiled as she rocognised his touch. He carefully layed her on the bed. She stirred a little but Manik patted her head and she again drifted to sleep. Manik kissed her forehead and adjusted the duvet on her. He picked the diary and thought it to be her personal so he placed it on the side table. He then checked the a.c. temperature and dimmed the lights. Carefully he left the room trying his best not to make any sound. He came back to his room. He was about to sleep when he heard a knock on the door. Neyonika peeped from the door and asked
Neyonika- May I come in son???
Manik- come-on mom seriously you are asking me. You can come any time.
Neyonika- vo Kya hai na beta ji aadat daal rahi hu. Mr. Malhotra mere bete ke shaadi hojaege kuch dinno mey. Kya pta kb kya horaha ho uske room mein (she spoke in a teasing manner).
Manik blushed but composing himself he spoke
Manik- Kya mom aap bhe??? Chodo yeh btao aap soe Kyu nae abhi tk??
Neyonika- are haa.... lo mey toh bhuul ge gae. Yeh pakad dudh aur finish krna smjha... no tantrums....
Manik made a bad face. He made his best puppy faces to Neyonika but she did not bulge. Who was he trying to fool.... his mother??? Seeing no response from her he sighed and drank the milk in a go closing his nose. Neyonika chuckled on her son's antics.
Neyonika- sudhr jaa Manik ab toh shaadi hone vaali hai tere.
Manik made a whatever face. Neyonika gave him a look of disbelief. Manik pulled her and made her sit. He himself placed her hands on his head and turned towards her tummy hiding his face in it.
Manik- I love you mumma....so very much... I'm tired
She smiled and started ruffling his hair. She seeing his even breathes put his head on the pillow and kissed his forehead.
Neyonika- mumma loves you baby.
Manik smiled in sleep and turned to the other side. Neyonika smiled and left the room dimming the lights.
Next morning
The younger clan was sleeping till late today. Manan, Dhrulya and Mukbhi we're sleeping As they we're tired and for Cavya it was casual.
It was 10a.m. when Nandini opened her eyes. She saw the time and freaked out.
Nandini's POV
Shit!!!!! How can I sleep for so long. Sbhi uth gae honge. Kya sochenge mere baare mey... Kya Nandu itna kese soogae. Wait a minute I toh sitting on the window bed phir mey yaha. She tried to recall about last night. She could only make out someone carrying her. "Manik"??? Shit.... he must would have come to check on me. He was the one to put me to the bed. She blushed recalling all the moments spent with him. What are you doing to me Manik??? It has only been one and a half week since you have come close to me and see how badly you are affecting me.... gosh nandu 10:15 hogae. Uthja jldi se. She kicked the duvet and ran to the washroom taking her clothes.
POV Ends
On the other side Dhrulya and Cavya and Abhimanyu descended down. They wished the elders and sat with them. The elders told Dhrulya about Manik's love for Nandini and about the marriage thing. They we're really happy to see that finally Manik found his lady love. Mukti was coming down but she stopped on her tracks. Hearing about Manik's marriage she shouted from the stairs.
Mukti- eeee!!!!! Bhai ke shaadi wow..... kitna mzza aaega..... goshhh.... I'm so excited... vese kiski sath hai???
And then Abhimanyu narrated everything to her. She was happy and started jumping here and there saying 'I'm so happy.... I'm soo happy'. All chuckled at her excitement. Nandini too came down and saw Mukti jumping around. She being confused asked
Nandini- bunny why are you shouting and jumping around. Kya hua???
Mukti being the excited soul was about to blurr out everything. Cabir sensing it immediately closed her mouth and spoke
Cabir- nothing nandu. Yeh toh pagl hai ese he phudkti rehti hai jgah jgah.
Neyonika changed the topic immediately as she saw Nandini was still not convinced.
Neyonika- nandu ja beta Manik ko bhe uthade. Sb aagae hai. Mey breakfast ready krte hu tbtk.
Nandini- neyoma mey???? (She asked baffled) mey kese.... i mean Mu... mukti... tum chali jao na.....
Neyonika- beta I know these lazy heads. Inmey se koe bhe nae jaega. Isilia meine tujhe bola. Mey breakfast ready lrlu late horaha hai na... vrna mey khud he chali jaati. (She spoke making innocent faces).
Nandini- it's okk neyoma mey jaati hu.
Saying this she left. Everybody in the hall gave an impressive look to Neyonika. She shugged her shoulder and left to the kitchen. Here Nandini entered Manik's room and saw him sleeping. His head in a corner of the bed and his legs we're totally in opposite direction. His mouth was slightly opened and the duvet was lying on the floor. He was snoring lightly which clearly showed how tired he was. She chuckled and went near him. She picked up the duvet and called him. Seeing no response from his side she was about to touch his shoulder but hesitated a little. After thinking a lot she finally gathered the courage and patted his shoulder lightly and spoke
Nandini- Manik!!!! Manik!!! (He stirred and hmmed). Manik wake up. Sb breakfast table pe wait krrae hai. Uthjaea na please....
He tilted his head to her side and opened his eyes a little and saw her tiny figure sitting on the edge of the bed. She smiled at him and wished his 'morning'. He did not reply but shifted his head in lap. She was shocked. Butterflies we're dancing in her stomach. She was having some tingling feeling. He held her hand and placed it on his head.
Manik- this indeed is a good morning (he spoke in a hoarse voice and she blushed).
He starred nuzzling his face in her stomach creating a havoc in her body. Goosebumps rose on her skin. She started breathing heavily. She was ruffling his hair but stopped on tracks with his sudden move. With much difficulty she spoke
Nandini- Ma... ma... Manik please....
He looked up at her and saw her eyes closed, cheeks red and breathing heavily. She was looked so adorable that he wanted to kiss the hell out of her. He smirked seeing himself affecting her so much. He rose up from her lap and in a swift took her under him.
Manik- please what kitten??? Say clearly what do you want??
He smirked seeing her condition. She was in the deepest shade of red and a smile was adoring her lips. Her rising and falling chest was touching his chest.
Nandini- p.... p.... pl.. please.... s.. st..stop
Manik- what if I say I don't want to???
He spoke huskily near her ear gently placing hair locks behind her ear which we're falling on her face)
Nandini- pl . .... pl... please... every..... everyone is wa... waiting for us... us. L... let... let me... go....
He smiled at her innocence. He somewhere sensed that his parents would have told the others and it was their plan to send her to wake him up.
He kissed her forehead and pecked her lips.
Manik- open your eyes kitten... (She nodded her head in a no still blushing). Ok then!!! I won't let you go.
She immediately opened her eyes and saw his smirking. She blushed again and turned her head to the other side. He smiled looking at her. He then made her look at him. He again pecked her lips and moved aside.
Manik- go!!! (He spoke smiling laying on his elbow)
She looked at him. Passing him a blushy smile she sat on the bed.
"Come soon"she whispered and pecked his cheek immediately and left. He realised what just happened and smiled bitting his lower lip.
Manik's thoughts
Kya krdiya hai tumne mujhe Nandini. You have made me a love sick puppy.
He chuckled at his own thoughts. Taking his clothes he left to freshen up.
Here Nandini rushed down breathing heavily with a glint of red hue on her cheeks. She did not spare a glance to the others amd entered the kitchen. Others heard the payal sound. They looked towards the source. They saw Nandini rushing and noticed the red hue on her cheeks. They we're now sure that Manik was behind her this condition. The younger clan was in a full mood to tease Manik.
Nandini entered the kitchen and leaned on the kitchen slab calming herself down. Neyonika entered the kitchen. She smiled looking at her condition. She did not wanted to delay so she thought of asking her.
Neyonika- nandu tu ese bhaagi bhaagi Kyu aae beta?? Kuch hua hai kya???
She nodded her head in a no and turned to the other side hidding her face. Neyonika made her turn to herself and saw her face. She lifted her face up and asked
Neyonika- Kya mey tere iss chehre pe chae laali ke vjah ko apna beta smjhu??
Nandini lifted her lashes and saw Neyonika' s smiling face. She immediately hugged her hidding her red face. Neyonika chuckled and hugged her back.
Neyonika- nandu agar kuch mangu toh degi mujhe???(Nandini broke the hug and looked at Neyonika) mere bete ke bahu banege??? Bnaege officially mujhe apni maa... Kya hai na mey thak gae hu ab insb ko smbhalte smbhalte. Ab mey chahti hu ke mere Manik ke duniya sb kuch smbhale??? Jitna meine apne bete ko jaana hai. Vo toh tujhe apni duniya bna chuka hai....Bol beta??? Thaame ge mere Manik ka hath??
Nandini nodded her head in a yes with teary eyes and hugged Neyonika. Neyonika too hugged her back. She smiled with teary eyes. She then broke the hug and rubbed off the tears from both of their eyes. She kissed her forehead and said 'sdah khush raho beta'. Nandini smiled and both the ladies came to the dinning area when everyone was sitting. Nandini's gaze shifted to Manik who was already looking at her. She blushed and lowered her eyes while he smirked. The rest noticed it and faked a cough.
Manik- lgta hai tumsb ka glla ek sath kharab hogya hai
he spoke sarcastically understanding their intentions.
Cabir- vo Kya hai na vatavaren mey achanak se badlav aane ke karan esa hogya(he spoke looking at Nandini). Pr tu phikr mt kr abhi thiik hojaega thodi deer mey.
Nandini blushed while Manik passed a deadly glare to Cabir asking him to shut his mouth. The others we're having fun looking the trio. Cabir zipped his mouth looking at the angry hulk. Their talks came to an end as Neyonika came with sweets. She passed sweets to everyone.
Anurag- are bhai Neyonika aaj subha subha nashte ke jgah yeh mithae. Kya baat hai??? Bohot khush lgrae hai aap Mrs. Malhotra.
Neyonika- khushi ke he toh baat hai Anurag. Kamar kslijea ab aap aur dhol ngaro ke jeyariya kijea. Aap ka beta ghori chdne vala hai aur dulhan bhe razi hai.
Everyone looked at her. Nandini lowered her head while Manik looked at Neyonika shocked. Neyonika assured him through her eyes and gestured him to look at Nandini. He then saw Nandini looking down with a smile. He then smiled to his fullest.
Ram- are badhae ho Anurag. Hmare saalo ke dosti ab rishte mey badalne vaali hai.
Both stood up and hugged each other. Manan looked at others and saw everyone smiling fully. They we're happy to see their family so happy.

Guys today here in Amritsar many people died near the railway track. They we're watching ravan dehen. A few we're standing on the railway line when the train came. RIP for the souls who died and thanking God for the saved lives...
