The evening felt just too warm and welcoming for your aching body. You thump the rocking chair more as you admire the beauty that the sky was providing you and your companion with. Yep, along these 7 months, it was your baby girl who had constantly kept you company as she nestled inside your belly, not letting you feel alone even for once!
Nope not that Jungkook wasn't around to support you, he was being the best husband ever since that incident that took place a few months ago and you had decided not to dwell on it, especially not when you were carrying this precious being that you most wanted to protect with every cell in your body and if moving on in order to have a healthy and fit body for its nurturance was all your baby asked for then so be it.
You had tried distracting yourself from that incident and even your husband seemed to have shown signs of behavior that remarked how shameful and guilty he was of what he did.
You knew you were too easy on him to forgive him just like that but you couldn't help but give the love of your life a second chance!
He's the man you chose, he's the man you spent so many years with building endless memories together, he's the man you had willed to face all the life crises with together-- as one unit, he's the person with whom you vowed to maintain a prosperous bond with, forevermore.
He's the one and you couldn't give up on him. Call it your weakness or strength but you made your decision this way and maybe you were a little satisfied with you did.. he was trying to make things right for this little family of yours.
Giving him this chance was something you had done with a really heavy heart, you had tried checking on his phone in his absence a few times but to your surprise all those texts were long gone, there weren't any signs of voice messages or anything at all and yeah at first you doubted him of deleting those texts and phone call history but nope that wasn't the case, you have been noticing that change of behavior in kook, he was coming back home punctually, he had spend all these past months with you and your unborn child whenever he'd get time on his holidays and weekends..
He was being the old jungkook you had first encountered, the same kook that had made your heart flutter and race like never before.. he was getting back in tracks and that was exactly what you wanted.
A happy and a carefree married life.
You quietly hum the beats of your new favorite song as you try to calm your baby from stop kicking your poor uterus. Yeah well this was one trick your husband had discovered the day you were in extreme pain because of your girl's constant kicks in your womb.. Jungkook started humming 2U ever so perfectly like he does and literally it had sparked some kind of magic or what which eventually lead your babygirl to calm down after a while..
Jungkook was already being a great dad, even before the birth of your firstborn and you could only imagine how fantastic he'd make a father once she's welcomed.
You could clearly picture him holding her for the first time, singing to her whenever she'd get grumpy, make her pony tails and would even play those tea party games all dressed up like a girl if that's what she demands.
You chuckle at the mental series of imaginations you were having, actually that's all what you do.....
Daydream about the life of parenthood that you're about to witness in a matter of few more months..
You were so entangled in your thoughts that you haven't even realized your husband's car coming through the main gates of your house. You would've greeted him, sitting here at the porch but apparently because of the trees and pillars, your frame was getting covered for him to see you sitting there, enjoying the lovely weather..
You smile as you rub your belly for the last time before walking over to greet your husband.
You get up, placing the novel you had carelessly placed on your thighs (as you had intended to read it) and begin sprinting in the direction of the car but your feet soon stop, automatically as you see another car parked at the entrance.
There you see her-- your witch of a cousin getting out of her own car and pacing quickly to open the door of your husband's car.
You could see him getting out, he was a little angered as it appeared to you, maybe because he was startled (?)
You see her pulling him in closer to her and she lands her perfectly plump lips onto his.
That's it.
You didn't even have to think twice as you turn on your heels and march inside your house, making huge steps so as to get inside your bedroom.
Tears keep engulfing your face as you walk towards your wardrobe. You just didn't know what you were even doing, your hands were moving as though they had a mind of their own.
You pick your bag up from one of the shelves and begin shoving in clothes inside, it must have been at the tenth dress that you throw inside when you aggressively slump the bag on the ground.
You break down pitifully. One if your hands covering your belly and the other one taking support of the cupboard's door..
You just didn't know what to even believe anymore.. it was being too intensified for you to even think about the situation.. making decision at the moment was a far cry!

"Y/n.." you hear his voice ringing inside your ears, it felt heart wrenching when he slips his arms around your waist.
Getting a little uncomfortable, you unlock his grip from you and you turn around, putting up the world's fakest smile ever!
"Hey!" You say, trying not to sound pathetic from the 20 mins crying session you had earlier..
"Umm.." he sighs, "I uh.."
"Dinner's ready.. I've already eaten so I'm going to just rest, yeah?" You cut him off as you waddle away from him inside your room..
You just didn't care how he felt anymore.. if he had no respect for your dignity then even you didn't place any scope for him in your life anymore.
It is tonight when you have made up your mind to bid him goodbye forevermore.
You can't be kept in a lie by him for your entire lifetime! You have got some self respect as well and if he thinks you are just a naïve girl who can be fooled with words easily then he's wrong-- because maybe you are naïve to be fooled by Jungkook, your lover but you're not a fool to let yourself be tortured in this drudgery at all.
Jungkook's pov:
I let out a hefty sigh, my legs keep on fidgeting-- one habit of mine I can't control whenever I'm anxious.
I was not only anxious but angry, appalled, annoyed, saddened and what not!? I was on a rollercoaster of emotions! I just don't know why is that bitch so after me, even after my threat of complaining it to her father-- the head of our company, she still has no shame?
I chug another glass of alcohol as I think about how my y/n must have suffered all along, I never wanted to break her trust. I was wrong, I admit, but I'm trying to make amends for my past mistakes.
That h*e followed me to my own freakin' house! I am so helpless.. I just want to get rid of her but if I do something that would definitely grab some media attention and I don't want that to happen..
Poor y/n.. I wish I could protect her more.. she's a pearl who requires all the love in life.. I'm such an idiot to ruin the poor beings life like that.

Regular pov:
"sometimes I feel like life should've been virtual.. we could talk to each other without having the simplest concern regarding how the other looks, where they belong to or what culture they are a part of.." you mutter with a heavy heart to your best friend, completely spaced out realizing how easy it is to blurt things out instead of actually performing them, "that way maybe kook would have loved me as a person rather than going around about my cousin who appears 10x prettier than me.."
Your husband had broken your trust for real this time. This is exactly what had made you end up at your best friends place to share the night or maybe more days until you figure out something.. you just couldn't see his face at all.
It wasn't as much tough for you to get away from the house as you had assumed actually, with jungkook being drunk sleep on the couch, you had quickly slipped by and had booked a taxi to your friend's place.
"Aww my.." you friend pouts and brings you into a hug so as to shush you from crying, "it's not good for the baby" she whispers as she helps you get on the bed..
"Stay for as long as you wish to" she pulls the blanket over you..
"Thanks" you sniffle as you recall the letter you had left for Jungkook to read for when he gets up..
"Only if I could be her for you to love me the way I do to you..
Only if you could look at me the way you do to her..
Only if you didn't break my heart, darling.... maybe I was never the one. Make a wise choice this time xx"
