His P.O.V.
Ashton:
"How about a stripper. That's always fun" Calum suggests the idea. We're all sitting in my living room discussing what we should do for my birthday. My girlfriend, Y/N, is included in the "we". I give him a blank stare, wondering why he would possibly bring up that when my girlfriend is sitting right next to me. I see her shift in her seat. "I can't, Cal. I have a girlfriend, and she's right here" I say to him. Y/N turns to face me. "No, go ahead, Ashton. It's okay. Don't let me stop you. Just know that you're mine" she says calmly. I look at my hands which I am unintentionally moving around on my legs before glancing back up at the rest of the group. I give a little shrug and say, "I guess. I mean, as long as she doesn't do anything that bad. She won't, right?" Y/N giggles at my nervousness. "Babe," she says, still laughing, "you don't have to do it if you're nervous".
Calum:
I had been through this routine before with the stripper at my birthday and all, but that was a while ago. When I didn't have a girlfriend. I've been dating Y/N for about nine months, about three months after the stripper somehow convinced me to schedule her in again for my next birthday. I had just been reminded that she was coming by Luke who brought it up a little earlier. In a panic, I called her, asking to cancel and telling her that I have a girlfriend now, when Y/N walked into the room. She asks me what's wrong and I tell her about the stripper drama. "Go ahead" she says to me. "You can still do it, so don't let me stop you. Just know that you're mine". Y/N spins and is out the door when I hear the stripper at the other end of the phone call asking if I'm still there. I tell her that she can still come, as long as it's quick, non-graphic, and done when my girlfriend comes back into the room.
Michael:
"We got you a stripper" Ashton tells me. "Why would you ruin the surprise" Calum says, hitting his arm. I'm out with Y/N and the boys for my birthday breakfast. I look up from my plate out of the corner of my eye and glare at him for saying that. Why would he tell me that now, with Y/N right here? "Ashton" I say, trying to remain calm. "I have a girlfriend. She's sitting right here. Next to me. Listening to the conversation. Right now. She's here". Y/N, who is sitting beside me, shakes her head. "Ashton, it's alright. Go ahead. Don't let me stop you; it is your birthday. Just remember that you're mine" she says, giving my leg a pat. I turn my head to face hers to find her looking at me, her hand still on my leg, "Are you sure?" I ask, wanting to be certain that she is. She nods, and I take her hand under the table while tapping her nose with the other one, making her giggle and the boys groan.
Luke:
"Happy birthday!" the group sings the last line of the song, everyone ending at different times. It's my birthday evening and I'm spending it with my girlfriend Y/N, Calum, Ashton, and Michael. "We have a surprise for you, our little birthday boy" Michael tells me in a cooing voice, as if he were talking to a five year old. I watch attentively as he strides to the front door, unlocks it, and pulls it open, revealing a woman with very little clothing on. "Guys, I can't do this. I have a girlfriend. She's right here" I say, placing my hand on the small of her back. She puts her arm around my waist and angles her face up to mine to speak. "No, go ahead. It's okay, Luke. You shouldn't let me stop you. Just know that you're mine" she says while looking up at me. I give her a look, as if asking if it were really okay. She nods, giving my torso one last squeeze before pushing me toward the chair set out for me.
