A few days Later. at school.
The holidays were just around the corner. it's great. Chuck pissed off to Monaco, Carter left the morning after our activities the night before, Nate and Blair had sex for the first time in years. And now i'm stuck at school while i could be in Monaco with Charles.
Serena ran to me.
I chuckled "slow down, speedy"
Serena was out of breath "i need your help. I need a Christmas gift idea for Dan, well, since Vanessa got him the most thoughtful Dan-like present ever. "
Me "give him something he won't forget"
Serena looked at me irritated "that's what i 'm asking you for help"
I giggled "i don't know. Give him something he won't forget. "
Serena "and what?"
Me "normally i would say there's nothing more romantic than giving your v-card to him but let's be honest, we're way past that v-card"
She rolled her eyes.
Night. At Blair's.
i walked into Blair's room.
Me " you said you needed my help"
She was sitting on the bed at her laptop.
Me "you okay?"
I sat down next to her on the bed.
Blair "yeah"
I asked confused "why aren't you with your dad?"
Blair "i need your Log-in for your agency site"
I nodded "sure"
I looked at the screen "are you holding an open call or something?"
Blair "I have one specific look in mind"
I looked at her but then gave up. It's Blair so i could only imagine what happened.
Me "okay"
I typed my name into the computer and then the password "there"
Blair smiled "addresses and phone numbers. Perfect. You know, called you an hour ago. B.T.W, you're laze. Um, you're lucky i'm even here at all. Where's your sister, by the way?"
Me "On her way. You're lucky i even showed up. It's Christmas eve and i wanted to spend it with Chuck in Monaco"
Serena walked inside, looking exhausted.
Me "and? found something?"
She growled at me and let herself fall onto the bed "i'm screwed"
Blair dialed a number.
me "who are you calling?"
Blair "i'm booking me a mode"

Blair was downstairs with her mother and the other guests that were here. Eric and Vanessa shown up.
Serena and i were cutting stars out of paper for her present for Dan.
Blair walked inside "Dorota's gonna kill you of you get glue on that comforter. "
Serena "sorry we've turned your room into an art studio, B., but the clock is ticking"
Vanessa "i'm done"
She showed us the screen.
I smiled "this is -"
Serena smiled "amazing. Thank you so much, Vanessa. this is gonna be..incredible. "
Vanessa smiled "good. i'm glad i cold help. i think he'll really love it. "
Blair "Vanessa. I think i 'd like to help with this little project. would you come and help me find another pair of scissors?"
Vanessa and her walked into he bathroom.

She grabbed her stuff and left.
Blair walked out of the bathroom "i'm gonna go check on my dad"
Eric "thought you were gonna help?"
Serena put the stars into a box.
Blair smiled "i think my work's done here"
Mom walked inside with a glass in her hand.
Blair smiled at her and walked out.
Mom "when you three are done hiding up here, i'm taking you three out for dessert.".
Serena "can't mom , i 'm busy"
Mom "that can wait. It'll just be the three of us "
Me "how comes that every time you say "it'll just be the three of us", there's always your new boy toy too. I don't care. I'll meet him at the wedding"
Serena nodded "me too"
Mom "fine fine. Then i will just tell you who it is, because you're gonna be seeing him around from now on. It's Bart Bass"
She took a sip of her drink.
Our jaws dropped "Bart Bass?!"
Serena "mom, you cannot date Bart Bass"
Mom "you just said a moment ago you didn't care who it was"
me "that was before we knew who it was"
Eric "he only has one facial expression. He scares me. "
Serena "and he raised Chuck. That scares me"
Me "Chuck will never keep his hands off me if we live together. that could get very annoying and unappropriated for some of us"
I nodded with my head to Eric who looked at me offended.
Mom sighed "you're all being overly dramatic. I'm not marrying Bart. "
I added "yet"
Mom "this is very casual, and regardless, i'm not asking your permission. "
Then she walked out.
Me "she seems to forget she's no longer young"
Next day. morning, at home.
We were all unwrapping presents.
Bart was actually good to have around.
He handed me a present.
I looked at him surprised.
Bart "it's from Charles"
I raised an eyebrow and opened it.
Then I giggled when i saw it.
Serena asked confused "what is it?"
I looked at her smiling "his hotel room card"
Bart rolled his eyes "typical Charles"
I nodded "Well, he gave his best, didn't he?"
Bart "Eric, Flavia, Serena, I just want you to know that i have deep feeling for your mother. "
Suddenly Mom's phone started to ring.
Me "your phone, Mom"
Mom grabbed it.
Bart "oh, Lily, you're not gonna want to interrupt this. "
He went down on one knee.
My jaw dropped and i grabbed Eric's arm.
Bart pulled out a little velvet box.
Mom's jaw dropped.
Bart "Lily, would you do me the honor of being my wife?"
