Austin's Point of View
"Take a seat." The cop spoke. "I have a couple questions to ask you." He said pulling out a yellow pad of notebook paper.
I rested my elboes down on the table. "Ask away."
"Where were you the night of October 25th 2013?"
"I was out with my buddy Kyle."
"What's his last name?"
"Moore."
He jotted down my words before looking back up at me. "What were you two doing that night? You were supposedly with Andrew that night."
"We were giving him some money that we owed him. After that Kyle just left and I went back over to my ex girlfriends house to fuck."
He shifted uncomfortably in his seat, writing anything useful information down on the pad of paper.
"About what time was it when this happened?"
"Does it fucking matter?"
"Yes it does Mr. Mahone, now answer my question."
"It was around 12:30 in the morning."
"What's the girls name?"
"Casey Brooke."
He wrote down her name before asking me one last question. "Did you see Andrew at all after that night?"
"Not at all, I don't pay attention."
He closed his notepad.
"Nothing found in the house sir. All clear." The voice came through the walkie talkie on the cops uniform.
"We'll keep in touch Mr. Mahone."
I nodded my head making my way out the door. "I'll always be here."
Casey's Point of View
God I can't believe I actually have to fucking do this.
"Were you with Austin Mahone late at night on the day of October 25th 2013?"
Shit here it comes.
"Yes I was."
"Where were you at with him that night Miss Brooke?"
"He was over at my house sir."
He jotted down every word I said on a yellow notepad. "Did he ever go home that night?"
"No, he stayed the night and left the next day."
"About what time did he leave?"
Shit do I have to be this specific.
"He left around 11 in the morning since it was a Saturday."
"Did you ever know who Andrew Pearson was?"
"Yeah, I only met him a few times."
He nodded his head. "Did you ever see him around after October 25th?"
"No I didn't sir."
He closed the notepad. "Thank you for your time, you're free to leave."
'No problem, I was forced to do this.' I said in my head.
Elena's Point of View
I came home and hung up my purse after just coming back from the Miami police station.
I pulled out my phone and called Austin to see if anything happened.
"Hello?" He said from the other line.
"Hey how did your little interview go?" I said while grabbing a water bottle from the fridge.
"Great actually, they won't do anything because they can't." I could just tell he said that with a smirk on his face.
"I think we all did a pretty job today. A good enough job to save your ass."
"Ehh, the cops are always on my ass. Did you see a bald man at the station when you went?"
"Yeah the muscular bald guy?"
"Yeah that guy, he hates me the most. He's hated me since i was 15." He laughed. "Dumb bastard."
"So you're safe?"
"No I'm not safe, but if you mean off the hook then yes I am."
"Well that's a relief. Anyways i have to go, I'll see you tomorrow at school."
"Bye."
I heard my grandma calling me from the kitchen. "Elena come help me with dinner!"
"Coming!"
Austin's Point of View
As I was making my way out the door of the station I saw Dean being taken in handcuffed.
Hah. I thought to myself. What could the fucker have done now?
We were staring eachother down as we parted our separate ways.
While I was driving home my phone started to ring and I saw that Elena was calling me.
I put the phone to my ear. "Hello?"
"Hey how did your little interview go?"
"Great actually, they won't do anything because they can't." I smirked to myself. Like I said I always win.
"I think we all did a pretty job today. A good enough job to save your ass." She chuckled from the other line.
"Ehh, the cops are always on my ass." I decided to tell her about Officer Robinson. "Did you see a bald man at the station when you went?"
"Yeah the muscular bald guy?"
"Yeah that guy, he hates me the most. He's hated me since i was 15." I laughed at the thought of him and seeing him for the first time. "Dumb bastard."
"So you're safe?"
"No I'm not safe, but if you mean off the hook then yes I am."
"Well that's a relief. Anyways i have to go, I'll see you tomorrow at school."
"Bye."
I didn't want to tell her about me seeing Dean today. She doesn't need to know everything.
I plopped down on th couch where the guys were.
"You're so blunt." Sean hissed.
"I just fucked around with Robinson, shut up." I rolled my eyes. "Anyways, guess who I saw walking into the station today."
"Dean." Sean growled.
"What the fuck was he doing at the station?" Robert said coming back from the kitchen.
"He was handcuffed too. Either way he would be out because he can always get his way out of things."
Sean stood up from the couch. "He's going to make a move pretty soon. We've delt with him before and we know how he moves." He paused and looked over at me. "Keep an eye out on Elena. She's an easy target."
I would rip Dean to shreds if he ever touched Elena.

I know i was supposed to update on Wednesday and i didn't. I'm a horrible person.
I'll hopefully update on wednesday this time haha.
Ahh and thanks for almost 14k reads! I've been writing for 10 months and I'm only on chapter 15 which is sad but i was horrible and keeping up updates when i started last year. From here on out things are going to pick up and get more intense woo!
