England and France walked into their house with their new children in their arms. The boys started to look around the large house that actually looked like a mansion.

They set the twins down and watched and followed as they explored the house.

"This is so big," America said.

"How did it get so big?" Canada asked.

Both men laughed a little at the question, "It was built that way." England answered.

The boys started into walk through a hallway, "What's that?" America asked pointing to England's flag that was hanging up.

"That's a flag, my flag actually. It represents a country."

"What about our flags? Do we have one?" Canada asked.

"You will soon, one to represent America and one for Canada." France answered.

The boys continued to explore the house, they went upstairs.

"Would you two like to see you rooms?" England asked.

"We have rooms?" Canada asked.

"Of course," He led them to some rooms that had toys in them.

"Can we sleep in the same room?" America asked.

"If you want."

"Would you two like some crepes?" France asked.

"Yes!!!" they said excitedly.

They had tried crepes while on the ship to London and instantly loved it.

"Can we help you make them?" Canada asked once they got down to the kitchen.

"Of course you can."

As they made the crepes, they also had an all out flour war, after that, France and England read the boys stories before they peacefully went to sleep.

As countries smiled at the memory, America and Canada frowned.

Sure that was a nice day, but it was only about a week or two later before France and England became consumed with paperwork, meetings, and started to leave them for months.

The memory changed.

(This takes place 8 days after)

The boys were playing together with their toys together, they noticed France and England rushing around and looked at each other.

"Daddy, Papa? What are you doing?" America asked.

"We have to attend a meeting soon poppet."

"Can we play together when you come back?" Canada asked.

"Of course we can mon fils,"

"Do you promise?"

"We do," They both said.

They walked to the boys and kissed their foreheads, "We'll be back soon loves and then we can play together." And with that, they rushed out.

The boys continued to play.

The memory changed.

It was now dark and England and France came back with loads of paperwork in their arms.

The twins walked downstairs at hearing the door open.

"Yay, your here, we can play now." America smiled.

France kneeled down in front of him, "I'm so sorry cher, we can't. We have a lot of work to get done."

"But you promised." Canada said.

"Yes, and we are terribly sorry. How about tomorrow?" England asked.

The twins sighed and nodded, "Okay."

"Do you promise?" Canada asked.

They both nodded, "We do,"

The memory changed.

The next morning.

The twins came downstairs.

"Where's Daddy and Papa?" Maska asked as they looked around.

Canada saw a note on the table and pointed to it, "Look,"

America climbed up on a chair and grabbed the note and read it, "It says that they had another meeting and they'll be back later."

"I guess we can play later," Canada sighed and said sadly.

The two sat at the table and ate the crepes that France and England left on it.

When they were finished, they went outside and started to talk with the animals and play with them.

As the day went by, England and France still weren't home.

The sun had set and it was now dark.

The boys came back in, "Their still not back yet," Maska said sadly.

The boys made themselves sandwiches ate started to eat.

France and England finally came back.

They kissed their sons' foreheads, "Sorry we're late poppets, the meeting went on longer then expected."

France looked at Canada, "We have a lot of paperwork to do cher, maybe we can play tomorrow?"

Canada shook his head and put on a fake smile, "That's okay Papa, you have a lot of work to do."

After they finished eating, they headed upstairs, "They broke their promise again," Canada said sadly, "Do they even want to play with us?"

"Their just really busy." Maska tried to comfort his brother.

But honestly, he didn't believe it himself.

A few countries glared at France and England who felt a bit guilty.

They had left their children alone for meetings, not even after three weeks after colonizing them.

They had been filling out alot of paper work and having many meetings about their new colonies' land.

The Mexicos weren't surprised at the fact that England and France were leaving their brothers alone so soon after colonizing them.

Spain did the same thing to them.

The memory changed again.

(The next day)

America and Canada came downstairs to find their parents gone.

Again.

The boys frowed and sighed sadly.

Did their parents even want them?

Did they even care?

They held back tears at the thought.

"Alfie, I don't think they want us." Canada said as a tear slipped.

Alfred shook his head and let some tears fall too.

"America, Canada, we never meant to leave you alone so often." England said.

"Sure you didn't," Canada repiled.

The boys' tears were picking up as they went to the table to eat.

"Do you think Mexico and Mexica are okay?" America asked.

"I hope they are." Canada said.

Ayiana flew over to the boys and landed on America's chair.

She started to make a high pitched noise as if talking to them.

"I guess we could go outside again," America said.

When they finished eating, they ran outside and ran towards the trees.

The two started to climb the trees and swing on them. They swung from tree to tree.

As they were playing in the trees, they met a squirrel and helped her put her nuts in the tree.

When they went back in for lunch, their parents were still not there.

The boys felt tears fall again, they went to the couch and cried themselves to sleep.

"How could you leave children alone like that?" China asked disgusted.

"We shouldn't have," France said as more guilt washed over him.

The memory changed and it was dark again.

The boys had already had dinner and were looking out the window for their  parents.

They kept looking out the window for about two hours.

"Maybe we should go to bed Mattie, maybe they don't want us, maybe their not even coming back." America said as more tears fell from his red eyes.

The twins once again walked upstairs to bed with Kumaijiaro and Ayiana and this time cried themselves to sleep.

"America, Canada, I'm so sorry." England said.

"No your not." They both said.

"Yes I am."

Both of the twins felt like crying, watching the memory.

They were so scared that day, it was the first time England and France left them alone for the whole day and they thought that they weren't coming back at all.

A new memory started to show.

This time England and France were actually there.

They were taking the twins to see the Mexicos.

France knocked on the doorbell and Spain opened it.

The Mexicos rushed to the door behind Spain.

"Maska, Kanta!!!" They yelled happily.

The pairs of twins gave each other hugs and went upstairs to talk.

"Do you guys have new names too?"
America asked.

They nodded.

"Maria and Diego." Maria said.

"Do you like living here?" America asked.

"Yeah but Papi is always gone and he's always doing paperwork." She answered.

"Same with Papa and Daddy." Canada said.

"You think they want us?" Mexico asked

"I don't think so." America answered.

It got quiet and they all sadly looked down.

"Has he left you for a whole day?" America asked.

They nodded, "But Romano is here too," Maria said.

"Romano?" Their brothers asked.

"He's South Italy." Mexico answered.

The memory changed and showed the children in the living room now.

Romano was chilling on the couch, eating a tomato.

Their parents were all talking to each other before turning to their new colonies.

"Uh chers can we talk to you all?"

They looked at them.

"Tomorrow we will all be leaving again for a few weeks."

"Why? Where are you going?" America asked.

"We're all going back to your countries to see how things are doing."

Their eyes lightened up, "Can we come?" Mexica asked.

"Not now, when your older." Spain answered.

"Oh," they all said.

"America, Canada, you two will be staying here with your brother and sister and Romano." England said.

"But you just finished doing paperwork yesterday after weeks and now your leaving?" America asked.

"I'm sorry love," England said kneeling down in front of him, "We're just so busy."

The childen all sighed, sadly nodded, and blinked back tears.

They were leaving them again.

They were use to this already though.

And it had only been a month since they were colonized.
