I don't know why but today I woke up earlier than usual, and actually spent time in dressing myself up for school!
I tied my hair into a ponytail with a ribbon as I applied a light-coloured lipbalm.
"Morning omma!" I greeted my mother who was preparing breakfast downstairs cheerfully.
"Morning, love. Why are you so happy today?"
"Uhmm it's nothing." I answered as a small smile escaped from my lips as I gaze down on my new pouch keychain.
"What a cute octopus! Who gave it to you?" Without me realising, omma was already hovering over me from behind as she eyed on Junhoe's present.
"Ahhh.. my friend."
"Jinjakk? Not boyfriend?" She wiggled her eyebrows as she teased me repeatedly.
"Aigoo.. omma! I'm running late already, let me just finish my breakfast in ease." I was so shy and so scared that she would ask further so I just made up an excuse.
"Arasseo! Aigoo... my baby's grown up I see?" She ruffled my hair as she walked away into the kitchen.
Aishhh.. my omma still treats me like a kid everytime~
After I finished my breakfast, I called out to her informing her that I'll be leaving.
"Wait, love! Here." Omma handed me two lunchboxes as she smiled, so warmingly like always.
"It's kimbap. One for you and one for my future son-in-law."
I can't help but to chuckle at my mum's behaviour. She didn't even meet him and she's already doing these?
"Arraseo~I'll be leaving now." I pecked her cheeks as I left for school.
