A/N: Ha ha, that rhymed

Samantha's POV
"Let's get to counting!" Nash said, setting the giant bucket of money on the counter.

After celebrating our hard efforts in the talent show a couple days ago, Shawn reminded us yet again that we hadn't actually counted the money yet and that technically it wasn't a victory till we had a number.

I guess I was just nervous that maybe we hadn't raised as much money as we thought. What if we didn't have enough? What if we were hundreds short?

I couldn't ignore the burning feeling in the bottom of my gut.

"Okay. But first, I'm ordering pizza!" I smiled, picking up my phone. "Seriously? Can you go one second without thinking about food?" Cameron joked, laughing at me.

"Do you need the number?" Hayes asked, beginning to search the number up on the internet. Grace laughed. "Sam? Needing a number of a restaurant? She's got all the restaurants in the city on speed dial." Grace said, laughing at Hayes.

"Nobody was supposed to know that!" I hissed at Grace, only making her laugh more. "Oh, I think we all knew deep down." Emma replied, joining in on Grace's fits of laughter.

"Whatever, you guys are mean." I sulked, hitting the pizza place's number on my phone. I quickly ordered a large pepperoni pizza, the worker on the other end cutting me off. "Yea and that's on 56 oak?" He asked.

"Umm... yea.... how'd you know?" I questioned. "Oh, you order pizza so much we have your number and address saved." He replied, continuing to tell me that he'd be over with the pizza in 15 minutes.

"Okay, I'm going to pretend that wasn't creepy." I muttered, returning to the group. "Hmm?" Emily asked, looking up at me. "Nothing." I said, shaking my head.

"Okay! Cameron, you get that pile, Shawn you take the one beside that, I'll take this one, and Emily, Hayes and Grace can count whatever's left." Nash said, smiling proudly at his plan.

"What about us?" I frowned, referring to Emma and I. Emma just laughed. "Sam, you know we're the worst at math. You said it yourself, numbers get jumbled easily in your head!"

"Doesn't mean I don't wanna help..." I muttered, feeling a little bit hurt.

"Hey! We can watch a movie! OR PLAY MARIO KART!" Emma suggested trying to lift my spirits. I smiled a bit, nodding. "Okay."

----

A little while later, I went into the kitchen to go get some lemonade when Cameron came up to me.

"You're not mad are you?" He asked, wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my shoulder. "No. Well, maybe a little." I sighed, trying to be completely honest.

Cameron just hummed and kissed my neck. "We just thought that since you've been under a lot of stress lately that you could sit back and relax for once."

I smiled a bit, taking a sip from my glass. "Well thank you, but I'm fine. Really. I could've helped." I said, turning to face him.

He nodded, mumbling sorry. "Don't be sorry. I think it's cute you're worried about me. Plus, I kinda figured that Emma didn't want to count money so you just suggested that I hang out with her so she isn't bored." I said, trying to make him feel a little better.

"Well, that was part of the reason too." Cameron smiled, pecking me on the lips. I just smiled, kissing him one more time before being interrupted but the doorbell.

"OOOH MY PIZZA!" I smiled, setting my glass down on the counter and running to the door. "SHAWN I'M USING YOUR MONEY!" I screamed, grabbing his wallet that was just sitting on the table near the door.

"WHAT? NO!" He screamed back, starting to get up from his seat. "TOO LATE!" I said, opening the door and paying the delivery man. "Keep the change." I smiled, closing the door.

"Uuughhh." I heard Shawn groan as I pranced into the kitchen, pizza in hand. "Sam can you get mine?" Emma called from the living room, currently looking for Mario Kart through a jumble of Wii games.

"Sure thing!" I said, setting plates out beside the pizza box.

"Out of my way!" Grace smiled, hip bumping me and grabbing a piece. "Looks good Shawn, thanks!" Hayes laughed, reaching over my shoulder to get a piece.

"I picked it out and ordered it, where's my thanks?" I pouted, looking over to see Hayes with a mouthful of food trying not to laugh. "Thank you babe, good choice." Cam smiled, pecking my cheek and grabbing himself a piece as well.

"See guys?" I said, turning towards the table of people, "Cameron appreciates me!"

"He's you're boyfriend, he has to." Nash laughed, Cameron passing him a piece of pizza as well.

"LISTEN!" I exclaimed, making them all laugh. "FOUND IT!" Emma screamed, running into the room. "Oh my pizza!"

"Yeah yeah, here you go." I laughed, passing over her plate."Thank you!" She said, kissing my cheek and taking a bite.

I looked over at Hayes as I took a bite of my slice. Emma was talking to the group explaining the crazy story of how she managed to find the Mario Kart disk and Hayes was watching her with a big smile on his face, probably not even listening to her story.

He was so utterly overflowing with love for her that he wasn't able to show for so long, that he was just so glad to have her back.

Emma had missed him so much it hurt her to think about how much she'd lost. But this was only a bump in the road for them, because they were strong and they could move mountains together.

------

"DONE! JESUS CHRIST THAT TOOK SO LONG!" Nash screamed, falling back in his chair. "That only took an hour Nash." Emily giggled and Nash just shrugged. "An hour, a week, a century, same thing."

"MARIO KART TIME!" Emma screamed, drying her wet hands from the dishes she had just washed. "YEEEEEEAH!" I screamed, pumping the air and we both darted off. "What strange human beings." Someone laughed.

We both jumped over the back of the couch and grabbed our remotes. "You forgot the disk." Hayes laughed, coming into the room and sliding it in the console. "Yeah that's probably an important part." Emma laughed, smiling at Hayes.

"Yeah, kinda is." He laughed, sitting down beside her. "I got extra batteries if anyone runs out!" Shawn said, holding up the pack of batteries from the kitchen drawer. "Wow Shawn, you really are always prepared." Cameron laughed, coming in the room with the rest of the gang.

They all settled down getting comfy as Emma and I set up the game, choosing our characters.

-----

"AGAIN?! HOW DO YOU DO THIS?!" Emma screamed as I sped past her and into first place, completing the last race. "I dunno, I'm just amazing." I smirked making her pout. "Oh suck it you."

"I was routing for you Em, you were really close! But Sam has always been undefeated so there's no point in really trying." Shawn laughed. "Why weren't you routing for me!? I'm your sister!" I exclaimed, looking over to him to see him cuddled up with Grace, his arm around her shoulders. "Because you always win!"

"DAMN RIGHT I DO!" I squealed, getting up and doing a dance. "Weirdo." He laughed. Cameron got up coming over to me smiling. "Yeah but she's my weirdo."

----------

Emma's POV
"I hate to be be a buzz kill, but I think I should head home to bed. I'm exhausted." I yawned, leaning on Sam. "Yeah I'm tired too." She nodded, leaning on me as well.

"Come on Sam." Cameron chuckled coming over to her. She put her hands out and he bent down picking her up bridal style, Sam lacing her hands around his neck.

I smiled at the two, Sam nuzzling her head into his shoulder. Cameron smiled brightly and disappeared up the stairs, bringing her to her room.

"Hayes, Em, are you guys driving with Emily and I?" Nash asked, standing up his hand laced with hers. "Yeah!" Hayes said, getting up and taking my hand as well, making my heart flutter.

I nodded and we stood up, saying our goodbyes and heading out. "I'm staying at Emily's for a bit and I'm gonna catch a cab, so Hayes can you drive Emma and yourself home?" Nash asked, as we all buckled up. "Yeah sure." Hayes nodded, as Nash pulled out of the driveway and started up the road.

Hayes looked over at me and smiled. He was planning something.

When we arrived to Emily's house, we all jumped out, saying our goodbyes and Hayes jumped in the drivers seat, making me hop in the passengers.

"So, are you actually tired?" Hayes asked, glancing at me before looking back to the road. "Um...I could stay up for a bit. Why? What are you thinking Grier?" I asked, raising an eyebrow making him smirk, not looking away from the road.

The rays of moonlight cast on his features making his eye look like galaxies and his freckles stand out even more. Oh how I've missed this beautiful boy.

As we pulled up to my house, Hayes' smile just became more and more of a necessity for me to have. He pulled up in the driveway and turned off the car, opening my car door for me and closing it behind me as well.

"You wanna come in?" I asked, nervous of his plans. "I thought you'd never ask." He chuckled and grabbed my hand pulling me to the door. I unlocked it and we slipped inside to an empty house.

"I just wanna watch a movie and crash." I yawned, stretching as Hayes locked the door behind us. "Then let's just do that." He said and we both headed to my room.

I changed into sweatpants and a t-shirt, Hayes taking off his shirt and crawling into bed beside me with his kakis.

"What movie?" He asked as he scrolled through the recently added. "Doesn't matter to me." I shrugged. I knew we weren't gonna pay attention to it anyways.

He turned on some random comedy that I didn't hear the name of and pulled the blankets over our legs.

"I missed this." I mumbled, resting my head on his arm which he put behind me. "Me too, more than you know." He chuckled. I couldn't take my eyes off him and he stole glances from me every so often but after a few minutes gave up.

"Fuck, why do you do this to me?" He mumbled and crashed his lips on mine. They moved in sync as he reached over cupping my cheek.

"Because we're meant to be, and you know it." I giggled and continued to kiss him.

"You're damn right we are."
