"Don't let her get to you. Just lift your head up high and let her get mad." Bambam says and you couldn't help but to smile... at least a little. Even though the night of the party didn't end up how you thought it would... Bambam was still by your side making you feel better and making sure you were okay.
You sat down on near by stairs and Bambam sat next to you.
"I guess." You said agreeing with Bambam and the both of you remained silent till Bambam catches you off guard complimenting you.
"By the way, tonight you looked really beautiful."
You looked at him and your heart was racing. The more he compliments you, the more you start liking him..

~A Week Later~
After the day of the party, things began to change even more. You didn't know whether the changes were negative or positive. Bambam and you would hang out every chance you had. The two of you practically became inseparable and to be honest you enjoyed his company. On top of that, Soylu and a couple of other Bambam's friends including Bambam himself started to sit with you at lunch. You were now friends with the cool kids... You never expected this day to ever come.
You've started to get noticed in school and getting random people you never even spoken to ever before say hi to you. This was all new. You hated attention but for some reason now something was different... And last but not least, Yugyeom and you stopped talking... You hated that Yugyeom completely cut you off. You tried to call him but he ignores you and leaves you on read... So it was clear that Yugyeom wanted nothing to do with you.
Things has been different... You don't know whether you like the new changes or not.. But you were just going to go with the flow until you see what happens..

"I swear sometimes I forget how old we really are," You giggled as you continued to lay down on your belly under the fort Bambam and you built with a bunch of blankets and pillows all around the two of you.
"There is nothing wrong about acting younger than your original age."
"That's very true." You smiled in agreement and you turned around laying on your back looking up at the blankets and smiled. Bambam made you feel comfortable, not only around him but made you feel comfortable in your own skin. He made you like who you are.
The more continued to hang out with Bambam, the more your crush on him continued to grow. You knew Bambam would never see you more than a friend and you tried so hard to ignore your feelings but it was hard. The attention Bambam was giving you was something you never ever received before...
"Movie time!" Bambam shouted cheerfully and you looked at him.
"Chick flick?"
"Ah no! Y/N you want me to die of boredom." Bambam groaned dramatically and you sat up and roll your eyes. Ah this boy can't make it through one chick flick without complaining.
"You never gave a chick flick a chance!"
"And I'm not planning to."
"Well it is getting pretty late. I should probably start heading home." You said pretending to yawn and just as you were about crawl out from the fort you felt Bambam hand on yours making you look up at him.
"Don't go."
'Why?"
"My parents aren't going to be home, meaning i'll be bored to death and I need company." Bambam pouts and you rolled your eyes. Of course you didn't want to leave Bambam. You were hoping that Bambam had an excuse for you to stay... And it worked.
"I'm glad your using me from your own advantage," you said grabbing onto his cheek and squeezing it, causing him squint his eyes and you giggled.
"Plus you love me. So you're stuck with me."
You sighed.
"Fine, but let's do something besides watch a movie."
"Like?"
You tried to think of something but before you could, a huge smile spreads across Bambam's face. That smile shouted danger... Should you be scared.
"I have an idea!" Bambam says grabbing your hand and pulling you out of the fort. You were confused but you went along with his plan.

"Don't you wonder how it would feel like to go out to space?" Bambam asks as the two of you continued to lay down the blanket looking up at the sky. To be honest you had no idea that Bambam had this in mind, but you weren't complaining either.
"It would be awesome."
"It would be worth the alone time."
You sat up and looked at Bambam. You've noticed that Bambam was always the center of attention. He seemed to enjoy it in public, but every time you two have your talks he seems to be bored of it. He always complained about receiving a bit too much attention and how sometimes he wishes he can get out of it.
"I noticed something.."
Bambams sits up and begins to look at you.
"What have you noticed?"
"I've noticed that every time we have our talks, you always talk about wanting to be alone or having that one true friend... Aren't your friends enough?" You asked and he begins to scratch the back of his neck and then looks at you. Just off of body language you could tell there was something missing.
"Can I be honest with you?"
"Of course,"
"Look. The people I talk to are great... But they don't care about what truly matters. I talk to them about music or movies or anything like that but I can't have a proper conversation about life like I can with you. " Bambam says and your heart began to race.. So Bambam was saying that you're different from the rest... Should you be honored?
"So what you're trying to say is...I'm a true friend?" You asked smirking and he laughs.
"Yes that's why I'm trying to say... I mean haven't you noticed that I been keeping you around as much as I can." You thought about it and you could help but to smile to think that Bambam valued you as a person.
"Nope haven't noticed." You teased and you both began to laugh.
You looked back at the sky and couldn't help but to smile. Even though Bambam sees you as a friend as you see him as much more, you felt pretty special... Bambam actually considered you as a true friend.. At least now you know you weren't wasting your time being his friend.

BamBam's Point of View
The more I spent time with her the more I hated being alone. This was all new to me. Not only enjoying a person's company but being interested in a girl... She's a girl I actually want to try with.. I have been interested in girls before of course, but none like this... I never thought I would like her this much... And I never planned to have her in my mind this often.. I glanced Y/N as she smiles up at the sky and I looked back at the sky. I just don't know what do... After all she was just a bet...

"Bambam, I have to admit... You proved me wrong." Jackson confesses as he leans against the locker near mine and I stopped from looking into my locker any further and looked at Jackson.
"With?"
"The bet duh.. Y/N is actually being noticed all around school. And I'm not going to lie, she's pretty hot." Jackson smirks and I closed my locker and put all my attention to him.
"So I won the bet?"
"I mean I would say yes, however before Jinyoung and I give you your prize, she has to get asked out by one of our friends and then you won the bet." Jackson says and my eyes widen. That was never part of the deal. Jackson just made that up right now.
"Why?"
"What do you mean why? If she is dating someone in our group, that's when you know she officially been considered popular." Jackson noted and I rolled my eyes.
"Whatever."
Before Jackson could walk away he turns around and smiles.
"By the way, I'm impressed... You got Y/N popular quicker than I was expecting.. Well done." Just knowing I was using Y/N for a bet made me feel incredibly guilty.
I was about to say something but then he stops again, smiles and begins to walk away. What was I supposed to tell Jackson.. You know I'm feeling Y/N and I want to cancel this bet.. But why would I do that? I had the bet in the palm of my hands.. I was so close to having it done...
It's too late to turn back now....

Your Point of View
You began to watch everyone pass by you as you sat down on the school steps.. You watched Yugyeom pass right by you by completely avoided eye contact. Is that how it's going to be... Is that how Yugyeom wants to end the friendship the two of you had... Did it mean nothing? Did you waste your time being friends with Yugyeom in the first place? Is that how your friendship going to end? You sighed and you felt someone sit next to you.. You were hoping to find Yugyeom right by your side... But instead it was Soylu.
"So you and Bambam huh?" That was the first thing that came out Soylu mouth.. Wow.
"What?" You automatically blurted out and she laughs.
"Bambam and you have been spending a lot of time together. There must be something going on between the two of you."
You looked at her and began to laugh. This girl is crazy. Bambam and you were just friends and that was all.
"No."
"Do you like bambam?"
You were a terrible liar so saying no was not an option. You stayed quiet and you could feel Soylu look at you and smile. You seriously needed to learn how to lie.. You should of thought a way to avoid the question but it was far too late for that.
"You do!"
"Sh..."
"Tell him!" She shouts excitedly and you began to shake your head no right away.
"Why?"
"He only sees me as a friend." You sighed and she rolls her eyes.
"Highly doubt that. It doesn't hurt to ask girl." she says getting up and you got up right after her.
"I guess."
You didn't know whether you were making good decision but you will only till you actually try...

"Pizza with pepperoni?" Bambam asks before ordering and you nodded your head smiling.
You sat down at a table and waited for bambam to return with your food. Soylu words began to repeat in your head. Tell him. Tell him you like him.. How the hell was Bambam going to react? How were you suppose to tell bambam anyways? Do you go up to him and just say I like you? Or do you make a mini speech on how you started to like him and then drop the bomb? What if Bambam freaks out? What if you make everything awkward? Then what do you do? You didn't know what the hell to do. You rested chin on your hand and let your mind race.
You better think of something now..

"I think if I eat another slice of pizza I'm going to explode," you said holding your stomach and you could hear Bambam laugh. You grabbed your water and was about to take a sip till Bambam make a comment trying to tease you.
"Well in that case, here take the last slice"
You gave him a glare and you both began to laugh. Now was the moment of truth... You knew if you didn't get it out the way now, you would never mention the crush that you had on Bambam.
"Hey Bambam... can I tell you something?" You asked him very hesitant and he stops laughing and looks at you.
"Yeah anything."
You took a deep breath and finally let the words fall out of your mouth..
"I like you..."
