"I thought you hanging with your boyfriend today?" Lisa playfully rolled her eyes.
Lisa met me on 86st and Lexington, we weren't really going to do anything but walk around and talk. I still hadn't told her about the dinner my parents had to meet Dave.
"I was but he's watching football with Kaiya" I laughed.
"So how did dinner go?" Lisa finally asked me.
"It was fucking crazy, I swear. Papi is a hot mess. But ever since then, Dave's been acting funny with me."
"Funny how?"
"I don't know, you know how Dave is my stalker" I laughed.
"Yes I know" Lisa laughed too.
"But he's been keeping his distance"
"Maybe something going on outside of ya two"
"I mean probably, but Kaiya been around and it's been cool"
"Yeah outside of the daddy and boyfriend life" Lisa eyed me.
"You think he's in some shit?" I asked.
"I mean I doubt it, first thing he would do is not have you or Kaiya around, especially Kaiya"
We both walked into Sephora and began to look around for things we both knew we didn't need.
"That's true"
"Well, I'm sure whatever it is, it got him wrapped up for a reason that he can't or won't disclose to you."
"Yeah, I'm not even going to trip, because I'm going to be dealing with finals soon and I'm going to off the face of earth after thanksgiving"
"I'm sure he'll understand by that time" Lisa looked through some Kat Von D lippies.
"Lisa?"a voice came from behind us.
Lisa and I turned around to see who had called her. A woman about an inch or two shorter than me, stood in front of us.
"Mia?" Lisa said with no particular tone in her voice.
"How are you?" This Mia character walked up to us.
"I'm good, how are you?" Lisa responded.
I turned around and continued to look through the lippies. At this point I knew very well who this Mia was.
"Cool, cool. I saw your grandmother a while back. She's was telling me you're back in school"
"Yeah, slowly but surely" Lisa chuckled.
She was over this whole encounter.
"Dave told me you live up in The Bronx now"
Lies, I told her that. Dave told me 👀
"Yup, me and Kai Kai"
"Oh I'm so rude" Lisa tapped me.
I turned around and faced them both.
"This is my little cousin Janae" Lisa introduced me.
I was going to kill her after this.
"Hi" I smiled.
"Wow, haven't seen you since, you were a sophomore in high school Lisa" she smiled.
"Really?" I asked, not remembering what she was referring to.
"You were probably too young"

As she exited it out of Sephora I turned to Lisa and hit her arm.
"Owww!" She laughed.

"Oh the fuck it was !!! She got no clue she just met her baby daddy new girlfriend!!!" Lisa's smirked an evil grin.

"I can't stand her acting as if we cool or friends. Bitch bye"
"How does she remember me but I don't remember her?" I asked confused.
"Remember that one time we went to the park on 110th, that summer you stayed with me?"
"Where you got into it with that girl? ... Wait that was her?" I pieced it together!

"Yeah almost" Lisa rolled her eyes.
"So you seen her?"
"Yeah I mean if Bully and I were together and Dave and her would stop by than yes"
"Ohhhh" I was fully understanding now.
"That's wild" I laughed.
"What's going to be wild is when Dave introduces ya!!" She laughed.
"Ugh! This means I have to tell him and he's been fishy already" I sighed.
"You think he's fucking with her again?" I asked Lisa in all honesty.
Lisa turned to face and shook her head no.
"Nah, Dave is fuck nigga but I don't know, when it comes to you he's been a whole new nigga" she laughed.
"You still giving him head?" She asked and I wanted to deck her.
"Why the fuck would you ask me some shit like that and in public all loud?!" I shook my head.
"Oh you soul snatching sis!" She laughed.
I rolled my eyes, I could not stand her.
"She's really pretty" I sighed.
"And you're cuter" Lisa rolled her eyes.
"In comparison to me, she's everything. I now see why he was still fucking with her while talking to me"
"He was still fucking her because he's a dick. Point blank, ain't got shit to do with you or her. She was there to help him get his dick wet and you were well being bomb dot come" she laughed.
"Don't doubt yourself now because you finally got to see her"
"I'm not doubting myself but come on, when has anyone probably seen him with a plus sized girl?"

I rolled my eyes, I knew she meant Wayno.
"Wayno is practically married he needs to stop"
"Did I mention Wayno? I'm talking about his friends from around the way, you probably seen them at the studio"

"Well Amir, he's like little bro, he always asking about you and your friend, I'm assuming Shanice" she laughed.

"But still nothing! East likes you and them non existent ass chest of yours and that big ass booty"

"We should go out for dinner and drinks tonight" Lisa suggested.
"I think we deserve it" she added.
"Shit, after this little run in and Papi, I need a whole bottle to my damn self" I laughed.

King greeted me as I got into our shared cab. We were on our way to get some drinks and good eats at a spot called Sexy Taco, Dirty Cash. It was conveniently located on the west side of Harlem.

"Before it gets cold, I wanted to wear this top"
"Nude pastees I see" King eyed me and laughed.
We were meeting up with Shanice and Lisa, these two decided on this spot since it's happy hour ran a little later.
"I'm so ready to eat" I danced in my seat in the cab.
"Girl I need a drink, this semester is kicking my ass" King huffed.
"It'll all be worth it but I hear you" I shook my head.
We finally pulled up to the restaurant, King got out and helped me out. It was definitely packed for a Sunday night but most places were around this time.
"Hello hello" Shanice smiled as she greeted us.
We were seated by the window in a little corner booth. I had never been here before but I knew I wanted a tacos.
"I wonder what's good to drink here"
"Margaritas!" King smiled wide.
"Get me one!" I yelled to him as he walked to the bar.
"You look cute" Shanice looked over to me.
"Thanks I try, the scrub life is an ugly one"
"Don't we know it she laughed"
"So how was dinner with the rents ?"
"A nightmare but he survived" I laughed.
In that moment King came back with our drinks and we began to sip and decide on tacos.
Dave
After dropping off Kaiya, I went to scoop up Bully. We hadn't seen each other since the day he decided to pop up on me. He had decided to take me to a little taco spot he liked.
This nigga was always eating good without me.
"I've been around here thousands of times and never seen this spot. The juice bar a couple blocks up"
"You don't be walking around no more since you got this hot wheels ass truck" he laughed.
We finally parked and began walking to the restaurant.
"This shit always this lit on a Sunday ?" I asked Bully as we entered the spot.
"Not really, first time" he shook his head.
We stood at the bar until a table for two would become available. I was looking around, the decor was cool and the stomp sphere seemed dope.
"Yo ain't that Lisa?" I said to Bully pointing over to the little section by the windows.
Bully looked over and a smile crept up on his face.
"Ain't that funny" I said and he looked back at me.
"What?"
"You still like that girl" I laughed.
"She like wine Bruh, better with time"
"I guess so" I shrugged.
"Ain't that point dexter next to her?" Bully squinted his eyes.
He referred to Jay as point dexter since she was the nerd one in the family. I looked over to where Lisa sat and peeped some tall, slim nigga standing a little too close for comfort next to Jay. Jay smiled and took a sip of her drink, I watched as this nigga whispered in her ear. The music was loud but it wasn't blasting. He was just doing the most.
She laughed a little and put her drink down and began to take off her jacket. Once she finally removed it, I wanted to smack day light outta her.
"Damn, point dexter out here bodyin broads out here" Bully elbowed me.
"Is she fucking serious?!" I could feel my blood begin to boil.
"You good?" Bully asked.
"Do you see what she wearing ?! My nigga I could see her chest!"
Bully began to laugh, like this shit was amusing him.
"It's her outfit, she gotta show a little skin" he was fucking with me.
"That's showing nips and look at this clown ass nigga, doing the fucking most"
He was inching his way towards Jay, and the moment he moved closer and she placed her hand on his chest, I was over waiting for a table.
"Where you going?" Bully couldn't help but laugh.
"Fuck I look like watching this shit go down"
I walked away from the bar and towards Jay and them.
King spotted me first, his eyes squinted at first and than grew wide when he realized who it was.
"David" he smiled.
"Wassup" I nodded to him and kept walking towards Jay.
"You gon explain to me what the fuck you got on?!" I spoke up interrupting homie the clown.
Jays eyes grew wide but she slowly rolled her eyes.
"Cat got your tongue?"
"Are you okay my mans?" The clown spoke to me.
"He's fine" Jay spoke for me.
"Actually I'm not, put your fucking jacket on"
"Is he like your brother?" He laughed but was confused.
"Do I look like I'm her fucking brother ?" I walked up to him, only to have Jay step in front of me.
"Rick, it was nice seeing you. I'll see you in clinicals on Thursday" she spoke up before I could.
"Yeah Janae, be cool. Tell Shanice I'll call her" he looked from me to Janae with a confused look.
"Really?" She turned around on me.
"He's a class mate! A fucking class mate! And you come over here like a raging bull. Last time I checked I wear what I want David!" She shoved me out her way.
She took a seat next to Lisa who was busy talking to a few girls next to them. She grabbed her jacket and placed it over her shoulders and began sipping on her drink.
