Your POV:
"Hey kid, wanna go somewhere?" Sans asked you, about a week after you arrived. "Where?" You inquired, a little apprehensive. "Grillby's, it's a restaurant. Best food in the underground." He explained. "O...ok." You agreed. By now, you knew about his "shortcuts", so you held out your hand for him to take.
The instant your skin touched his bone, you started spinning, and you could see glimpses of...things. There was a skeleton that kinda looked like Sans, but with a gold tooth, staring at a little kid with a terrified face, holding a flower.
Then, there was a Sans who had a scarf around his neck, in the shape of a bow, giving another little kid some puzzles.
You couldn't breath, but it was fine. Somehow, you didn't need air.
Suddenly, your feet hit solid ground. You gasped and almost fell, you'd never get used to this feeling. Sans smiled at you, as you glanced up a a wood building with "Grillby's" in big, bold letters on it.
"What do ya want, a burger or fries?" Sans asked as you sat on a bar stool. "Uh, (Your choice), please." Sans ordered for the both of you.
"Is this the "boy" you were telling me about, Sans?" The flaming bartender asked. The skeleton nodded. "Er, you are aware that "he" is actually a girl, are you not?" He inquired. You gestured wildly, not wanting to let your secret slip.
Too late.
Sans glanced between you and grillbz for a while, then face palmed and burst out laughing. You were embarrassed beyond words. "Why didn't ya just tell me you were a girl, kid?" He asked laughing.
You made direct eye contact with your feet and muttered something about "bad things happen when you say you're a woman to strangers."
Sans abruptly stopped laughing, becoming more sensitive to your feelings.
When you both got home, he half laughed and said, "I always thought you were too pretty to be a boy. Heh." He confessed, scratching the back of his neck. You giggled. Waaaaitt. Did he just say you were pretty? You couldn't deny, you had a bit of a crush on him. (Livvie: A bit?! Love, you mean you have a huge crush.)
Now was as good a time as any to tell him. "Hey Sans?" You said, making a commendable effort not to puke or stutter. "Yeah?" Crap, why didn't you prepare a speech?! Ahh, now is not the time!! Sh*t!!
"I just w-wanted to tell you that I. I like you!" You blurted, blushing rapidly. He smiled. "Why?" He asked, instead of any bad responses you expected.
"Well, I like your bad puns, however bad they are, I like how laid back and chill you are, I like how you have a great relationship with your brother, it's honestly adorable. I like how youre always nice to me, and I like how you didn't make me feel weird or embarrassed when Grillby told you I was a girl, even though I lied to you about such an important thing." You started.
"And, I. I realize these feelings most likely won't be returned. You just figured out I was a female earlier today, and I don't think you're gay. And-d you d-don't even know my r-real name. I'm not "Alex". I-I'm just some silly little girl with a silly little crush."
The tears started again. Well, now you didn't need to admit anything else now.
"Who are you, then? If not Alex?" Sans asked. "My name's y/n." You admitted.
"That's pretty. Uh, anyway, y/n, I, uh, like you too I guess. You're right, I'm not gay, so when I found out how cool you are, I just thought we'd be great friends. I-heh- I remember even thinking; "if only he was a girl, he would be the perfect girlfriend." So, I guess I-I like you too." He confessed, blushing blue too.
You just stared at him for a moment. "R-really?" You asked, scarcely believing it. "Y-yeah..." Sans replied, looking up. You beamed.
"Wanna go on a date then?" You asked. He grinned. "You know what you want, huh? Sure." He replied. Your face lit up.
"FREAKING FINALLY! YOU TWO KISS NOW!" Papyrus yelled from behind the fridge. "Y-yeah! This is b-better then anime! Y/s/n is my new otp!" Stuttered a yellow little dinosaur from inside the trash can.(😂) Sans blushed.
"Wha-uh-Alphys?!Paps-wha-uh-ack!" Sans stuttered. You rolled your eyes. "Idiot, c'mere, let's give 'em what they want." You said, smirking. "Wha-!" Sans started, but was cut off by your lips smashing against his.(Sh*t, skeletons don't have lips. Right. Whatever.)
For a few moments, his eye sockets were wide open, but eventually, he sank into the kiss and closed them.
"You're adorable." You whispered in his ear, after pulling away. He blushed even more. You hugged him, then sassily walked over to Alphys.
"You said anime, let's be friends." You said, helping her out of the trash can.
As you left, you blew Sans a kiss. 😘
