Rule #1: I DO NOT give you permission to advertise to other readers that through private messaging, or any other method, that you are able to spoil for them upcoming plots. That is so disrespectful and pisses me off in more ways than you think. You will be blocked. Delete the comments and just fucking enjoy the updates.

Oh, and for those of you rereaders who are CONSTANTLY comparing original F.A.I.T.H. to this one, you are making new readers really confused about the quality, can you please stop? It honestly makes me want to put KBA down, so that when I reedited it and polish it and reupload it, I won't get the same rereaders telling me how I should have written my story. I'm like 99.9% there with really wanting to take it down. So if I do, just know that this was the reason. Just stop.

And holy fucking shit, its completely fine to be confused right now. This isn't your average book. I'm sorry that I didn't label this book "your normal read" because it's not. Its a shitload of things that are accumulated in a way where you won't understand a thing until the whole picture is drawn. If you're uncomfortable with reading a book like this, exit it and read the other magnificent gems on wattpad that you are used to. I'm not forcing you to read this. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the story or the way its put together. Its NOT morse code. Its simply just 'different'. If you're not ready to read 'different' go back and read whatever you are used to. I get how confusion can be irritating, but everything in this book is for a reason. Be patient, just like you found out Rihanna's real identity, you'll find out the next big clue soon, and the one after that, and so on. Its a puzzle that you put together slowly, until you see the bigger picture. I appreciate you reading up until now, but if you can't handle this book, then I really can't help you with that.

Those of you rereaders that are as patient as I was when I first uploaded F.A.I.T.H. to wattpad, and readers were bashing the story, the confusion, the irritating cliffhangers, and you're now holding on to the little secrets that you just wish you can let them know about, believe me, I understand. I went through this too. Thank you so much for holding on with me. Let's let them enjoy this like you did.

Sorry about my rant. I just really needed to get it out there.

"I didn't do anything to you!" Gabe Forrester exclaimed. "Give me one reason why I'm here."

Lexis slowly turned the knife in his hand. He studied its sharpness. As he glanced up at the wide-eyed displeased Gabe, he could only smile at the temptation of piercing one in him to see more evident pain take over his body.

Gabe, who was beaten up by the surrounding Chiefs to near death, had blood running down from his nose and mouth to his neck, stopping at the collar of his now torn white shirt and drying up into the fabric.

His left leg was slightly lifted of the floor, knee burning with pain. One of the bastards had managed to kick it while it was in a vulnerable position, and after the near death experience, he was then carried to this room, where Lexis waited for him. However, even though Gabe was now tied and placed in front of the infamous dart board, the damn bastard in front of him still hadn't uttered a single word.

"My father will not keep quiet about this! The media will trash your anarchy of a school."

Gabe knew what he said wasn't true. He knew Dawn Academy was a relief to most. The treasure map to a fulfilled life. A homeless person could enter and graduate, then become richer than filth over night, a simple yet deserving outcome earned because of a diploma from the Academy. Endless wealth-promised doors would constantly open up in any graduate's face. That's one of the Academy's best charms. The reason why admissions get filled on the first day of the enrollment openings.

And he knew so well Lexis couldn't take any threat and be abided by them. He was a man of his own world, and unless something specific mattered to him, all his senses would shut off and he'd become a person who could careless about all your emotions. All your words–threats and compliments combined.

In fact, Gabe looked up to him as a role model–before this day at the very least. He saw a great leader and mentor in him, and he knew that the Ellis and Sons Corp. would be a great ally to be on good terms with. Right this minute, however, Gabe could only feel anger at the injustice he was put through.

"Is it because of the damn race?!" Gabe suddenly guessed, realizing that it was the only possible reason.

Lexis glanced up at Gabe. A moment of silence followed after, and Gabe became briefly afraid of what he said. It was as if he had woken up the beast.

"You can leave." Lexis said, looking around at the others in the room. They all straightened up and exited the door.

He then stood up and made his way slowly toward Gabe. He rolled the knife in his hand, examining it between his fingers while Gabe frightfully watched.

When he was a few feet away from him, Lexis displayed the knife between them. "Do you know what this is?"

Gabe didn't answer. He could only stand there silent with fear. Did what he say anger Lexis? Was Lexis taking his threat to heart?

"One would call it a knife. Its used for many different reasons. My reason, on the other hand, is a bit different. I use it to watch, to see the inside of someone's head."

Gabe didn't like what he was saying. He didn't know what it meant, but he didn't like it at all.

"You see, usually those who are on the sharp end of it would go through three stages. The first... they are aware of its presence, of its shape and sharpness. The begin thinking of the consequences if it were to be thrown at them.

"The second... when it is thrown at them, their body would create a fusion of different reactions. Fear. Disability. Wishful thinking. More fear. Brain dysfunction, and even more fear.

"Then comes the last stage, which perhaps is by far my favorite part. The mind... stops taking the lead, completely gets sidetracked, and instead those fear soaked emotions start to control the brain. Speech included."

In a split second, Lexis pierced the knife into the dart board behind Gabe's head. Gabe instantly reacted. He gasped as his body arched, while his face took on a shocked and fearful expression.

"It was just a fucking race!" He breathed, the words barely coming out with fear enveloping his heart, mind and tongue. "Are you crazy?!"

Lexis shrugged. "Any other time, I would have simply believed that I'm being thoughtful, however, right this moment, indeed I do feel crazy. Not typically mentally deranged or anything, but in fact infatuated with someone who you were responsible for a certain pain endorsement. Ring any bells?"

Gabe was more aware of the knife that Lexis held next to his head.

Lexis wondered for a long time why he did this. Even now as he stood in front of Gabe, he wondered why he had taken this action. During specific moments, he would feel a particular attraction to her. It wasn't love, though probably a liking at the most, but it was of a somewhat peculiar feeling even then. Interest. That could be it. She held his sincere interest. Which is owed to the fact that he had no control whatsoever in removing her from his thoughts. And for something, or rather someone to penetrate his thoughts on a daily–even momentarily–basis, it would obviously only cause this type of outcome.

"I would advise you not to put a finger on any of the F.A.I.T.H. members again, even though I'm quite sure it won't be the case anymore."

Gabe robotically shook his head.

Lexis smiled. His lazy smile. The smile that defied life. It didn't mean he was happy. It meant something completely different, and it terrified Gabe more than the knife itself.

He raised his right foot and placed it gently on Gabe's cocked knee. "I expect an apology intended for Rihanna, and if I don't see your withdrawal papers by tomorrow, I'd rather you call your lawyer as soon as you possibly can to fight a case of inhumane assault...with myself, instead of her, as the plaintiff."

Gabe saw it coming, he just didn't think Lexis would as merciless as rumors had said. He'd never been a victim, but he definitely didn't realize the seriousness of being in the shoes of one. And the very moment he saw that reality was more mortal than anything. He realized that yes, Lexis was in fact a merciless bastard that deserves to be in the deepest end of a bent misconfigured hell.

Lexis, a smile still on his face, flexed his own leg and shoved his foot into Gabe's knee. Gabe let out a shriek of murder, his lips opened wide and the veins in his forehead were popping as he fell to the ground, the screams never ending.

"Now you know how it felt like." Lexis said, looking down at Gabe, reminiscing the sight of Fayth's ankle. "For me."
