What could the condition be? Surely it won't be as bad as Joshua being bullied like this over and over again.

"What's the condition? I'll do anything." Joshua said.

"Oh." Lexis remarked, as if Joshua understood wrong. "The condition isn't for you. It's for her."

Joshua's eyebrows pulled together. "What do you mean...?"

Rihanna could feel him, Lexis. He might be however many feet away from her, but she could feel the energy coming from him caress her back, lick her spine, suffocate her breathless.

"She must leave the business class."

Rihanna's eyes flew open with shock and disapproval. Joshua saw it right away–saw how fond she was of that class.

"If she leaves the business class, I will completely leave you alone."

But why? The business class is the only class she needs. Its her everything in this school, the reason why she's here. Its the only class she shared with him for god's sake!

It's the only class... she shared with him....

He wants to get rid of her. He doesn't want them to be in the same place, let alone class. Is it possible that he hated her too?

But why?

Joshua shook his head. "I knew it was too good to be true."

"Its actually quite simple. A walk to the headmistress' office is all it takes."

The way he was discussing this so cooly made Rihanna want to choke him.

Joshua looked down, the light of hope in his eyes dimming into pure exhaustion.

"I'll do it." Rihanna breathed. "I'll leave that class."

"No!" Joshua snapped at her. "No." He said again. "Just forget it."

"I'll do it." She insisted again, her eyes pouring into Joshua's. "I'll go to the headmistress right now."

"She won't." Joshua disagreed, this time looking at Lexis.

"Actions speak louder than words." Lexis said as he retreated to the door with his friends. "And I only believe what my eyes see."

When the door closed, Rihanna fell to the floor, finally breathing in relief. Her body had been standing in such an uptight position, that it had felt like she pulled several muscles in impossible places.

"Why did you do that?!" Joshua exclaimed. "You basically gave him what he wanted!"

With trembling fingers, Rihanna started to untie his legs. "Don't worry about it."

"I will worry about it. I can tell how much you like that class."

"I do, okay?" She snapped at him. "I like that class a lot. Its one of the reason I enrolled in here, but I can live without it. You can't live with this." She pointed at his body.

After she was done untying his feet, he sat down and turned around for her, and she began untying his arms.

"He did this on purpose, he lured you here on purpose." Joshua quietly said.

"What do you mean?"

"He's the one that sent that girl."

Rihanna paused untying Joshua, a lace of shock wrapping her heart. "I was tricked?"

I should have known. He's exactly the type of person that would do this.

Joshua nodded.

She finished untying him and he turned around. "He's planning right now, I've dealt with him long enough to know when he does. The moment he wants something, he gets it. He plans for it in detail."

"What–what are you saying?!"

"He knows. He knows everything. He knows what my reaction is going to be. He knows what you're reaction was going to be. He's already planning a way to drive you out of the Academy as well. First out of the business class, and eventually out of Dawn Academy. He's a genius, and he uses his intelligence in bastard-like form."

Rihanna leaned back against a nearby desk, her eyes dazed with horrified understatement.

"Don't do it. Don't leave your business class."

"Why?"

He stood up and looked away in shame. "Didn't I tell you that bastard is a genius. He knew what my reaction was going to be. It was his plan for me from the very beginning."
