*Katie's POV*
"You did that on purpose!" I yelled at her as she furrowed her eyebrows.
I sighed and swam over to the stairs as I climbed out glaring at her.
"What? You're a bitch and I hate you" She shrugged as my mouth hung open, "You know, it's funny, how you think that Calum still likes you.." She began to list reasons why Calum wouldn't and never did like me.
"I mean, no wonder your brother killed himself, the stupidity obviously runs in the family" She scoffed as I inched closer to her.
"What did you say?" I spat, my face now close to hers.
"Your brother is a reject and I'm glad he killed himself" She replied, saying each word slowly.
I raised my hand and slapped it right against her cheek as she instantly reacted, jumping forward and pushing me to the ground as she pulled my hair.
We were both screaming at each other and throwing punches and pulling each others hair when we got the chance.
"Take it back" I spat as I yanked her hair earning a yelp from her.
"In your dreams" She laughed in my face as I turned us over so I had the advantage of being on top. I slapped her face again and ignored the pain that I was feeling from her punches.
She fought back just as strong as I did, while I tried harder, determined to win this fight.
"You're a fucking bitch!" She screamed, yanking my hair.
"Woah, woah, woah!" Footsteps got closer to us as I felt someone try to pull me off while I used all my strength to still attack blondie.
"Stop!" I looked over as Ashton was lifting blondie up along with Michael.
I kicked the air, attempting to hit her as I tried to get out the strong grasp.
"Let me go" I struggled as arms wrapped around my waist and I was carried away back into the apartment.

I sat in front of the fire with a blanket that Luke had gave me, round my shoulders.
"Do you want a drink, anything to eat?" Ashton asked as I shook my head.
"Calum's walking Amber to her car" Michael added to which I didn't say anything.
"Guys I think she wants to be alone" Luke spoke up, reading my mind as they all got up and left me alone with my thoughts.
I stared at the flames as my blanket slid off my shoulders. Not caring, I shoved it to the floor and grabbed my phone as I looked at the home screen of Keith and I.
I blinked lazily at the screen as I examined Keith's face.
I opened the internet app and typed in 'Local boy left dead in car crash, Sydney, Australia'
Everything that came up was in fact Keith. I had never googled this before, I didn't want to but I was curious as to what people had said happened.
The pictures that appeared was his body inside the car that was burst in flames.
I gasped as I swiped, looking at more images.
The next was a video as I clicked the play button. It was a video that someone had taken of the car crashing as my eyes widened, tears streaming down my face.
"Stop, you can't watch that!" Calum shouted as he grabbed my phone from my hand and threw it on the couch.
I stayed frozen in place as I looked straight ahead, Calum's face appearing in front of me.
"Hey.." He said to get my attention as my eyes focused and I looked at him, "Are you okay?"
"What do you think Calum? I've just been..pushed in a pool by your girlfriend, then had her t-talk about my dead brother" I began as I started to break, "O-Only to get the shit beaten out of me by that blonde bitch!" I finished now sobbing and not able to get any words out.
"Hey, I know it's hard, but I'm here-"
"No, you're not here, you're with amber" I said standing up.
He sighed and stood up too, "Katie, no-"
"No Calum, you're with someone new and you're allowed to do that, same with me... just like I'm with someone new" I said nodding as I bit my lip and tried to sound convincing.
"You're with someone?"
"Yes, I'm with Alex"
"Oh, you're with that dick" He nodded.
"You know what, I can't believe you sometimes! Alex is not a dick, in fact he's probably the nicest guy I've ever met because he treats me good and Alex doesn't phone my parents to come and take me away because Alex cares" I nodded as I had inched closer to Calum.
"Oh Alex cares does he? Does he even know anything about you? About your past? Does he even know about Keith? About your parents? About me?"
"Why would I tell him about you?" I sassed as Calum stepped closer.
"Because you can't get enough of me and you certainly aren't over me" He shrugged, almost whispering.
I gulped and pushed him away from me, "I'm going home"
"It's cold outside" He mumbled as he watched me walk away.
"I have a car"
"Katie, you're still soaking, just get a shower" He said as he rubbed his forehead
"I can get one when I'm home" I nodded.
"I don't want you getting hurt" He sighed as a laugh escaped my lips.
"Maybe you should of thought about that when your girlfriend pushed me into your pool"
"Look about that-"
"No, you know what, I don't want you to feel sorry or-or sympathetic for me because you and I both know the game we're playing right now and if that's how you want to continue then go for it, you have fun with Amber and I'll have fun with Alex and let's just pretend like nothing ever happened between us, deal?"
"Deal." He replied as he clenched his jaw slightly and nodded.
"Well, if you don't mind, I'd like to have a shower please" I smiled as he nodded and pointed down the hall as I walked in to shower.

After having possibly the greatest shower ever, I stepped out and wrapped the towel around my body as I realised, I had no clothes. I sighed and ran a hand over my face as I unlocked the door and stuck my head out, looking for anyone around as I realised there was no one.
I opened the door fully as there was a thump at the other side.
I grabbed onto the towel, just below my neck as I widened my eyes and looked behind to see Calum holding his head with one hand and clothes in the other.
"Shit.." I mumbled as I rubbed my head with my other hand, feeling major de ja vu from the hotel in France.
I stepped out from behind the door, "Talk about de ja vu" Calum laughed as I joined.
"I'm sorry, I'm.. clumsy"
"Yeah I know" Calum laughed as the air got awkward. He cleared his throat as I looked down realising I was still in just my towel. "Anyway, I brought you some clothes, figured you might need them" He gestured towards my body as my face flashed a deep red.
"Oh, um thanks" I nodded taking the clothes from him.
He nodded and walked away as I went back into the bathroom and changed into the shorts that Calum had provided, along with a singlet.
I took the opportunity to smell the singlet as I instantly recognised Calum's scent that deep down, I missed.
I opened the door, this time checking behind as I realised I was safe and walked to the couch as I sat down on the edge.
The fire was still on so the room was fairly warm but I was still freezing as my wet hair dripped down my back.
"Hey, I'll take the couch, you can have my bed" Calum said as I turned round to look at him.
"No, I'm fine on the couch, thanks" I nodded patting the couch as he looked at me.
"Just have my bed.." He sighed.
"No, honestly, I'd rather sleep here" I nodded, the thought of the amount of times Amber had slept in that bed with Calum.
"All right" He sighed, "Well here's a few blankets, and a pillow and our rooms are up there if you need us"
I nodded taking the items from him, silently thanking him as he walked up the stairs.

I woke up to the sunlight that creeped through the giant closed curtains, surrounding the windows.
I pulled the covers over my face as I sighed and pulled them away shortly after, sitting up.
I then realised where I was as I looked around at my surroundings, hearing noise from the kitchen.
I yawned and got up and walked over to see the 4 guys sitting round the table, shirtless as they ate cereal and talked to each other.
"The princess has awaken from her deep slumber" Ashton joked as I rolled my eyes and sat at the stool at the end of the bar table.
"Toast, cereal or fruit?" Luke asked as I looked lazily at him, still half asleep.
"I'll have a banana" I nodded as he tossed me one.
"Ohhh, she likes banana's" Michael joked, wiggling his eyebrows while the others laughed
I broke off the top of my banana and chucked it at Michael's face as it smacked his nose.
I ate my banana and glanced at Calum who also glanced at me as we both looked away.
"Did you sleep alright?" Calum spoke up, obviously trying to break the awkward tension between us.
"Yeah, the couch is comfortable" I nodded as Ashton agreed and talked about a time he had to sleep there because Michael farted in his room. Calum unlocked his phone as I glanced at it, seeing he was texting someone, probably Amber.
"Wait what time is it?" I asked as Calum looked at the top of his screen.
"11:25" He said as he looked at me.
"Shit!" I said standing up as the guys looked at me funny, "I'm late for work." I panicked as I got up and ran over to the couch to get my phone.
"Shit, shit, shit, it''s only my second day! I'm over 2 hours late! I'm so fired" I groaned as I lifted up cushions to get my stuff.
"Calm down Katie, you'll be fine" Michael said, trying to calm me down.
"Where's my phone" I groaned as I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned round to see Calum holding it. I took it from him.
"Thank you for letting me stay, I'll see you guys later" I nodded as I got into the lift and pressed the ground floor button as I stood in my ex boyfriends clothes.
