Nova Baska's P.O.V
After are little make out session I went upstairs, and took a shower. Once I got out I wrapped a towel around me and I opened the door and went to our closet.
"Are you coming with me to class?" I ask Hunter. He is picking out clothes to wear. I don't really want him to come with though because I want to spend time with Quinn.
"No I have some business to take care of." He says pecking my lips.
"Do you kill people?" I ask already knowing the answer.
"Babe-" I cut him off.
"It's fine I actually don't want you to tell me." I say as I pick out my clothes an walk back to the bathroom locking the bathroom door in the process.
My bruises are all starting to go away thank God. So I decide to wear some denim high wasted shorts with a black crop top and a camo long jacket the covers my bum. I decided to leave my hair down straight.
"Babe can I come in?" I hear Hunter yell from the other side of the door.
I walk over and unlock the bathroom door for him to come in. While he gets in the shower I start on my makeup. I decide to wear not too much but not too little of makeup.
"Babe you know you don't need makeup right?" Hunter says as he gets out of the shower and put a towel around his lower half.
"Yeah I actually do know I don't need makeup I sure as hell don't need a guy to tell me that though, I wear makeup because I want too so don't tell me I don't need it I already know I don't fucking need it I don't need you telling me that." I say in one breath.
"Sorry babe." He mumble before he starts brushing his teeth.
"It's fine" I mumble back as I walk out of the bathroom and head downstairs for breakfast.
"Let me have the god damn orange juice you little pussy." I hear Nate yell.
"No fuck off." And then I hear Charlie yell right back.
"Both of you shut the fuck up." Alex yells to them as I walk into the kitchen.
"Hey guys." I say as they all turn to face me and flash a smile and say hi back.
I have really grown to love them the time I have been here.
"Are you going to school?" Alex asks.
"Yup" I say popping the 'p'.
I sit down and eat my breakfast while talking to the guys about some random ass bullshit.
"See you guys later." I say as I get up and head out the door.
"Bye." They all say at the same exact moment.
As I walk outside I realize I didn't tell Hunter bye, but it's fine the guys will tell him I left anyways.
At school
"Hey bitch I haven't seen you in like forever let's go shopping after class."
"Ok, and Starbucks?" I ask hopeful.
"Well duh." She says laughing a little as I laugh back.
"Let's head to class." She says as we start walking to our classes.
20 minutes into child growth and development (that's my class) I get a text from Hunter.
Text convo:
Hunter- Prince Charming
Me- Cinderella
Prince Charming: Where are u?
Cinderella: at school why?
Prince Charming: why didn't you tell me bye?
Cinderella: I am sorry I forgot.
Prince Charming: Excuses excuses, you will be punishment when you come home.
End of convo
I decided not to reply back to him, and just pay attention to my professor.
After school
"Let's take your car." Quinn says to me.
"Okie dokie" I reply back.
We head over to my car and hop in. First we drive to Starbucks then we head to the mall. God I shop way to fucking much.
"Let's go to American Eagle I need a crop top and you need a whole new words robe." She says looking up and down my outfit.
"That's mean" I say back.
"Listen now that your bruises are starting to go away you can wear more revealing clothes." She says excitedly.
"Okay let's go." I says back.
I ended up getting 11 crop tops, 5 pair of jeans, 4 shirts, and 2 rompers.
"I would say American Eagle was a success!" I say to her.
"On to Nike." She says. I love Nike and so does Quinn, but I swear I love the store more. My phone goes off and it's Hunter he's called me 15 times since I got out of school 2 hours ago, and I haven't answered any of them.
"Why aren't you answering Hunters calls?" Quinn asks with raised eyebrows.
"I don't know." I say honestly.
"We'll figure it out because I think you are starting to piss him off."She says.
"Oh please he is fine." I reply back while rolling my eyes.
After shopping I bring Quinn back to campus so she can get her car. After that I head to my house not hunter but mine.
Once I get there I park the car and get out I walk up to the door and put in a code and walk in. Nothing looks like it's been moved it looks like my dad hasn't been here in awhile.
I walk to his private office and sit in his chair. I decide to go through all of his files and shit and I find one that catches my eye.
Hunter Chance
Is written on the file so I decide to read it. It's a case that dates back to a year ago. It is about illegal drugs being imported and exported from Mexico. At least it's not about killing.
I decide after 2 whole hours of going through this shit it's time to go and face hunters wrath.
I walk over to hunters house and I open the door. He gave me a key awhile ago, I walk in and I head upstairs to Hunters room and when I get there I open the door and see Hunter making out with a brunette girl.
I immediately clothes the door quietly and walk out the house and back to my house I lock all the doors and go to the kitchen and get Eddys kit Kat ice cream and watch the One Tree Hill and fall asleep with tears in my eyes and death in my heart.
