Nova Baska's P.O.V
I ended up getting a ride from Ashley one of my friends last night. And when I got home let's say it wasn't pretty my dad was already drunk so he ended up beating me for coming home late.
My stomach really hurts because that's where he kept kicking and punching me. So I got up from my comfy bed and when I did I had to stop myself from screaming my stomach hurts so badly.
I walk into my bathroom and lift up my shirt that I wore to bed last night. And what I see is horrendous I have black, blue, purple, and even green busies it looked awful but it didn't even com close to how it felt especially when I walked.
Thank God it's Saturday and I don't have classes or else I don't think I could go.
I got dressed so I could go shopping a little get food and go to the doctors to see what up with my stomach.
I decided to wear a grey/pink sweater with black ripped skinny jeans with black ankle booties. I left my hair down to its naturally wavy state. And put on a lot of makeup seeing as my eye was still black/blue. Picture up above🔝🔝.
I walked out of the house trying to be as quiet as possible witch was really hard considering I wanted to scream every time I moved.
I walked outside to Glen Coco and when I was about half way there I felt arms wrap around my stomach and I screamed in pain. Holy shit did that hurt.
"I am so sorry are you ok did I hurt you?" A deep voice ask so I turn around and guess who it is.
Surprise surprise it's Hunter. Can't he just back the fuck off.
"What the hell do you want?" I ask with venom in my voice. Last night I almost told him that my dad beats me after only knowing him for a couple hours I was about to tell him my deepest darkest secret not even Bear knows. I know I have to push him away or else I just might end up telling him everything. Plus he kills people for a living I can't be with someone who kills and doesn't even care.
"Look I-"
"Can't you just stay away from me I don't like you and I especially don't wanna be with you." I spat.
"Well to bad baby girl because I have already fallen for you witch means you are already mine." He says with a smile plastered on to his face.
"Whatever I am leaving now." I announce as I turn around and walk to my car and right when the doors open I hop in and drive off leaving him just standing on my driveway.
I go get Starbucks first. My God due I love Starbucks I get ten pink pink cake pops I basically live off of there cake pops.
I then go to the mall and as I get out of my car I feel like someone I watching me or following me. But I don't know I might just be bat shit crazy.
I continue to walk into the mall having that same feeling but I just shake it off then go shopping. I go to Nike then under armour then American eagle then PINK and I finish up at Victoria Secret. I get a couple bras and thongs from there. God I love shopping.
As I walk out of the mall with my 15 bags I have I have that feeling again that I am being watched. But who would what to stalk me right?
I put all my bags into my car and head over to my doctors appointment that I scheduled earlier this morning. When I arrive I get out of my car only to see Hunter standing by the front door of the doctors office and to say he looks pissed would be a under statement.
"What are you doing here?" I ask him.
"I could ask you the same thing but I will just find out at your doctors appointment." He says with venom.
"What are you talking about?" I question.
"I will be going in there with you for you doctors appointment." He says. While I just stand here shocked that he thinks he has a right to due that.
"B-but you ca-can't" I say stuttering a bit.
"Oh but I can I am the most powerful gang leader here in Australia so I can do anything I want. Now hurry up before you're late." He says opening the door to the doctors office.
We walk in and I check in at the front desk and the when I hear my name being called I go to the back to my appointment.
"So what brings you here today Miss. Baska?" My doctor Shawn asks.
"Well um my stomach has been hurting ." I say. Shawn knows what happens with my dad and I so he will know it's from my dad and I am just praying he won't say a damn thing about it.
"Okay let's take a look." He while I lay back he pulls up my shirt.
"Oh my God Nova why didn't you tell me that it's gotten this bad" Shawn says.
"What gotten this bad?" I hear Hunter ask from the chair he's sitting on I hear him get up then I see him at the end of the bed thing that they make you sit in at the doctors office.
"Holy shit Nova what happened?" He asks a little to calmly.
"I f-fell" I say while stuttering.
"Well it appears you have some broken ribs so you have to avoid moving as much as possible I will wrap you up so it doesn't hurt as much. But you young lady must be on your bed for the next week." Doctor Shawn says.
"But I have scho-" I was about to say that I have school but Hunter cut me off.
"Don't worry doc she will for sure not get up unless she has to I will make sure of that." Hunter says and I awake at I saw worry in his voice.
"Thank you son we both know how hard headed and stubborn she can be. Now let's check your heart little lady." Doctor Shawn says.
"I am not stubborn and my hearts been fine lately." I say.
"Then you won't mind me checking it that means." Shawn says.
"Fine" I say annoyed at tho whole situation.
"What wrong with her heart?" Hunter questions.
"She has a rare heart disease where if she puts to much pressure on her heart she could just have a heart attack just like that." Doc says snapping his fingers together.
"Oh please I am fine" I say while rolling my eyes.
"Shut up can't you fucking tell your not fine you could die and you don't even give a shit." He says to me and I swear I saw a tear roll down his check.
"I will be fine I promise you Hunter." I say while intertwining our hands together witch makes him blush.
"Ok we are all done here you are free to go." Doc says.
"Thanks Shawn for everything" I start hugging him and it hurts when I do.
"No problem Nova be careful and you better watch her young man." Shawn says while I am walking out of the room.
"You have my word I will watch her."
Hunter says as we both walk out of the room.
Hunter picks me up bridal style and walks me outside to his car.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"You will be staying with me so I can watch you and take care of you." He says.
"I don't think my dad will like this very much." I say.
"It's fine I will have one of my guys drive your care over to your house but I will get your bags out of the car so you can wear some of those new clothes you got." He says.
Then it hits me like a bus.
"You were following me earlier today weren't you?" I ask in disbelief.
"Yeah I was I knew you scheduled a doctors appointment so I decided to follow you around." He says like its nothing.
"What makes you think you have the right to due they?"I question.
"Because for the last time you're mine so I can do whatever I want when it comes to you."
