"David", Jane shook him several times. "Come on get up."
He sat there, absolutely still.
"Neon help me", Jane looked at her brother. He immediately came by her side to help her.
"Hey man you need to get a grip. She is gone, David. Don't you see that", Neon said a little too loud as they tried to make him stand.
"She left me", David whispered and touched Winter's hair.
They managed to walk him all the way to his room where he sat down on his bed and closed his eyes.
"What the hell Jane! Don't tell me we have to bury a dead body now?" Neon whisper yelled.
"Stop it Neon!" Jane snapped at him. "This is really not the time to fight. Let's just leave him alone for sometime", she said.
Neon frowned at her.
"Come on", Jane said once again and Neon reluctantly left the room, closing the door behind them.
"I don't get it Jane. Why are you being so nice to him?" Neon asked her as they went back to where the lifeless body lay on the floor.
"David is going through a hard time Neon. This is the least we can do for him", she said.
"Whatever. So we are going to bury her?" he asked her irritated.
"Yeah. So help me with the preparation", she said and they sat down to work.
It took them more than an hour to finish the whole burial thing.
"What are we supposed to do with the bracelet?" Neon asked her while they were coming nack from the cemetary.
"I'll keep it for now. Once David recovers from his trauma I'll give it back to him", she replied.
"Atleast Winter didn't have to face the horrible truth of her fiance", Neon said.
"Yeah it's true. Do you think Venus did all this?"
"Apparently that's what I think right now. But I don't think she told her the truth about David else you think she would have said those words to David before dying?"
"Definately not", Jane agreed. "But for now we can only hope for the best. I have no desire to work for this man anymore. Infact I wish I could kill him."
"Yes but you can't Jane", Neon said.
"Yeah, the only thing I regret my whole life", she sighed. "Sometimes I wish I wasn't born a hypnoterquelim. We wouldn't have been muddled up with 'The secret society' then."

This was the second time I was space-travelling(almost). I was travelling from Amdroid to Earth this time but not by any spaceship. Its the work of a tiny bracelet. Simple but strange.
I experienced the same feeling which I had felt for the first time I went to planet Android. Falling down. Only difference being no cyclone or tornado surrounded me this time.
Everything happened so fast, almost at the spur of the moment. When I opened my eyes, I was in a different world. No longer in Android. It was dark and a big gate saying WELCOME TO AKASKA stood before me.
The first thing which came into my mind was Raymond. Oh I was already missing him.
"I want to talk to Raymond. Now", I demanded and Demo nodded her head.
"Press the stone with the letter 'C' on it", she instructed.
I pressed it and a screen appeared before us floating in mid air like Demo. The page was similar to a social neyworking site having quite a few names.
"Now press the letter 'R' on the screen", she continued.
I pressed it. It felt almost transparent when I touched it. Immediately names starting with R appeared on the screen. The second one was Raymond Lavendar. I didn't wait for her next instruction and pressed it at once.
"Claire", his voice said and at once I heaved a sigh.
"Raymond", I croaked.
"Hey baby you alright there?" he asked concern clearly audible in his tone.
"Yes I am fine. Raymond look this is the way I'll keep in touch okay", I said quickly.
"Claire as long as you are okay I am okay. Please just keep me updated everyday alright", he said pausing. "And don't be afraid. I am always with you. Keep that in mind."
I nodded although he couldn't see me. The thought of not being able to see him for God knows how long made me feel terrible from within.
"Okay I'll try to get this over with as soon as I can. Don't worry. I'll call you back. I love you", I said.
"I love you too", he sais softly and I ended the call. The floating screen vanished from our sight and darkness took its place once again.
"So where is 'The secret society'?" I asked Demo at once. She gave me a faint smile.
"Are you sure you want to go there all alone without any security or guard?" she asked me smiling. She rarely shows any sort of expression.
Well this is new. So I am supposed to take a bodyguard with me now?
"Is this again one of the rules of this society?" I asked raising my eyebrows.
"Not exactly rule. Before we meet any foreign people we normally guard ourselves with weapons and similar stuff for safety measures. You are about to meet one of the most powerful species that ever existed in this planet who are not even ordinary human beings. Not that you are but we have yet to figure out what you are exactly. So I think its better to take precautions", she explained.
I let out a groan.
"Okay just tell me where we will get weapons and get this over with fast."
"You will get everything you need at 'The secret shopping complex'", she said. "Press the stone with 'S' written on it."
I pressed it immediately. The gate vanished and in its place stood a huge building, staring at us.
Slowly I went forward. The building was dark and shut down. I reached the main gate. It was huge.
I was about to say the door is locked when I saw Demo pressing some sort of a switch on the gate. A small screen appeared with the word PASSWORD written on it. Demo quickly typed something and it gave a green signal followed by the words ACCESS GRANTED. The door opened.
"Step inside", she told me and I entered the building. The door closed behind us.
The place was pitch dark but as soon as Demo pressed a switch on the wall, the room filled with a bright light. I blinked my eyes several times before they got adjusted. I looked in awe. The whole building was glittering.
I searched for the source but couldn't find it.
"Look above", she said as if reading my mind. I looke up to to find the source.
A cluster of Neon lights hanging from the ceiling. The bigger lights looked as if they were the moon against the black ceiling. The sight was breathtaking. I felt as if I was in some kind of fairyland.
We moved forward to find stairs leading up the hall.
"Climb it."
I put my feet on the first step and the stairs started moving. A magical escalator. Wow!
"You didn't use any switch here. Does it work automatically?" I asked Demo curiously.
"No it has a magnet sensor. Once it senses a magnet it starts moving", she explained as we got down at the top.
"So you mean to say this bracelet is magnetic", I said.
"No. Although its magnetic its not powerful enough to start an escalator. I meant to say you have magnetic property since you are a hypnoterquelim", she said.
Holy shit! Who would have thought?
"So hypnoterquelims are like aliens?" I asked her.
"No. Unlike aliens, hypnoterquelims behave like any other normal human being. Apart from all the strange abilities they possess, they do eat, sleep, talk, laugh, cry just like normal people without any superpower does. And that's what the mystery is all about."
The second floor was massive just like the ground floor. It was difficult to get an approximate idea of the total area of the building.
We stood in front of a glass door this time which opened automatically once again.
"This door doesn't have any magnet sensor. It works automatic", Demo said this time with a smile. However I didn't pay any attention to what she was saying because my jaw dropped when I saw the place.
It has everything. More than billion varieties of shoes, dresses, cosmetics, handbags, jackets...
I ran inside like a child running for her playground. When I went to the other side I realized whatever I saw earlier was just a fraction of the whole area. All sorts of electronic equippments were on the other side. Watches, cellphones, machine guns, all kinds of weapons I had never seen in my life, laptops, computers and super computers. There were around forty super computer! Holy shit.
"Where does all the money come from?" I asked Demo surprised.
"Hey this mall is of course under 'The Secret Society' and people working there are not just ordinary people. They work for the planet and very soon going to work for the entire universe so obviously money is not an issue", she explained.
All the items looked very, very tempting. I dared not touch them in case something happened. But the shoes and watches. Oh my God! I need to get them.
"Whatever but I need to buy atleast one watch and a pair of shoes from here", I said excitedly.
She laughed.
"Well you can't possibly buy them since everything belongs to the secret society but you can borrow as you are a hypnoterquelim."
"Do I need to pay for that?"
"Oh no you don't have to pay. Also there is no time limit so you can keep the thing you borrow as long as you want. However if you misuse any item or spoil it, the members of the society will be informed immediately and the item will be sacked. There maybe a death sentence if you deliberately spoil any item. Apart from these, you can keep any item as long as you wish till you leave this planet which I highly doubt."
"What do you mean highly doubt?" I asked her.
"Well you know that you are not a human being. So there is no restriction as far as your life concerns. A hypnoterquelim has the full liberty to live as long as he wishes, another one of their special abilities. However this proves to be fatal sometimes when another hypnoterquelim tries to attack you. Due to this reason all hypnoterquelims have the ability to shield themselves. As soon as someone tries to attack they get a signal and becomes on their guard."
"So that means they can live for centuries!" I exclaimed. "Who would want to live for so long? I can't imagine how they will look when they are 500 years old."
"That's a wrong interpretation because hypnoterquelims don't grow old", Demo said. "Unlike vampires hypnoterquelims stop aging once they are 25. At 25 they undergo some kind of transformation and becomes a pure hypnoterquelim. That is when he or she becomes a member of 'The secret society'. The secret society can work with more than ten people and even with five people. It depends. But once the number reaches 50 the group divides for faster and easier work", she added.
"So it means I'll be a member of this society and frozen forever at 25?" I asked her, terrified at this thought.
What will my parents think? Anyway forget it. I don't even know if I'll ever get to see them.
"There are many hypnoterquelims out here who are not even aware of it. Everyone does not become a member of 'The secret society'. They are selected on the basis of their strength and other abilities. Anyway I am not going to go into any more details because we have to meet this guy. So should we start?"
I nodded.
"Fine. Lets go to the dressing area. We need to get you dressed up", she said and floated towards where all the dresses were lying. I followed her.
She stopped in front of a handful of suits hanging in front. They were similar to the one she was wearing. Only these were black, not white.
"Choose", she said and I picked up a random outfit because all looked more or less same to me.
She moved forward to the area where all the shoes lay and picked up a black shinning toe-hilled shoe.
Handing it to me she said, "Get changed into these."
I nodded and quietlymade my way to the dressing room. It was too big for a changing room.
After five minutes I walked out comfortable in my new outfit, holding the yellow dress I was wearing before. No doubt I looked like one of the agents from the FBI.
Demo next moved to the area where the jackets and handbags were lying. She picked a black jacket and gave it to me.
"It will be cold outside so you might as well wear it", she said briefly.
I put it on. Yes, now I looked like a perfect detective.
"So can we go now?" I asked her.
"Just one more thing is left. After that we can leave", she said and went towards another door, a small one which I had missed before in all my excitement.
She stepped inside. It was dark but I followed her. When the light was on, my jaw dropped fir the second time.
The room was marvellous! It was filled with glass-shelves containing uncountable bracelets of so many shades, shinning like treasures. I was dumbstruck. I sure was in some kind of fairyland.
"So many bracelets", I couldn't help saying it out aloud.
Demo laughed.
"Yeah. Surprising, isn't it?"
"Its marvellous!" I exclaimed.
"Okay now do as I say. Close your eyes and focus on any colour", she said.
I closed my eyes and followed her instructions. After one minute I heard a sound.
I opened my eyes to find Demo smiling at me.
"Got it", she said and she took out a bracelet from one the shelf.
"This is your bracelet."
Excited, I took it from her hand. Yes, I finally have my bracelet!

Well the story is coming to an end folks. Just another three chapters and then the final epilogue😢
Another bad news : My college starts from tomorrow so I may not be able to update everyday. Maybe after two or three days😕
However I have one good news. I'm planning to start writing a new novel in my next semester break. There are plenty of ideas crammed up in my head so I don't know which one I'll write first lol😂Anyways I'll let you people know very soon😆
Meanwhile, whenever I have time in weekends, I'll continue updating and editing 'Wonderland'. And there are going to be two books. Yes its a trilogy😉
For now I take my leave...until we meet again!
