"What is it, Cloud?"
"I... I... I like you. No, I love you." I saw tears welling in her eyes.
"Why me? Why not Alice?"
"Please don't ask. You're the one I love. It's all that matters. Don't you love me?"
She looked up at me and smiled. "I love you, too, Cloud. B-but..."
"But what?"
Umiwas siya ng tingin.
"I have leukemia. I'm dying, Cloud."
She started crying again. Niyakap ko siya nang mahigpit. I found myself crying with her.
"I'll be with you till the last day. We'll make the most out of our time together. Let me love you, Sky."
I kissed her as tears started running down my cheeks.
"Cut!"
"Good job, guys! That scene is perfect!"
I sighed in relief. Buti naman it turned out well.
I don't exactly like Princess. Kaya kelangang doblehin ang effort sa acting. Kelangan kapani-paniwala.
"Bryan!"
Sinundan pala ako ni Princess nung pabalik na ako sa dressing room.
"Yes?"
She gave me a quick kiss on the lips. Nagulat ako siyempre! It felt awkward.
"What's that for?"
"That's my way of saying thank you for making things easier for me."
"Do you really have to do that? Ang daming nakakita, o, nakakahiya. Baka kung anong isipin nila." Tumingin ako sa mga nanonood ng shoot. Tuwang-tuwa yung iba, akala yata may ibang ibig sabihin yung kiss na yun.
Wait, isn't that my girlfriend? Nandito si Dee? Oh my God! She must have seen the kiss!
"Dee?"
She looked at me straight in the eye and ran away.
