Chapter 3
Minho’s Room
Minho went to the room at the top floor of the science building. There’s a small room there where he would always make his Art pieces…be it painting, sculpture…it’s his private space. He loves the privacy it gives him. No one dares go there specially that people think it’s haunted. But Minho enjoys the solitude…he likes it there…
“Minho..are you here? If you’re here…please tell me now or I’ll leave in 3..2…1…ok, you’re not here, I’m leaving.”
Ahhh that would be Lee Joon. He’s the only one who knows he goes here. But what can he be doing here? He hates creepy places…he won’t go here if it’s not urgent…
Minho left the room and went by the stairs.
“Hey, Lee Joon!” called out Minho
“Dude! You should’ve made a sound!” said Lee Joon
“I’m in the middle of something, make it fast.” Said Minho
“Something happened…We were kicked out of the office. Art’s club does not have an office anymore…And L said he needs to talk with you.” Said Lee Joon
Minho gripped the stairs handle but it did not show in his face.
“Tell L I’ll be there.” Said Minho

L asked every art piece be brought to his family warehouse. It’s not a good place to exhibit art works, but it will protect the pieces from weather.
“That’s the last of them. Good thing everybody helped out.” Said Hara
Lee Joon was looking around… “We’re still lucky your family has this warehouse.” Said Lee Joon
“They can’t kick us out like that L…we need to file a complaint. WE are a legitimate club of the University. We deserve an office. We have complied with every rule. They should too. ” Said Hara
Hara is simple minded. She should understand that Politics overrules the written rules.
Minho entered the warehouse.
“Hara, Lee Joon, can you guys check that everyone gets snacks…I just need a moment with Minho.” Said L
“Umm…sure…Let’s go Lee Joon.” Said Hara

Minho noticed the a small box in one corner of the warehouse. He opened it to see his painting inside.
“I know how precious that is to you. So I had it stored specially.” Said L
Minho bushed his hand on the painting “Thank you.” Said Minho
“You knew this might happen, right?” asked Minho
L nodded “But not at this extent…I thought she’ll start slowly…but she’s really impatient.” Said L “can’t blame her though…she only has a few days left.”
“What’s gonna happen to Art’s club?” asked Minho
“We’re still a legitimate club. But we have to postpone all the activities and meetings we originally set inside the office…we need to find a new place…” said L
“And by the looks of it, Top Hill will not allow us to get any room for our club activities.” Said Minho
“Yup, that’s true. It seems that’s the case.” Said L
Minho took a deep breath looking at the painting.
“She said it’s got to be you…she said you had the heart of an artist…she said that by just looking at that painting.” Said L
“Just until the end of this week…You’ve got to find her someone else after this.” said Minho
“You know that’s going to be hard. She chose the best among our club…how can I offer someone else after you?” asked L
“You always say that in Arts, there is no best…That each one has their own style.” Said Minho
“No Minho…that applies to everyone else except you. You’re the best artist this club ever had.” Said L
“Then that’s it then, find someone else to replace me after a week, L. I don’t want to end up like Taemin.” Said Minho

Sulli doesn’t know why she’s in front of a warehouse. She just followed some Art’s student and saw that they still have a way to secure the Art works. That L President is not easy. It seems the Art’s club has more backbone than the others.
If she did this to the science club, they would have already begged her.
Sulli noticed someone going out of the warehouse….Minho Choi?!
Sulli silently followed him. The way is familiar…He’s going back to school?
Minho went up the science building. Sulli is curious…Science building? Why?
And then he was going up the top floor…
No…That’s the haunted floor!
Sulli doesn’t know what to do…She sat by the stairs…she’ll just wait for him until he goes home..But after an hour of waiting there…Sulli got really impatient.
Sulli went up the stairs…each step felt like the wooden stairs is creeking. Why is this top floor never renovated?!
Sulli went up…cobwebs everywhere….There is almost no light…Why does this floor need to be this creepy?
Sulli tried to push the fear away
“They are just rumors…rumors…this is not haunted…it’s just old.” Thought Sulli reminding herself there is nothing to be afraid of.
Sulli noticed a lighted room…The door is partially opened. Is he here?
Sulli took a peek of the room. And she saw that it’s a small room….It has an unfinished painting on the wall. And then she saw him…
His back to the door…He is shirtless…His uniform hanging on the other side of the room. He is a bit on the fit side…but his back is muscled…no lose fat at all.
He has a hammer on his hand. And a large wooden object in front of him…he’s sculpting.
It was magnificent to look at, his every movement, every forceful movement of his arm to make that object honed to what he wants it to be like….It was like everything is in slow motion
Sulli can’t take her eyes away from him…
Minho noticed a shadow by the door on the side of his eye. Someone is behind him.
“What are you doing here? L and I already talked. Go home , Lee Joon.” Said Minho
“Weird. Lee Joon finally got the courage to go all the way up here?” thought Minho
Sulli’s attention finally snapped back…he thought she’s Lee Joon?
When the shadow did not move, Minho turned around and was surprised to see that it wasn’t Lee Joon.
What is ‘Miss I am wonderful’ doing here?
“I saw you go up here…and I need to talk to you.” Said Sulli
“Hmm…I thought you’re the first ghost I’ll see here.” said Minho
Sulli can’t take her eyes off him…his chest is firm…and his stomach is flat…Does he play sports?
“You don’t have to ask me…I’ll do it. But only for a week. I have things to finish on my own.” said Minho
“Wh..what?!” Sulli is disoriented
“You went here to ask me to do Luceat’s matters for your next issue right?” asked Minho
“Ahhh yeah…” said Sulli
“Be here tomorrow night. Bring everything you need me to do. I’ll finish it in one night. I don’t have more time than that. As you can see, I am finishing off my own stuff.” Said Minho
Sulli is happy…He’s finally doing it!
Sulli laughed happily
“I’m sorry I just can’t help it! I am so happy!” Sulli lightly punched Minho’s shoulder. Sulli felt Minho’s sweat on her hand.
“Oh..sorry.” said Sulli
Minho took a deep breath
“I am not doing this because I finally realized that I want to work with you. I did it because you won’t stop doing things against the Arts’ club if I don’t do what you want.” said Minho “You will return the Art’s office as soon as you have what you need.”
Sulli felt something like thorn in her heart.
“Well then…that’s a mutual agreement.” Said Sulli
Sulli turned to leave when Minho’s words stopped her.
“Being this school’s stockholder’s daughter gives you too much power. You take advantage of it too much. It spoils you. I will wait for the day when your powers will not work on something you want so much. That should teach you not to make the world revolve around you.” Said Minho
Sulli felt like the thorns are spreading in her heart as she walked away.
Minho Choi clearly doesn’t like her. How can he? She’s forcing him to do what he doesn’t like to do. But he left her no choice.

Luna’s eyes is as big as a coin.
“Minho Choi? That mysterious Art’s club Vice President?” asked Luna surprised
“Yup, he’ll do the drawings for now.” Said Sulli
“Wow…how did you do it Sulli?” asked Luna
“I…just did everything I can to convince him.” Said Sulli
Key smirked at that. He knows what really happened. Sulli is not someone to mess up with. She gets what she wants, if not…she gets really mean.
Sulli compiled everything that she needs Minho to do later. She even bought coffees.
“What’s with all that?” asked Key
“I’m pulling an all nighter.” Said Sulli
“Wow…hard working Editor in Chief.” Said Luna
“Will he be able to finish it on time? We have 2 days left?” asked Key
“He will…he needs to.” Said Sulli
When Sulli says he will, he should.

Minho cleared the floor. He made sure there is enough space in the center of the room. When Sulli arrived, Minho already cleaned everything out.
“It looks different from yesterday.” Said Sulli
“I did not expect visitor yesterday.” Said Minho
Sulli put everything on the floor. “You bought coffee?” asked Minho
“Yeah…said Sulli. I don’t know how long this will take so I bought one for you-“ Sulli gave Minho the cup. “And one for me.” Said Sulli.
“I don’t know which coffee you like so I just bought the macchiato…” said Sulli
“I like the Americano.” Said Minho
“Oh…really?” said Sulli “Sorry, should I go buy one for you? Yeah..I ‘ll go ahead and buy one for you.” Sulli is already standing up when Minho pulled her arm so that she goes back to sit down.
“It’s dark outside. A woman needs to know when it’s reasonable and when it isn’t. Besides…I like to try macchiato.” Said Minho
Sulli stared at Minho as he was spreading the paper Sulli brought.
“Hmmm…which one do you need my help? This one?” asked Minho
Minho noticed Sulli just staring at him.
Hmm..what is she looking at? Minho realized she’s staring at his face. Hmm…
Minho touched Sulli’s forehead and hit it. That made Sulli remember where she is.
“Ouch..that hurts!” said Sulli
“Don’t stare at someone like that. It makes someone uncomfortable.” Said Minho
That made Sulli blush. Sulli needs to stop being disoriented. She needs to focus.
“Here…you see this space. That’s the space we need a drawing. It’s the editorial portion. This page however,” Sulli turned the paper to the next page. “Needs a painting.” Said Sulli
“What is the topic of the editorial?” Asked Minho
“It’s about waste management. The science department seems to have too much waste. We need to get their attention to put a proper waste management process.” Said Sulli
Minho had to stop and think
“Do they really act on the things you write?” asked Minho
“Some of them do. Well most of them does especially if it’s already written here.” said Sulli
“It’s probably because you wrote it. If it’s somebody else no one would pay attention.” Said Minho
“Huh?” Sulli is surprised at what she heard
“It seems you use your power on these things too. You’re kind of the extremes. You either do an extremely nice thing or you do an extremely bad thing to get what you want.” Said Minho
That does not sound like a compliment at all.
“Just draw.” Said Sulli shaking her head.
Minho took a paper and started to make scribbles. Sulli just watched him.
Oh right! She needs to check Luna’s article.
Sulli opened her PC and started to read Luna’s article.
Minho noticed Sulli working. She tucked her hair behind her ear. Her brows close together while reading. She types every now and then. She bites her thumb once in a while.
Minho can’t help looking…the woman is quiet the had worker.
Minho looked back on the drawing. Is she really the reason why Taemin left The Artist club? Taemin was his most promising junior….Minho taught him everything he needs to know…Taemin was looked to as the next Artist club leader…until he turned his back to everyone and joined Luceat. Now…he’s sick…dying.
Minho has to be careful not to fall on the same well Taemin fell into.
