Star Pov
I was in Spanish class with Ferguson, only class I'm not with Marco, he said he didn't need it because he already took it, I guess "Estrella?" I look to my side and saw Ferguson talking to me in spainish, I never really picked up the language but I have to try because I want to know what Marco says about me in that language "Si Ferguson?" It kinda came out crappy
"sabes la respuesta para el número uno?" It sounded so perfectly from him "What?" He wiggled his finger as it I wasn't allowed to speak English "Ninguna estrella, tiene que decirlo en español" I groan and smack my head "No, se?" I was oddly confused and the bell rang "Your no fun" I say and he smirks and I meet up with Marco at our lockers "Hola Marco" "hola star, how's Spanish?" I shrug "Its getting there, when I speak it it sounds like gibberish and Ferguson is a pro in there!" He chuckles "Yeah, he took it for 2 years now, I dropped it because I already knew how to speak it, its my first language" I roll my eyes and we walk home, its been 2 years I've been here on earth with Marco, everyone and everything stayed the same, Marco liking Jackie, still fighting evil, blah blah, but I'm actually getting flustered now when I'm around Marco, I know that we're best friends and all but.. I just don't want to ruin his chance with Jackie when it's been over 2 years and no progress..
"Star..I was thinking, want to go on one of those adventures?" I blushed a little him just saying my name gets me riled up "Um..what about homework?! Maybe next time I'm busy with spells!" He raised an eyebrow "You okay star? You seem upset?" I nodded my head "No..I'm fine..pssst, like I'm cool and relax" he rolled his eyes and entered the house first and I dragged myself up the stairs because I embarrassed myself "Star you alright?" Marco said at the bottom of the stairs "Yeah...Totally, totally.." He disappear into the kitchen and I ran into my room and looked for a spell I can get rid of my feelings for him..because seriously I can't "Glossrick, I need a spell to take my feelings that I feel towards Marco" he rose and smiled "Why do you wish to do that? I thought he was important to you?" "He is, but he's never going to love me back I mean like!" He chuckles "Listen kid, I ain't gonna give it to you, because you'll be an emotionless zombie..its okay to have the feelings, its part of you, don't wish it away" I smiled "Thanks glossrick, then what can I do?" He stroked his beard and was thinking
"Sing him the love song spell" I don't know the language because its in freaking Spanish! "I don't know the words to it" he shrugs and smiles "Then make him say it or sing it..its bound to work right?" We looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders "Its worth a shot, bye glossrick" he waves and I close my book and write down the spell..I hope it works..
I finished writing it and knocked on Marco's door "Marco? Can I come in?" He said yes and I entered "What's up?" "Can you help me read this? Its for my class and I have no idea what I wrote" he smiles "Okay, let's see what you got" he took the paper and read the word "cuando canto esta canción de amor, nuestras almas se convertirán en uno, me ha de querer volver y volveré" I was looking and he smiled and blushed a little "So what does it say?" "Um..when you sing this song of love, our souls will become one, so love me back and I will return? Star is this some kind of spell?" I groan "Yes..it didn't work ugh" he looked confused "What or why are you trying to put a spell on me?" I blush and my anger flew out at me " ¡Porque te amo!" He blushed and I covered my mouth, I ran out and dived into my bed face first, just hoping I didn't ruin anything
Marco Pov
She just said she loves me? Why didn't the spell work on me? Wait a minute do I love star? Is that why it didn't work? I'm in love with my best friend? That's weird and crazy but normal to me..she ran out covering her mouth, bet she is embarrassed by it but she shouldn't right? I shake the thoughts and go to her room and I see her on her bed face first and I sat next to her "Star? Can to please talk to me?" She didn't say a word "I messed everything up" she said in muffled sound "I can't hear you star" I said a little annoyed "I said I messed everything up! Now you can go, because you don't feel the same" she had tears streaming her cheeks and I wiped them and she blushed at my touch "The spell didn't work because I love you" she gasp as it was something huge
"What?" "I said the spell didn't work because I love you star" she smiled a little "Aw Marco..what about Jackie?" "It's been way too long, I'm never going to make the first move, I actually started falling for you throughout the years that pass by" she giggled more bubbly "This is good! I can like you and you like me too" I laugh and she jumps on me and I blush "Star?" I say "Not a word" she kissed me and I lean in more to deepen the kiss and it was magical, it was like a light has been turned on the first time in forever "Te amo Estrella" "Love you too"
