When I woke up, I found myself leaning over the balcony. I jumped back and tripped, falling onto one if those plastic chairs. I was about to use my broken hand to push myself up, but then I remembered what the nurse said; "just go easy on that hand, ok?"
Just. Go. Easy.
I guess I could do that, so, I used my un-broken hand to get up. I must've sleepwalked or something, it's a good thing I woke up when I did, if not..
I shook my head, stop thinking about what ifs! She's gone! She's never coming back!

Mick's POV:
I was walking along the hallway when something smacked me in the face. The piece of paper fell into my hands and my eyes widened; this is Brian's letter! The one Keith thinks is from Katie! It was a bit torn, so the actual letter stuck out a bit. I just couldn't resist taking a peak.
Dear Brian
I miss you, I still love you. I want you always to know that. I am here in Morocco, and I want to be with you again, I'm sorry, Im so sorry for everything that has happened and I want you to know how much I care for you. I actually knew you were here, a couple of hours after you landed; someone told me. I've been hiding, using a disguise, but to you, I'm only known as Kaitlyn. But..but now you know that, you know everything but why. Anita made me go, she threatened to do some very bad things to you, so now, I have realized I have to go to protect you. I hope you won't do anything rash, like hurt yourself. I only want the best for you, my love. And so, if this ever works out fine and we ever get to see each other again, go to my record store, that's probably where you'll find me. If I'm not there, don't worry, I WILL return. I promise

After 'I'm only known as Kaitlyn' part, the rest look quickly jotted down. And it was in pen, the first half was in pencil. Those are the first things that popped into my head after reading that letter. The second thing, which should've been the first thing, is that now I know where Katie is! I can save Brian from his depression! I was carful to slide the letter back in the envelope the way I found it before running to Brian's room.

Brian's POV:
My letter was missing. Just like my photo was. I sat down heavily on the bed, running my fingers through my hair. Why do things keep disappearing from me? What have I done? I just want to go home! Speaking of which-
"Brian!"
Mick'a voice, from the other side of the door. The locked door.
"What do you want?"
"Um, can you open the door?"
"I'm busy!"
"But I think you should why I have!"
"I'm busy!"
I repeated while digging around for the letter, where did it go? Hmm
"Oh come on! Open it, I have a..letter here for you!"
Letter?! I took two big steps toward the door and through it open. It was all I could do to not immediately snatch the letter from his hand. He looked down at it and then handed it to me, to which I gratefully took. He followed me inside as I backed up with a blissful smile on my face. You could say I'm obsessed, but then again..
"You do know it's from Katie, right?"
I looked over at him, "it's from Katie?"
"Just read it!" He said, "just read it"
And I did.
