Its been days since I've actually seen DJ. I've been avoiding him because I know I'm starting to catch feelings.
I'm downstairs laying on the couch watching some stupid movie when the doorbell rings. I got up opened the door and of course its DJ. He came busting through the door like he crazy!
"Alexia! Why the fuck have you been ignoring me!" he asked like he was mad.
"DJ! Chill the fuck out! It's not that serious!"
"My point exactly! It was just a fucking kiss. Its not a big deal!"
After he said that I started feeling some type of way. I walked to the couch sat down and patted beside me so he could sit down. He came and sat beside me. I looked him in the face and I could tell he was really mad. It was kind of sexy though but thats not the point.
"Look DJ, I was avoiding you because I was scared."
"Scared? Scared of what?" He said with a confused expression
"I'm not gonna lie. I started catching feelings for you. I didn't want to, it just happened. I just don't want my feelings to get hurt like in the past. I got scared so instead of tryna face it, I ran from it."
He just stared at me. I got nervous so I got up, walked to the kitchen and made a glass of water. I was standing by the sink when a pair of arms wrapped around me. He put his head in the crook of my neck and said
"You don't gotta be scared Alexia. I just want a chance."
I started laughing.
"What?" he asked
"It's just that you actually said my name." I said with a grin on my face
"Oh."
"That's good because I would've ended up killing you eventually if you kept callin me ma."
I turned around facing him and looked into his eyes. Damn. He has hazel eyes? Why haven't I noticed that before? I broke the silence and said
"I kind of just want to be friends right now."
DJ backed up scratched his head and said "okay"
I gave him a hug and said "My birthday is coming up in a few days and we're going to club Ice. You should come through."
He looked like he was thinking about it and then he said
"Aight ma." I rolled my eyes and he started laughing.

"You ready?" Shay asked me
"Yea. Hold up. Let me get my clutch."
I looked in the mirror a last time to check and see if I was okay and I looked so damn good. I had on my red dress that hugged my body just right, with my black red bottoms. Damn. Im a bad mamma jamma. I walked to Shay's car and got in.
" Daamn Alexia. You rockin that dress boo"
" Aint I?" I said grinning.
Shit. This is my night and I can be as cocky as I want to. We got to the club and Shay parked the car. We pulled out our IDs, which are fake by the way, and gave em to the bouncer. He looked at them then said that we could go in. I winked at him and he licked his lips looking me up and down. I'm such a fucking tease. We went to the bar and I started looking around the club.
"Looking for me?"
I smiled to myself but when I turned around the smile instantly faded. What the fuck does he want?
"What do you want Ty?" I said rolling my eyes
"I wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday"
"Well you did it so you can go now"
"Man, why you still trippin over that?" I looked at him like he was stupid.
" I don't know. Maybe because you cheated on me with one of my best-friends, and not to mention you fucked my SISTER!."
Yeah. I know what you are thinking and no, it's not Shay. It was some fake dumb bitch that had the nerve to call me her friend. Bet she won't come at me again.
He sucked his teeth and rolled his neck. I was getting tired of seeing his face so I started walking away. That's when this nigga wanna grab my wrist and pulled me to him.
"Tyler, let me the fuck go!" I yelled
"Nah." he said "You ain't goin nowhere.."
I tried to get away from him but this nigga had a grip on me. Then out of nowhere Tyler was laying on the ground with a bloody nose. I turned around and DJ was standing there looking hella mad. He went over to Tyler and started kicking him in stomach. I thought he was about to kill him so I went to pull DJ off of him but he wouldn't stop.
"DJ, please stop!"
I started crying He looked at me and he stopped kicking Tyler. I ran out the club embarrassed and started walking. I don't know where to but anywhere is better than here.
"Alexia, wait!" I heard from behind me. I just kept walking. He eventually caught up to me.
"Alexia, I'm sorry. I just didn't think that he should have put his hands on you." I just kept walking
"Alexia what the fuck! Just talk to me!"
"What the fuck do you want me to say?!" I snapped "You want me to be happy that I can't be with you because of him? He's the one that made me not want a relationship! He's the one that put me through so much bullshit! He's the reason I'm scared to be with a person that I feel for so much."
I started crying harder. He grabbed me in his arms and just held me. I didn't want him to let go.
"Come with me." he finally said.
I looked at him with my eyebrow raised and he pulled my hand walking back to his car. I didn't feel like talking so I didn't ask any questions. We pulled up to this building and went inside. Where was this nigga taking me?
We got on an elevator and he pressed a button to the very top floor. When the elevator doors opened there was a hall. We walked all the way down the hall until we reached a door. DJ took out a key and he unlocked it and opened it.
"Close your eyes." he said. I looked at him like he was crazy. "Just do it." he said.
I closed my eyes and he started guiding me around.
"Open." he said.
I opened my eyes and it was the most beautiful sight. It was a perfect view of the whole city.
"Wooow. How did you find this place?" I asked
"My grandpa took me here as a kid. When he passed this became my thinking spot." I nodded my head and turned back to the view.
"You know you the first girl I ever brought here?"
I find that very hard to believe." I said being honest.
"Its true." he said. "I feel like you are special and I can do anything with you compared to these other hoes I just use for a quick nut."
Hoes? Quick nut? I mean I kinda figured he was one of those niggas but I ain't really wanna think about it. Well atleast he's honest right?
I nodded my head and said
"I guess I think you're special too.......Special ed."
We both started laughing. We stopped laughing and our eyes locked. I don't know what came over me but I kissed him. He put his arms around my waist and I put my arms around his neck. Kissing him made me feel like I was on cloud 720. I pulled back and wiping the corners of my mouth with my index and thumb.
"Sorry." he said
"No don't be. I enjoyed it." I said smiling.
"Ready to go?" he asked.
I nodded my head yes and we went back down to the car. He drove me home and stopped in front of my house.
"Sorry. I ruined your night." DJ said
"You didn't ruin it. You actually made it." I said grinning. I kissed him on the cheek and got out. I got inside and that's when he drove off.
I ran upstairs took a shower put on some comfy clothes then layed in bed. Then that's when it hit me. Shit! I forgot about Shay!
I quickly grabbed my phone and called her.
"Bitch where the fuck are you!?" she said yelling in my ear.
"Chill out. I'm at home."
"Okay good. I was about to have search party fo yo ass."
I laughed and told her I would talk to her later. We hung up. I was just about to fall asleep when my phone rang. I answered it and I couldn't believe what I heard.
