Chapter 23- back on the road
Well after I said my goodbyes to my friends me, justin, london, chaz, kayla and ryan went on the tour bus and we headed to our next destination…… Atlanta, Georgia. I decided I would get on facebook since I havent been on In a while. Lets just say I had thousands of notifications. I decided to update my status.
‘ had fun going back to school. Missed all my friends. Now going to Atlanta, Georgia for the next concert. Cant Wait! Well text maybe? If you don’t have my number inbox me (:’
I waited a while in case someone inbox me for my number so I just went through my notifications. Some people just wrote on my wall asking hows tour and I miss you and stuff like that. No one inboxed me so I got off. I was looking for my phone but couldn’t find it.
Me- does any one know where my phone is?
Then I heard my ring tone. Like a G6.
Chaz- LIKE A CHEESE STICK!
We all looked at chaz like he has gone insane. We just laughed at him. I found my phone and looked at the ID. It was an unknown caller.
Me- hello?
???- Hello kaitlynburg (don’t ask about the nick name)
Me- who is this?
???- How could you not know your own FATHER
I just had my mouth wide open In shock. I havent seen him in forever. He left cause he lost his job and turned into an alcoholic and he would beat me and my mother. I few tears came down my face.
Me- what do you want…
Dad- Just to spend time with my baby girl
Me- I AM NOT YOUR BABY GIRL ANY MORE
Dad- don’t say that pumpkin
Me- STOP WITH THE NICK NAMES OK. You left us….. you hurt me and mom. I don’t want to see your face. I don’t want to hear your voice. I don’t want nothing to deal with you. EVER!
There was a pause for a minute.
Dad- we will see about that.
With that he hung up. I was scared and sad. I dropped to the floor with tears coming down my face. Everyone came running to me. I don’t want to see my father any more. He hurt me, and I don’t want it to happen again. I did miss the good memories BEFORE he lost his job, but all of that was just a blur.
Justin- who was on the phone
I couldn’t talk all I could do was cry. I couldn’t stop.
London- what nick names…… hurting you and your mom.
She looked at me with sad eyes. She knew who it was. She knew all about my dad and everything and so did kayla.
Kayla- It was your dad wasn’t it.
I looked at her and nodded with more tears coming down my face.
Justin- Your dad? Whats wrong with your dad? All you told me was he left you when you were little.
I looked at him.
Me- there was a reason why he left
Justin- that would be?
Me- When my dad lost his job. He became an alcoholic. Before we knew it he would drink 24 hours a day. Then he started to beat me and my mom. We would have bruises, scars, scratches, black eyes… anything you can name it. So he finally packed his things and left. I guess he was tired of us but he did take 500 dollars with him. What he said on the phone after I said I want nothing to deal with him……… he said we will see about that.
They all felt horrible and they kind of helped me to a room to get some rest. Maybe that will help to the room. When they set me on the bed I just crawled in and went under the covers. They all left except Justin. He just layed next to me and I turned to face him. I crawled up next to him. He kissed me head which made me smile.
Justin- I wont let nothing happen to you. I don’t know what I would do without you.
Me- I don’t know what I would do without you
Justin- I love you too much to let you go.
I looked up in his eyes and I must have been crying again cause he wiped the tears with his thumb. I kissed him with all the passion I had in me. Soon he was on top of me and we were making out but he began to kiss rough. I must have not cared cause I started to take his shirt and short off. And his hands started to go up my shirt and was about to unhook my bra. I stopped.
Me- im not ready justin… im probably just doing this cause im upset and scared
Justin- its ok babe… I will wait for you and only you.
That made me smile. I gave him one last peck on the lips and fell asleep in his arms.
Justins POV
I knew she didn’t want to do it but I didn’t know what came over me at the time. I love her and I don’t want to push her into something she is not ready for. I will wait for her. I want to spend the rest of my life with this girl right here. She is my world and without her I would be dead. I was just watching her sleep peacefully. I was just playing with her hair for a while until I decided to fall asleep too, but before I could london and kayla walked in.
Kayla- is she okay?
Justin- yea she will she is sleeping now and I don’t want to move and attempt waking her up. She need to rest after what just happened.
London- yea well we just wanted to check on her. Thanks
Then they left and closed the door.
I just put my head down on the pillow. Saw her face one more time, kissed her forehead and fell asleep with her.
Back to your POV
*DREAM*
I was walking with justin some where dark. I looked at him and he was just looking straight.
Me- Justin….. where are we going
He didn’t say anything he just kept walking. I wanted to stop but I couldn’t. We went into an old house. We went in but right when we went in justin ran out the door and closed it. I ran to the door and tried to open it but it wouldn’t. I was beyond scared so I started crying. I heard some laughter from behind me. I turned around and saw a shadow coming loser to me.
Me- Whos there?
???- don’t you recognize me?
My eyes went wide. It was my father. I tried my best to open the door but it was no use so I started to scream.
Me- JUSTIN!!!!!!!!!!!! JUSTIN!!
Dad- don’t try and run I just want to talk.
He came close to me with a bat in his hands.
Me- JUSTIN………… SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I turned around and he had the bat ready to swing and right before it hit me I woked up. I was crying and breathing heavy. I think I woke justin up cause he hugged me.
Justin- its ok baby…. Im here nothings gonna hurt you.
I think he knew what the dream was about. I looked at the clock and saw it was 10 P.M. I guesed everyone is asleep by now. So I layed back down and looked up at justin and he looked straight at me.
Me- you wouldn’t leave me would you? If it was life or death.
Justin- of course not. Why would you think th-
He stopped himself and thought it was part of my dream.
Justin- some dreams are not real. You have to make them real and I know you don’t want this to be real so it wont. I love you and wouldn’t leave you for anything. If it was life or death I would choose to die if it meant for you to stay alive.
I just hugged him close.
Me- I love you more then anything in the world.
Justin- me too baby…………. Me too.
He kissed my forehead and I drifted off to sleep.
