I'm writing this because I was on YouTube and I was watching this big brother surprising his little brother and it made me wanna cry so...... this is it but with a twist. BTW I'm not going by the other story ages of the kids.
Harry: I had been drafted into the Navy about 5 years ago and I haven't seen my baby boy and my husband in three.
I didn't tell anyone that I was coming home, so they didn't have a clue. I've missed Braeden so much. I've missed three birthdays and it killed me. Literally. He's 12 now and I can't wait to see how much he's grown.
"Lieutenant Styles we're here!" Major Archer announced. I nodded and looked at my house. There were so many cars parked in the driveway. Huh the guys must be here.
I picked up my bag and saluted The Major before walking up the driveway. I could hear music and laughing coming from the backyard. They must be having a barbecue. Oh not without me their not. I opened the front door and felt the comforts of being home once again.
I walked through the foyer and into the kitchen. I looked through the window to see the boys their wives and kids, Harry and Braeden. He's grown so much and it makes me wanna cry.
Everybody was in the pool having a good ole time and to me that's the best time for a surprise entrance.
I walked to the door frame while no one was looking.
"I know y'all ain't having a good time without me!" I yelled. Everyone's head turned. They all looked like they've seen a ghost. "Baby?" Harry said.
"Mum?" Braeden whispered before bursting into tears. "MUM?" He yelled as he dashed out of the pool. He wrapped his wet arms around me and squeezed me as if I was about to disappear into thin air. I squeezed him and kissed his soaked head.
"Mummy I missed you so much!" He cried. "I missed you too Brae Brae!" I said kissing his face. "Y/n baby, your home!" Harry said about break down. He pulled me in for a kiss. "I love you so so so much!" He cried as he sandwiched me and Braeden.
"I love and missed the both of you as well but for now move aside." I said taking of my hat and shoes. I ran and cannonballed in to the pool. When I came up everybody wrapped me in a huge Love hug.
It feels good to be home.
Niall: It's been four years since I've seen Rory and Niall but when your country needs you gotta go. Being in the army isn't easy tho.
I told Niall that I was almost to Rory's school to surprise him. I had to leave him at the age of 13 and I know that's when he needed his mom the most. My boy is seventeen now and he's a man now. "Sergeant Horan, we've arrived at your destination." Captain Avant said stopping the truck.
I smiled that I would be able to see my family again. I jumped from the gigantic hummer. "Man will they ever make these things smaller?" I joked. "Not in this lifetime Sarge!" He laughed.
I walked up to the school parking lot and saw Niall standing there with tears streaming down his face. "Baby!" He yelled as he raced towards me. He picked me up and spun me around. Once he placed me on the ground he pressed his lips to mine.
"I missed you so much!" He said as he cried on my shoulder. I stroked his hair and kissed his neck. "I missed you too baby." I said wiping tears from his face. "C'mon Rory is gonna be so happy to see you." He sniffled while giving me one last kiss.
He led me down to the gym where he was playing in the regional finals in basketball. I was going to surprise him during half time. "I'm so happy to see my baby!" I said getting excited. "Your all he talks about y/n! He really misses you." Niall said kissing my cheek.
That made me feel really good to know that my baby loves his mama.
Half time was almost over when Niall and the coach had entered the gym again. Niall said that he would cue me in. Coach Bryant and Niall stood at the furthest end of the gym. "Good evening folks did y'all enjoy that half time show?" Coach yelled through the mic.
The crowd cheered and screamed in excitement. "That's good to hear. I want to present this award to the next MVP of Garland High School.... So will Rory Horan please come forth!"
He ran up to the coach and shook his hand and hugged Niall. "Congratulations son anybody you wanna thank?"
And that's my cue.
I walked in and stood against the wall and waited for that special moment.
"Well I wanna thank you Coach for believing in me. I wanna thank my dad for the encouragement.... Wanna thank God and last but certainly not the least.. I wanna thank my mum. I know she couldn't be here tod-"
Niall cut him off by tapping his shoulder and pointing at me. His eyes almost popped out of his head. He looked at Niall then back to me. I waved and blew him a kiss.
I could see that he was about to cry. "Go get her son!"
He sprinted the full court. "MAMA!" He cried as he hugged me tightly. The crowds went wild. "Mama is this really you?" He cried. "I wouldn't be standing here if I wasn't boy!" I said hugging him tighter.
"I missed you so much mama, you have no idea." He said as I wiped his face. Niall came over and hugged us.
"The Horan's are completed now!"
Liam: Seven years in the marines is really tough. Six years without seeing your kids and husband is even tougher. But what's really hard is tomorrow is Christmas.
"Sergeant Major Payne," (I had to do it) Corporal Griffin addressed me. I stood and saluted him. "I have some paper work for you to sign." He said handing me the manilla envelope.
I nodded and opened it. My eyes widened at what it said. 'Two month Liberty Pardon'
I looked at him and shook my head. "This isn't real!" I said sitting it in my desk. "Yes it is and plus it's Christmas, go home. Liam, LJ and Kori need you at home." He said leaving out of the door.
I just wanted to break down and cry. I'm so happy that I get to see babies. I quickly packed my stuff and put on my blue camo jacket.
I gave my papers to the corporal and headed of the the airport.
'Now calling flight 117 to Wolverhampton from New Zealand, now bording.'
Here we go!
16 hrs later.
I finally made it home. I wanted to surprise them so I waited until they left. They were probably going to Liam's parents house, so that gave me plenty of time.
I went out and bought a big box and lots of wrapping paper. I was finally done. I wrote a letter to them and stuffed myself into the box when I heard car doors close. I'm so excited.
"Hey guys cheer up." I heard Liam said to them. "But it's not the same without mom here!" I could here Kori cry. "Come on Koko she'll probably call sometime tonight!" LJ said probably comforting her.
"Hey what is this?" Liam asked. I suppressed my giggles. "I don't know but it has a note on it." LJ said. "Read it!" Kori said impatiently. "It's from mom!" He shouted.
'To all my loves, I miss all of you so much and I wish I could be there with you on this very day. But know this I love all of you so much and never forget it.

Open together.
"Well shall we open this huge gift together and see what mom has sent us?" Liam laughed. I could hear them ripping off the tape and paper. "I wonder what it is!"
"I hope it's that army gun I was asking mom for!" LJ said getting excited. I'm not crazy enough to get him one of those. All of a sudden I heard a smack. "Mom isn't crazy enough to get you one of those!" Kori said.
That's my girl!
"Can we just get this box open please?" Liam said opening the box.
"Merry Christmas babies and husband!" I said jumping out. They all stood there like a deer in headlights.
"Dad will you slap me as hard as you can please because either I'm daydreaming or mom is standing right there!" LJ said rubbing his eyes. "Yeah this has to be a dream cuz mom is in New Zealand." Kori said.
Liam came over to me and leaned in for a kiss. He kissed me with so much passion. He pulled away and tears were streaming down his face. "It's not a dream!" He whispered.
"Mom!" The twins shouted. They ran over and barricaded me in a hug. They both cried so hard but never released me. "Gosh for a pair of sixteen year olds you sure are emotional!" I said wanting to cry as well.
"We haven't seen you in six years, so we have a reason to be emotional OK!" LJ said. I hugged tighter and looked over at Liam. He was trying to stay strong and not cry.
When the twins let go I walked over to him wrapped him in my arms. "Let it out Liam, I'm here now!" He cried on my shoulder. "Group hug!"
"Best Christmas present ever!"
