"Father." Ivy said as I entered Argona's room, no, my room, the room he sat in, lived in, was now my new home. "Here, we lined them up for you, the ones who lived when we arrived here." In the room at the moment were my five children, Cecilia, Melzri, and Dragoth, well, and the three Vritras with broken bones on their knees.
"Thank you." I said to them, knowing that they came in after my clones did most of the damage, it was right after Arthur and Nico left. "You all did a great job, and now, Taegrin Caelum, well, Alacrya is ours."
"Thanks, father." My five children said, standing behind the three vritras on their knees. "What should we do with these pathetic asuras?" Ivy asked, and as I stood there now, in front of them, I really had no use for them, well, I did.
"Please, Devil, let us serve you." The one in the middle said, looking up at me with pleading eyes. These were weak asuras, but still asuras, they had a lot of mana within their bodies. "We'll do anything for you, just ask, and it's yours."
"Shut up." Raven swung her hand and slapped the shit out of the Vritra in front of her. "I'm sorry I let him interrupt you." I merely laughed as I nodded my head at Raven, not really upset by that, it was kind of funny to hear a vritra beg for his life.
"Cut of their heads, take their horns, dispose of everything else." I ordered, waving my hand as I turned away from them. "Damon, bring their horns to Dicathen, deliver them to my brother, along with some of the others."
"I got it, father." Damon said, and at those words, I felt a wind blade take the life of a vritra, then a sword, and another sword, the three vritra bodies fell like they were nothing, and I made my way over to the couch with Melzri, Dragoth, Cecilia, and Nithe.
"Alright, now I am going to need you two to do something for me." I pointed at Melzri and Dragoth as I sat down, then as I sat down, I motioned for them to, and as they did, Nithe sat beside me.
"Anything for you, my King." Melzri said with a smile on her face. "It's been an honor so far, and I am happy now that I can faithfully serve you out in the open now." Jeez, I really fucked with her head, but that's fine, she's a Scythe.
"I need you two to go and gather up every single Wraith, every single half-breed, and bring them to the Central Dominion." I ordered, planned on talking to them, making them my army. That was the whole point of killing Agrona, if I wanted to win this war with Kezess, I needed them, and I needed to start planning. "Tell them that there is some sort of news, I don't know, just go, get them all to the Central Dominion."
We now had plenty of teleportation pads, warm pads, portals, they were now all under my control, my clones' control. However, it didn't really matter, with my blood teleportation, I didn't need a portal to go places, just blood that's already there.
"We can do that." Dragoth said. "Should we leave right now." I nodded my head, the sooner the better, claiming them is important for the protection of this continent, the asuras can't attack, there's too many variables for them right now.
"I'll send word to Hades when we are done." Melzri said, and the two stood up, knowing what they had to do now, making it easier for me to focus on something else instead of having to gather up the Wraiths myself.
"Oh." I said, stopping them as a thought came to my mind. "Just so you know, Mezlri, I plan on freeing Viessa in the next couple of days." I saw her expression change slightly, a smile grew, and as she nodded, the two turned back around and left.
"Do you think they will bend the knee to you?" Nithe asked from beside me, and as he did, a portal opened up behind Cecilia, and my children dragged the three vritra bodies into it. "They weren't so willing before."
"I think things will be different with Agrona out of the picture." I told him, believing this to be true. "And if I show up with Scythes, they'll know something is up, that what I am saying is the truth."
"What do you need me to do?" Cecilia asked, truthfully, that was everything I needed, the Wraiths and Half-breeds in one location. "I want to help you in any way I can." I implanted a couple of suggestions into her mind, one being that she doesn't love Nico, another being that she wants to defeat the asuras almost as much as I do, and the others just kind of related to trusting and serving me.
"For now, Cecilia, just stay here, lay low with me." I told her, I had no intention of leaving this place for the time being, not until I had to leave for Central Dominion. "But I actually have a job for you, Nithe." I turned to my son. "I need you to go to the Grotto, teleport every single one of the blood troops here." I paused for a second, then added. "Use the teleportation devices we have, bring them all to Truacia, there's no one really there anymore."
"It'll take some time." Nithe told me but stood up. "But I got it, shouldn't be a problem." I nodded my head, the millions of blood troops would join us here on Alacrya, making this continent even more secure, pretty much untouchable. "I'll go and get them."
A portal opened up to our side and he went into it, with Melzri and Dragoth handling the Wraiths, we shouldn't have any issues getting them here. "Actually." I said, turning back to Cecilia, thinking about what is needed. "I was going to have Raven and Damon do this, but if you help out it'll go a lot faster."
"Anything." Cecilia said, standing up, ready to go and do whatever I command for the sake of taking down the asuras. "Give me my orders, and I'll complete the task." The portal closed to my side, and another one opened behind Cecilia.
"Go and get the five hundred thousand Alacryans in Dicathen." I told her, knowing that they would also add a tremendous amount of support to our force, even if they are human. "I may end up sending some back, but for now, bring them here. Inform them on what has happened, they should know that Agrona, their High Sovereign is dead, and that there is a new ruler."
"I will." Cecilia confirmed as Damon and Raven stepped through the portal, it closed, and then a portal opened up again to our side, and Cecilia went towards it. "I'll be back." She said, it was going to take her some time.
I had to rebuild some of the devices, I had two done already, the clones were working on it. They allow us to open a portal anywhere as long as there is no shield. I had to combine the tech with the warp pad and the teleportation portals, but it took my clones, all seven of them, about an hour or two to figure it out.
"Father." Raven said, stepping around the couch as the portal closed. "It's all done." Raven and Damon took seats across from me. "We took their cores out and horns, Ivy's taking the horns to Dicathen, and I have the cores in here. " She showed me her mana ring, then added. "Oh, and Rosa went to go and Caera, so she could meet up with Ivy."
"That's fine, and good job." I said, smiling at her, then leaning back, relaxing in the chair. "We have some time to spare, it's going to take some time before everything is set up for us to go and talk to the soldiers of Alacrya."
"We can go help." Damon said, looking at me, but I shook my head. "Then are you fine with us just sitting here with you." I was trying to think of what else there was to do, but there wasn't anything, well, there was, but I was going to handle that.
"Yeah." I said, waving anything they had to do off. "Eventually, I'll have Melody, Cassandra, and, haha, I guess Selena come here." I paused, then added, forgetting that I had seventy five thousand elves to worry about. "And the elves, they'll be safer here with all the armies."
"Oh my god." Raven said, looking at me now. "Is our mother here?" Raven asked, and technically speaking, Sylvie wasn't her mother, I wasn't going to say anything, they just look at her that way, but Raven technically had mostly Viessa's blood, a little of Sylvie's. "I want to meet here so badly."
"Yeah, she is, she's still out cold, but she's here." I told her, and her eyes lit up. "I have to talk to her first, Raven, I'm sorry, but I think she needs to learn a couple other things before she decides on what to do from here on out."
"She's still bonded to Cecilia, right?" Damon asked, and I nodded. "We can't allow her to leave then." I knew that, I just didn't want to say it, however, Arthur has a Beast Will from Sylvia who isn't alive, so I have to imagine if they broke the bond, the Beast Will wouldn't detach from Cecilia, it wouldn't make sense, but I really don't know.
"I know." I told him. "The whole point was to get the Legacy and Sylvie together so they would bond and share powers, so I know that we can't allow them to detach or allow Cecilia to lose the Beast Will."
"I was just making sure." Damon said, nodding his head. "You think that Sylvie will be mad about Selena?" That was a great question, and to be honest, it was a question I did not have the answer to. I had no clue how she was going to react, it could be bad, could be good, all I know is that I want her to stay.
"I don't know." I told him. "We'll find out, that's probably where I'll go in a moment or two." I shrugged, thinking about it. "I just have to find the right words to say before I go up." Damon and Raven nodded, understanding what I was talking about. "I'm having my clones clean up the messes around the Caelum, so we'll have a lot of Vrita cores."
"Father." Raven said, looking at me with a confused expression, and as I looked at her, I waited to hear what she had to say. "I was thinking, I mean, they are asuras, technically, they are all capable of passing along Beast Wills, shouldn't we, you know, use them?"
I just stared at my daughter, the one that was most like me when I was going crazy, maybe she was more like me than I thought. "That's actually, fuck." I didn't really think about that, I mean, I did, but using Vritra Beast wills, well, they would be Basilisk Beast Wills, Vritra was their clan name. "Good job, Raven, that is a brilliant idea."
I could see the smile brighten on her face from my words, it was like all she wanted was for me to praise her, but to most of my children, I am not just their father, but a person they admire and look up to tremendously.
"Thanks!" She said, and that would solve Nithe's, Raven's, and Rosa's problem of not having a Beast Will to boost their strength. They are asuras, but they aren't in the sense that they have that boosted ability like them, so they needed that extra push. I couldn't replicate a whole Beast Will, otherwise I would have given myself the Dragon one, even though I adore my Leviathan one.
"Wow, Raven, I would have never thought you would think of something like that." Damon said nonchalantly, shaking his head as he looked at his sister. "We could seriously benefit from using them."
"Yeah." I said, thinking about it, then I stood up, pointing my finger at Raven. "How about you go and do that." I turned towards the exit of the room. "Damon go help, gather them all up and bring me the mana ring, I'll hold on to it. I have some ideas, I was just going to have people absorb the mana, but that would be a waste now."
"I already have three in here, and I know where you placed the bodies out, so I'll get it done pretty quickly." Raven said, standing up as well. "Come on, Damon, let's go together." I could see she was proud of coming up with this idea, it made me smile for some reason seeing her so happy.
"Where are you going to go, father?" Damon asked, and as we started to head out of the room, he added. "Are you going to see, Sylvie?"
I nodded my head and answered him. "I am."
