The fog around the field started to spread out. The fog was completely white. It was full of poison that would make people lose their sense of direction. This poisonous fog surrounded Cale and the field that they were in. However, the fog did not touch Cale at all. It just surrounded him in order to protect him.
– Human, are we going to Arm now? Are we taking their stuff?
"Not yet."
Cale shook his head at Raon's question. He then fixed his answer after hearing Choi Han's voice.
"They seem to have arrived."Choi Han looked toward the main gate. He felt a strong presence that was making itself known as it approached the door.
– They're here! Is it time now?
"Yes. Let's go say hello to Arm."
"What is this... were you really just... playing?"
"Why don't you watch us play then, Your Highness?" Cale responded to the angered tone TBOAH!Alberu directed toward him calmly. Cale was well aware that for the people of the TBOAH!Timeline Arm and White Star had been a terrible and devastating foe, but for his people in the TCF!World that was not the case – he could understand their mounting frustrations and disapproval, but that's what made watching how they, in the TCF!World, defeated Arm so much more satisfying. He hoped that the people from the TBOAH!World would come to understand that soon.
Choi Han flinched at Cale's phrasing. However, Cale asked Raon to use flight magic in a relaxed demeanor. His body that was surrounded by the poisonous fog slowly started to float up. It was at that moment. Loud banging noises echoed throughout the Sekka Estate, making the entire area become rowdy. Cale could see what was going on once he landed on the roof.
"Hahahaha! How weak!"
A man who was wearing a black mask and the shabby secret organization outfit was laughing while stepping on the remains of the wyvern sculpture that he had just destroyed. The Killer Whale Archie had destroyed those ugly sculptures with his bare hands. Archie had been given this order by Cale earlier in the day.
'Do it however you want.'
Archie swung his fists toward the knights that were running toward him.
Dead silence filled the hall again as jaws dropped open in disbelief. The nobles in the room recognized those 'ugly' sculptures – those wyvern statues belonged to the Sekka Household – it was the symbol of the Guardian Knight.
The last wyvern, the symbol of the Guardian Knight, was destroyed. Archie was able to do as he pleased for the first time in a long time.
"Wow, is this a wyvern or a fly? How cute! They break so easily if you just tap on them! Ahahaha!"
Cale smiled with satisfaction while watching Archie acting like a lunatic.
"Oh my god... he's crazy! You're all crazy!" TBOAH!Glenn wheezed in terror. TCF!Bud shot his best friend's counterpart a maniacal grin.
"Don't worry... by the end you will be too!" TCF!Bud added ominously and for once TCF!Glenn did nothing to stop his friend – which was the equivalent of him declaring that he agreed with TCF!Bud and that he was telling the truth. TBOAH!Bud and TBOAH!Glenn shuddered and turned sharply to look at one another before gulping. The other people of the TBOAH!World also had similar expressions of concern.
Rosalyn and Paseton, who were both wearing the same shabby outfit, were standing behind Archie.
"Wonderful." Cale looked toward the knights and the male Lion heading toward them as he enjoyed the cold breeze.
The male Lion was wearing leather armor instead of Arm's uniform. He started to shout with a frown on his face.
"H, how dare they wear such terrible fake outfits! They must be those bastards!"
Cale felt even better.
"The night air is so refreshing."
It was still the middle of the night.
"Ahem... those outfits?"
"What? Do you not like our Young Master-nim's arts and crafts?" TCF!Ron asked his counterpart with sly grin toying at the corner of his lips. TBOAH!Ron clicked his tongue and turned toward TBOAH!Lock when he spoke up to ask what they meant by it being Cale's 'arts and crafts'.
"Ho..." Kim Rok Soo gasped and turned to look at Cale in surprise. Cale shrugged guessing his line of thought.
"Ahem... well back in our world during his time, everyone had to fix and repair up their own clothes because of the apocalypse and the monsters, so sewing and doing repairs was a necessary skill for everyone to learn. I'm assuming Cale personally..." Kim Rok Soo trailed off with a crazy grin upon his face.
"Yes damnit... I personally sewed in the stars on the first Arm uniforms, but later someone else made new ones..."
"Human! Does that mean the one you and Strong Choi Han wore when you rescued me were sewn by you?" Raon called out and came flying from across the room to hang off the back of Cale's shoulder.
"That's right." Cale sighed and answered. TCF!Choi Han's expression grew strange for a moment before he made a pensive face as he tried to remember where he'd stashed the uniform he originally received from Cale.
<Chapter 180: I Did Pick It Up ... But (2)>
On this night, a night where they could not fall asleep because it was the last day of the festival, the bright pillar of fire that seemed to want to burn the night away kept the people in the Duke's Estate awake. With the master of the household and the young master both being unable to sleep, the rest of them could not sleep either.
"W, what a lun, lunatic!" The old butler of the Duke's Estate couldn't believe it.
The knights and soldiers were covering his view, but he could still see the destroyed wyvern sculptures. These wyvern sculptures had been the Sekka family's crest for generations. Such historic sculptures were being turned into dust. All because of a single person.
"Aigoo, it just breaks apart when I put my hand on it!"
A lunatic wearing a black outfit was laughing while crunching up the pieces of a sculpture into dust. That person was naturally Archie.
"Wow, how entertaining. It feels great stepping all over it."
"Archie... you were an absolute bastard!" TBOAH!Archie complimented his counterpart with a boisterous laughter.
"But—" TBOAH!Zed began to speak, however someone spoke up and cut him off.
"Your Majesty..." TBOAH!Deruth spoke calmly addressing TBOAH!Zed. "They started it first." No one from the TBOAH!World could dare to say anything especially since the Henituse Family and the Northeast region of Roan had suffered first from the wyvern attack led by Clopeh Sekka during the war against the Northern Alliance.
"That's right... They decided to pick a fight with us first, so it's only natural that we retaliated." Cale replied calmly, he had a bright and fox-like smile upon his face.
"Human... why are you smiling like that? Are you going to scam the Cookie Prince's father from the other world?"
Cale chuckled and shrugged before reaching up and gently cradling Raon's head in his hand.
"Don't know... haven't decided yet." Cale answered in a cryptic whisper.
"Oh... okay Human, tell me if you are, this great and mighty dragon will assist you!" Raon adamantly demanded and Cale nodded while petting Raon's head affectionately.
The pieces of the sculptures continued to break apart every time Archie stomped on them. Archie felt great while doing this. He could see it in their eyes that he was getting on their nerves. For Archie, who had behaved himself for the past few years because of Whale King Shickler's orders, this felt as if he had been freed.
– Human, that Killer Whale looks like a total bastard! Amazing!
Cale agreed with Raon's comments. Archie looked like a total bastard.
One of the Duke's knights started to shout. He didn't seem to be the Captain, but he could be the Vice Captain.
"Who are you guys? Are you trying to call forth the wrath of the heavens and the earth?"
"Hmph." Archie snorted at them. He then confidently started to shout. "We are the secret organization!" He then started to chuckle.
"What?! You really told him to say that?!" TCF!Alberu gasped in surprised amusement.
"Well nothing beats Choi Han declaring that we were The Real Arm..." Cale replied back and from his spot among his counterpart and both Lock and Rosalyn from the two timelines, TCF!Choi Han felt his cheeks grow warm and he chuckled awkwardly in embarrassment.
The knight could not take action even though he was angered. The Duke was on his way back while Guardian Knight Clopeh and the Captain were at the lake. He had already sent a messenger to inform both of them. As the Vice Captain, he had the power of authority right now. However, he could not make a move. This person was strong enough to destroy a large wyvern sculpture with a single punch. Furthermore, there were no traces of mana or aura in his punches at all. That meant that it was just his physical strength.
"Of course, what did they think only Arm could be strong?! Stupid fools." TCF!Archie scoffed and Paseton sighed softly and resisted the urge to scold Archie for his rude and disrespectful tone right now.
He also felt a strong aura of mana from the other masked person standing behind this one.
Of course, the other person was Rosalyn, but the Vice Captain who had no way of knowing this could only remain in place. He then peeked toward the side. There was a man with golden hair that looked like a lion's mane. The others just knew of him as the Duke's guest, however, the Vice Captain knew of this man's true identity. He was the Lion King's second son. The Vice Captain looked toward the strong man in order to try to get a sense of what was going on. He heard the Lion King's second son start to speak with disdain.
"...They must be those famous lunatics."
'Are these intruders famous?' The Vice Captain's expression turned serious.
"Hmm... I suppose by this point we had done quite a lot to catch their notice..." TCF!Rosalyn hums to herself as she considers it before replying to TBOAH!Rosalyn's curious and questioning expression.
The Lion King's second son did not know of the Vice Captain's thoughts as he started to shout.
"Do you bastards know who you are saying that shit to?!" Edrich, the male lion, shouted in anger toward Archie, Rosalyn, and Paseton. However, he was amused on the inside.
'I didn't expect to see those famous punks here.' That shabby secret organization uniform.
The magic spearman and tamer had suffered in their hands. The battle between the Whales and the mermaids. The attack on the Elf Village in the Ten Finger Mountains. These bastards had ruined both of those incidents. The organization had already reported these bastards to the, 'upline.' These bastards who gave them more work when Arm was already busy investigating what the Empire was plotting was quite the headache.
"Amazing... they managed to cause this much trouble for Arm... they managed to hinder Arm on so many occasions..."
"How... how did you manage to do that?!" TBOAH!Alberu's voice shook.
"Well... it was—" Cale began to speak.
"Dongsaeng allow me to tell him." TCF!Alberu cut off Cale in order to answer his counterparts choked question. TCF!Alberu waited for Cale to nod at him and then turned his gaze toward his counterpart and smiled in a fox-like manner that gave TBOAH!Alberu who was receiving it chills, he realized his counterpart was angry at him for getting snappy at Cale earlier - but by the looks of it they really were playing with Arm.
"Every time my dear Dongsaeng stepped out of his house, Arm appeared to cause trouble, so it was like they were literally asking for him to put them in their place."
"Oh Hyung... that's actually a very nice way of putting it!" Cale praises his sworn brother, only to see Kim Rok Soo beside him to slap a hand to his forehead and let out a disbelieving sigh.
"You know, that's actually true... The stalker really did just pop up every time he decided to go out." TCF!Jack quietly told TBOAH!Jack and TBOAH!Hannah who both gawked with wide eyes at TCF!Jack who simply continued to smile innocently.
'They are strong.'
The Lion Edrich noticed that the enemies were at least as strong as him, if not stronger, just as the magic spearman had described. However, he could not curl up in fear. He was the grand and majestic heir to the Lion King throne.
"Who the hell are you?! Reveal your true identities!" The Lion that had come across these enemies with formidable strengths and asked for their true identities. Cale raised his hand at that moment. Archie noticed Cale's gesture and responded as Cale had ordered him to do.
"Would you tell you if you were in our shoes? What a stupid brown broom head."
Loud gasps came from several people, but the shock didn't last long as they dissolved into snickers of mocking laughter at the frown that immediately appeared upon the face of the lion tribe heir upon the Palantír. No one could deny the way their hearts began to pound and race at the taunt Archie threw at this bastard from the Lion tribe.
Edrich started to frown.
Cale happily started to speak. "Let's start moving too."
Cale's body slowly started to turn invisible. He turned around as Edrich started to speak.
"How dare you look at my beautiful golden mane and call it such trash!"
"No! Good Archie is right! It's like a brown broom! Like the one Hyung uses to sweep at our inn on the Eastern Continent." Raon argues and TCF!Ohn and TCF!Hong start to laugh along with the three counterparts of each of the children.
"Oh my... You have an inn on the Eastern Continent Young Master-nim?" TCF!Litana asks gently.
"That's right... It's a nice place in Leeb-An City." Cale replied kindly.
"We also have another one opening up on the Western Continent... so you can look forward to it if you're interested Miss Lina." Cale replied casually and then returned his gaze to the Palantír as the scene continued.
"What the? Why are you throwing such a fuss when this isn't even your house?"
"You, you-!" Edrich could not say anything to Archie's retort, while the Vice Captain flinched and tried to calm himself.
"Well, it's not like I'm wrong!" TCF!Archie whined at the stare he was getting from TCF!Witira.
"No, you're absolutely right! Good job!" TCF!Witira replied and Paseton sighed heavily with an expression that wordlessly said not to encourage Archie's delusion.
Cale praised Archie's ability to argue as he started to speak to Choi Han.
"You see how Archie is doing it? That's how acting should be done."
TCF!Archie beamed with pride as this was revealed and everyone stared at Cale in disbelief. He was becoming annoyed by their stares and so he gathered Raon into his arms and drew him into his lap and then slouched in his seat to avoid any more piercing stares that were directed his way.
The group verified that he had turned invisible before starting with the next phase of the plan.
"Enough talking. Come at me." Although he said to, 'come at him,' Archie started to charge forward instead of waiting. He was aiming directly for Edrich. Rosalyn and Paseton followed behind him and rushed toward the knights. Cale seriously spoke to Choi Han and Raon while they did that.
"Follow me closely. Don't leave my side."
This was because he did not see the other Lion nor the remaining members of Arm. He needed Choi Han and Raon to be by his side in order for the kittens and him to be safe.
– I understand, human! I will always be by your side!
Raon's happy voice could be heard, but Cale ignored it as he snuck into the Duke's Estate.
"Young Master Cale... Why exactly did you need to go loot the Duke's Estate?" TBOAH!Harol asked carefully.
"Well, they had an item that I needed to pick up, Choi Han found out about it when he went scouting the day before... that's why." Cale answered once more sounding completely nonchalant about it.
"But—"
"Ah, the item did not belong to the Sekka Household. It was an item that Arm had which could be used to make the Fake Dragon Slayer stronger."
"So... it's an ancient power?" TCF!Harol asked curious.
"Hmm... not quite..." Cale replied and then he frowned deeply. "It really was a terrible item, no, it still is... It's a disgusting item." He grumbled, his expression morphing into one of pure repulsion and anger, but Cale refused to say any more on the topic and thus Naur continued the record.
The sound of the wind could be heard. The last room on the fifth floor of the Duke's Estate. Gronica, the other Lion who was in the room next to Clopeh's study, started to speak.
"...Is there an open window?"
"Excuse me?" The knight asked with confusion before his expression turned serious. The members of Arm took out their weapons. There were no windows that were open.
"Ahh... our turn, it's our turn coming!" TCF!Hong cheered and TCF!Ohn elegantly rubbed her front paw down her chest and sat up proudly beside her brother and their counterparts. The adults around them smiled endearingly at the four kittens and then returned their gazes to the Palantír as the scene changed to reveal the sight of the corridor in the Sekka Estate. The audience could clearly see that all the windows on their floor were closed and all entrances were either blocked or had knights guarding them.
