𝐓𝐎𝐌 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃 rested on Lyla's thigh, the two watching as Phoebe performed her song 'Bad Idea Right?'. Lyla was cheering her best friend on, obviously. The blonde smiled, watching the show and singing along, whilst also leaning her head on Tom's shoulder. She knew there were cameras on them, but she did not care one bit.
As Phoebe finished singing, Lyla cheered and applauded for her, and even though everyone else was, she was sure the loudest. She was just too proud. The blonde singer watched as Phoebe walked closer to the front of the stage as she was going to announce the winner for the next category.
The Rodriguez girl placed her microphone to her mouth, greeting everyone in the audience. "So, the next category we have now is Song Of The Year and the nominations are-" Phoebe paused, looking towards the big screen as the nominees came on screen.
As soon as Lyla saw herself, a huge smile came on face. The girl wanted to win, but even if she didn't, she was still glad she was nominated. "I so hope you win." Tom whispered in her ear, looking down into her eyes before softly kissing her cheek. The blonde girl blushed, looking towards Phoebe.
"And the winner is-" She said, opening the envelope. "My best friend, Lyla Rose!" She exclaimed into the microphone as Enchanted played in the background.
Lyla immediately stood up from her chair, hearing the whole crowd cheer on for her. The blonde girl looked towards her boyfriend, who congratulated her. Lyla leaned forward, kissed his lips and then hugged him. When she pulled away from the hug, Tom whispered 'I love you' in her ear before watching her walk off and onto the stage. Lyla walked on the stage, engulfing Phoebe in a hug, pulling away and taking her award from her best friend's hand. She stood in front of the microphone, her eyes meeting Tom's.
"Wow." She breathed out, a huge smile on her face. "I'm so happy and grateful to have won this award, it seriously means a lot. I mean without you fans then this would not be happening, so I would like to thank you all so much because you have changed my life in so many ways." The blonde happily said.
"I would like to thank my producers, my manager for just being amazing. I would like to thank my sister, Sienna, for just being such an amazing sister, and also I would like to thank Timothée, I guess." She joked, chuckling. "I would like to thank my best friend, Phoebe, for always being by my side." Lyla smiled, pointing towards her best friend who smiled, blowing a kiss to her.
"But most importantly, I would like to thank my boyfriend, Tom." The blonde girl softly said, looking towards Tom who shyly blushed. "Without you, this song wouldn't be here, and I am so thankful to have met someone as amazing, kind and loving like you. I'm also so glad you're the first one to listen to my songs, and I hope I never lose you. So what I'm trying to say is that I love you so much." Lyla softly said, remaining eye contact with her boyfriend who mouthed 'I love you' back.
Lyla truly meant everything she said. Even if she said it so many times, she will forever be grateful to have Tom in her life. Always and Forever.
